What's goin on with the Mods?!

Can somebody please explain to me what the hell is goin on with the mods!? I leave for a few weeks and when I come back half the mods are gone, well not half, but our great Super Mod had resigned, Ciryaher wasn't a mod anymore, and either was ReadWryt I think. But then today I come on and all of a sudden Turgon and Gothmog are no longer mods, but Nom, Talimon (unless he/she was already a mod, I can't remember), Ciryaher, and Readwryt are mods again (well with the exception of Nom, who wasn't a mod before). Anyway, I'm just really confused!! Somebody please help poor confused Glorfindel!!:(

1. Cir was kicked out of his moderatingship because of the issue with Hurin
2. Anc resigned as mod because of personal issues(but later stated it was because of the Cir issue)
3. Cir rebecame moderater
4. Turgon resigned as mod because of the Cir issue
5. Nom became mod
6. Gothmog resigned as mod because of the Cir issue
7. Talimon was already a mod

Well that explains everything, I was wondering myself what was going on, but that clearded it up.

Ciryaher and Hurin issue ---> Something about the Hurin person being insulted by the Ciryaher person. Hurin was banned and Ciryaher became a regular old member. Some of the other moderators thought that it wasn't very fair for Ciryaher to get to be a moderator again since they didn't think that he had learned his lesson.

But before Cir became a regular moderater, he was a regular member until they "upgraded" Cir into a mod again!

Ok sorry. But read the thread called Ciryaher in member announcements if you want to know the *REAL* story cause Beorn made a long post and spelled it all out

So I'm going to ask a question. Why did Anc and all those others resign because of the Cir issue? :confused: :( I'm really confused and sad, they were my favorite Mods. :(
