Tolkien's work can be seen in many ways. The image his writings calls to mind, is different for each person. Your interpretation cannot be wrong then. :)

I agree as mentioned earlier. What you see in your mind is more important than what you see in a film or has already been done by others. None of my stuff looks like the movie except for the outfits maybe but even those are a stretch.
I'm anxious to see more.:D

I was asking if anything I had done was conflicting w/ anything Tolkien specifically wrote, not if my work was 'correct' in other peeples's eyes.

Thanx. I have only done a little since posting that, ive been involved much more in learnin Quenya(PLEEZE, someone who knows it answer my post, 'Quenya Questions' in The Languages of Middle Earth!!!)

The only reason I started doing Shelob was because I knew once I had seen ROTK I could never come up w/ something original.
Earlier I tried a pic of a black rider w/out a hood, but I am not proud of it at all. I simply could not make anything come out of my brain except how they looked in the movie. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
