well I wasn't sure where to put this, but I expect by next week we'll want one and since everyone involved is a tween its going here!!

Next week we have the meeting of:
Tookish-girl
Wonko
Snaga1
Legoman
(and perhaps Merry if I remember to get in touch!!!!)

so this makes the second rather excessive meeting of this forum I've been a part of, and well I enjoyed the last one so this should be fun.

meanwhile, who do you think is the foum member whos met the most people. Cos I'm trying to meet all the cool and funny ones, and after meeting wonks yesterday, I think my quest is going well.

Hey, I got abusive texts last weekend too. Martin saying that I was rubbish and so were the rest of the female population.

I commented on peacocks being pretty, and peahens being rubbish. Legoman said ALL women were rubbish.
I said, "Even me?" he was like, "I don't know you that well." I was like, "Even Tookish, then?" And he was like, "Ho ho, yes! Natalie's the rubbishest."
And I was like, "I'm telling her you said that!" and he was like, "Ho ho, I'll tell her myself. I do all the time anyway."

That's how it happened.
Then later when we met back up with Snaga and Legoman and I relayed our convo Snaga of course agreed with Legoman and set forth texting Tookish and Legolam the evilness.

GRR!!

And about that picture:

I've righted it and if you notice Snaga is NOT staring at Legolam's butt, his neck is clearly pointed down he's like staring at her shoes or something as he braces the poster on the wall.
And Merry appears to be looking at Legolas. ;)

Thanks for the compliment about my shoes Snaga ;). And there was no alcohol in the near vicinity when that photo was taken, Pip, because it was the day after the day after Hogmanay, and some of us had only just recovered :cool:. Snaga's orc draught was drunk a few weeks ago before a night out. I didn't have a taste, but apparently it was - interesting ... :D. Anyway, I've been off the drink for a while now since I was on holiday, so there!

Skegness is a place in England on the seaside that really sucks (sorry to any Skeggie people around here, but I've been and it does). It's on the East coast.

Inverness is in the north of Scotland, about an hour's drive north of Aberdeen. It's also rainy there, but it's pretty and has lots of Nessie themed things, being on the banks of Loch Ness. It's a long way to run on Orc Draught. :D

Butlin's is a holiday camp based in england - you get them in a variety of different places around the country. Where you pay an amount of money to stay in a place which has loads of stuff to do, like a cinema, swimming pool, general holiday stuff really.

Snaga and Wonks will meet the lovely Thôlly somewhere in late Sept. (29th I think)

I'll hopefully meet the Legsielammer up in Edinburgh sometime in the next six weeks, and Merry out in Cambridge as well! :)

And of course, I'll try to get a chance to see Legoman in Cardiff, and I'd really like to see Tookish in Yorkshire (if she'll let me!) :D
