It's true, we're getting a fresh start, so I'm asking everyone to either wrap their RP up within a few days, or to simply stop it entirely if that isn't feasible.

i just don't (personnally) see the need to have a whole other site dedicated just to our rpg's!

But if you can't see the need to create a new set of fora, then you just don't see the whole picture. We've got a huge number of RP's crammed into basically 2 sections and maybe 5 guilds. My plan is to expand it out to 4, plus 2 more for FIC, and then 10 more for guilds concerned with roleplaying. Much easier to sort things out that way, in my opinion :)

I was wondering though, If we could Make it to where all the members of TTF could be members of the new extension.

If the only reason you come to TTF is for the RPing, then what is wrong with going to MERPG instead? It's certainly no loss, all you have to do is register at the other site with the same account information and you're all set. There's really not a problem, and I'm not exactly sure whether you have a legitimate complaint or if you are fearing change. I'm thinking it's the latter, and if so, then you really have nothing to fear! This will only improve RPing, not take anything away from it.

Well, that and the fact that my RP is only about halfway through. I don't want to end it, I really can't within a few days, but neither do I want to abandon it, as it provides me with new ideas for my story. :D

Just do what everyone else is doing- just stop what you are doing, and continue it at the new RPG forum.

ok, IF I'm correct, we're allowed to continue all current RPs here, but ALL NEW RPGs WILL BE ON THE NEW SITE! lol, so unless I'm mistaken (which would come as no surprise) you can finish your RP in as much time as you need to on TTF, it doesn't have to be moved, but any NEW RPs have to go on the NEW site....soooo............let's just hope I'm right, cuz it just makes sooo much more sense.........

This change is not good. We don't need another site and even if we do, we shouldn't "archive" the rpg's that are going on right now. In two words this sucks..........

As has been said several times before, sauronbill, all presently going RP's may be continued here on TTF until they are finished. Or, the author may opt to move the RP in-progress to the new site. Regardless, ALL new RP's must be placed on MERPG.

I think this is a good idea, much less clutter that way. I feel so stupid that i didn't read this before i started the Female Fellowship Experiment so can I just move it to the next site (even tho it's not really new now) instead of wrapping it up???:confused: :)
