What art is

Art is, by definition, any skill to be creative. So art can be drawing, painting, poetry, songwriting, ect. In that case I have set aside this thead for me to put my "art". Any comments, tips, or anyones input would be great.

I personally assume art as a way of expressing myself.You need to put your emotions into your work or it won't be any art!
It has to be a part of you and actually it has to be you.

Otherwise, it's very influancing and it really made me get deep into it. I mean it left a track in me. The only thing I didn't understand is...whether you are a girl or a boy....:o

OKay, maybe I am a litttle pessi-whatever. I meant to influence people to want to make something of themselves, despite the odds. If I was part of the song, I would have to be the girl in verse one. I always have been a bit of a brainy and until I started homeschooling I was teased alot. The second verse is a pull of a man who lives in my area. He sits on his bike with a book everyday, in front of a Jiffy Lube, watching the cars go by. I always wonder about him. The third verse was just expressing my feelings about abortion.

OK, there's no problem being pessimistic even now I'm a lot pessimistic..I should say too. But anyway, sometimes you need to be.
Just don't be too much for too ong time!!!

Well, I meant that sometimes you need to feel pessimistic and to be alone so that to see the world from another point of view...and when you are in a good mood again you'll be able to appreciate the world and its treasures.
But if you keep your mood bad for too long and think of only bad things which make you feel miserable, you may end up with suecide. I don't say you will I just say there are many people who because of depression have comitted suecide.:(

I personally do not believe in evolution. I am a christian and proud of it!:D Are you a christian Finduilas?

Well, yes, my religion is Christianity and I respect It, but I do believe in evolution though. Of course, I am proud to be Christian but I do not take It as a 'boundary'. I do believe in many different non-Christian stuff.
However, if we continue this will turn into a religion debate which I try to avoid. Every person is different and has his own personality, beliefs and ideas-that's what makes him an individual human being. So I also think it's completely allowed to believe in what ever you like.:)

The scenery is marvellous...I want to be there...:rolleyes:

Nor do I wish to make this a religion debate. I am glad you are a christion and I most certaianly will not judge you due to your belief in evolution. I respect science even if they sound like they could use some little white pills sometimes.
