I like it Lorien, but I think it would have been much better if you drew it showing her face crying, and not laying down.

It's pretty good, though with some work it could be better. I think it could be improved with shading and tone.
Well done though.

I like your first picture best - it came out of your heart, and although its lines could do with softening (hair flopping more randomly, a slight curve in the back, maybe, of the sort that comes through such distress, show hands: clenched fist, gripping hair or covering face, etc.). Your second picture of Sen shows more of the skill you obviously have, but I'd like to see more of the stuff you invent yourself. Most important - practice a lot. I once saw an interview with the artist David Sheppard (at one time, prints of his work graced many living rooms). He got out his first oil painting and it was soooo amateur! Seagulls flying over the sea, it was supposed to be. It's a good job he didn't give up.

I really like the second one, even though the picture came out pixelated from the scanner. ;)

The first one can be greatly improved upon by adding a bit more curve to the calves and feet, as well as the arch of the back and buttocks area.

And as Eledhwen suggested the hair flowing more freely. :)
