I have claimed the lands now known as Arandor, I ask a few things from those Kingdoms of middle earth.
1- The kingdoms of Gondor, Rohan, Mordor, and the Empire of Arnor recognize Arandor as a free country from any other and that it is free to rule its lands as it pleases.
2- That the kingdom of Rohan give a firm hand of alliance with Arandor. And maybe those in Gondor would consider it. As for Arnor, I cannot ally myself with a member of the dark legion, no matter what his intentions.
---And I have a few announcements to make
1- a tax is put on usage of the North-South road on all goods and supplies shipped to or from arnor and Rohan, if no taxes are payed than you may not pass through the Forts that guard the road.
2- The white council is forever considered a friend by me. They are granted permission to enter my land and do nearly anything they please while in it.
3- Since I have been pardoned by the Arnorian Empire I claim that Arandor owes nothing to anyone, if you dispute this PLEASE PM me!

Okay, some people seem confused by my motives, here are the Countries objectives...

1) to establish a rich economy

2) to cause a tax to be paid on the old north road

3) to give me somewhere to call home

4) to create a haven for refugees from Arnor

5) to get rich...oh wait, i said that one already

6) to give myself an excuse to stay in this part of the forum

7) to make Ciryaher and Mike Seperated by someone they dont like.

did you really expect anything more? I just wanted to become a Middle Earth power, since no one seems to care about the whole valliant cause thing...

YES, all people are welcome in my land. It is a place where all types of people can dwell! You can take abode in one of the major cities (Minas-Forn, Lon Dear, Thalionost, Hyarmeniant) or in the rural farming plains all throughout the kingdom.

Kit, sadly, the shire is still in the Empire of Arnor. I must send my condolences (sp) to the brave hobbits, and you are all welcome in my lands with honor, whenever you please.

Okay, since it looks like Dengen has died or something I guess we will have to carry on with our buisness. We shall now begin with a Decree that ANY person from ANY land (save those who have professed to be evil, or have commited treason against the contry) will be allowed to reside in Arandor. The cities of my kingdom have much room still to fill. The army is in need of some recrutes and I have need of a personal cabnet that will consist of Both advisors and Generals.

I have 20,000 of my Dwarves in Moria that I pledge to you. I have cleared out Moria of all evil and am now presently ruling it. I am reforgeing all new magiced weapons and gems. We have found the silmaril caverns and are reforgeing all of Moria. We have a small legion of balrogs, about 10. (one is really small.) I will also make magiced armor made of silmaril in times of war.


I also Rule Harad. We have another small army of all Skilled Elven Bowmen(500) . They have magic bows that shoot 5 times longer than normal, they are all skilled snipers. About @5 of them are trained assains. I move at your command me' lord under 3 rules.

1. I will still rule my lands with an iron hand.

2. We will keep our laws.

3. I know we are not in your territory, but my legions can easily smash any small armies around here. And I would like to become part of your Empire.

Ok, first, we arent an Empire and cannot accept any countries given to us, but we would love to have the dwarves of Moria as an Ally. :) €

Presently I abode in Rohan w/ King Eomer, but soon i would very much like to visit your kingdom and stay for a while. Elessar arriving home from his meeting with the wizards in Rohan, strides through the halls of Ruin, his home. He enteres his throneroom, empy with a singular wooden chair at the end. He is carrying a bundle under each arm. He goes behind the chair to reveal an entrance to an underground study. He goes down and pickes up a empty jug, and refills it from a Keg that is sitting nearby. He walks over to the old dusty desk that is sitting in the corner. It is littered with papers. One of which is a map of the western side of Middle earth. He has long lists of names and maps of various buildings, forests, ect. He sits there working for hours, drawing, tracing, calculating, ect. He hears the bell of the tower ding as the hour of 1am approaches. He gets up, downs the last of the ale, and ascends the ladder to the throneroom. He notices on of his bundles laying in his chair. He picks it up and Places his old sword in a place of honor above the throne. He walks out of the castle and into the stables at the edge of town. He checks that Druist is loose at his side and secures Kalgurth, the sword Tar-Ancalime gave him, to the saddle, but made sure that it was loose (just in case). He mounted his old grey horse and rode east through the gap of Rohan and then suddenly turned northward, and was last seen following the banks of the Anduin northward...

If you proclaim yourself lord of Khazad-Dum, and also of Harad I do wish to speak with you. I have never heard of a Dwarf ruling the haradrim. Also, last i checked Moria was taken by Telchar. Eomer, I suggest that you look for threats from Gondor and Mordor, as they will be your cheif enimies.

Wizdom, ciryaher is being an a$$, he wont listen to reason, I do beleive that this RPG will go nowhere if he doesnt cooperate.

It is over, my dear friends, the dream of Arandor is no more. I offer this land to Rohan, I do beleive it is his by right anyway. Eomer, please accept this, for my peoples sake. Ciryaher or Mike must not destroy that which I have built, for these people depend on it.

*waves his hand dramatically

I leave now with one horse (bill). I go where the wind may take me. I could not had asked my allies to help me keep my land, for it was hopeless the second Mike promised to level my rule, for he is the only true power on their side. I leave now, alone, do not follow me.

*Leaves the city, bill is heavely packed with books, scrolls, and a few oddities. Elessar leaves and boards a small boat. He sails along the coast until he meets the water flowing from the greyflood, which carried him out of sight.

She walks out, in time to see Elessar leave. But it is too late to stop him. She wonders if she will ever see him again, and remembered his gift to her, still around her neck.

"I hope he will visit Rivendell one last time," she says, a plan already forming in her head. She turns away from the city, and heads south to Rohan.

"hhhhmmm....... interesting turn of events", Mith says to himself as he watches Elessar leave from the top of the tower, " I shall go to Rahan , where much council is need" In the next instant nothing is there but the wind.

Kit, grieving because Elessar has left, decides to write his ally a letter.
My Lord Elessar,
Please come back. If you have to become an exile, you could have come here to the Shire. You know how much respect my people hold you in. Although it is technically part of Arnor, we pretty much rule ourselves- Ciryaher has almost nothing to do with us.
I beg you to reconsider.

I will help you defend Rohan....and Arandor. Because I am in his realm, does not mean, I side with him, although I do to a certain point. If ever you are in the North, visit Rivendell.

Arandor is now a province of Gondor, and may it remain that way.

I now formally withdraw all declarations of war upon Rohan and the White Council. I will not actively seek Elessar any more, but if I or my allies capture him, he will suffer for dishonoring and deceiving the peoples of Middle-Earth. His lies have caused distrust and hatred, where it is unwarranted. I despise him for eternity, and I shall someday avenge his rudeness and cruelty to my Beloved.
