Nenya Evenstar

The sun was setting on the Heren Istarion academy, and a cool breeze jostled the air in a smooth caress. Nenya was able to breath in deeply, allowing for the air to refresh her mind. She walked slowly, not wanting to spoil the beautiful evening with a quick walk, and delighted in every step she took. She passed a few buildings, some of which had students exiting, and made her way to a rather majestic looking house that was nestled closely up to the street. She entered its peeked doors a little regretfully, for the gentle breeze called to her. But she had a class to teach.
Nenya walked through the large entry room, her feet clicking on the polished marble floors, and down a short hallway. She turned to a little wooden door on her right and opened it to reveal a little room that seemed completely out of place in comparison to all the grandeur that surrounded it. It had a green carpeted floor, comfortable white walls, and fluffy lounging couches that looked ever so inviting. The entire room was furnished simply, but well, and in contrast to the ever increasing richness of the building surrounding it. It was like a little haven that called to those who wanted a taste of the simple life, if only for a few hours.
Nenya smiled and left the door open. Taking a bag off her shoulder, she drew open the blinds that covered one of the windows to let the westering sun into the room, and took a seat in the embracing folds of one of the couches.
This was the room where she would be conducting her Diplomacy class. She gathered her thoughts and awaited her students.
