I am deeply sorry for attacking Ciryaher and Eriol in public, and for having a generally bad attitude for months that has only been getting worse. I will delte those attacks with their permission.

Some of my favorite posters are leaving TTF for various reasons, and among them two are the ones I post with most often by far and it hurts a lot. This is opening my eyes real fast. I can't help but take some of the blame for all the negativity.

I may never be friends with Ciryaher but I will never make another negative remark about him in public. I'm dropping it.

None of this, not even getting GoP and GoR of the front page of this site was worth losing Celebthol, or any one else who posts about the books.

In attempt to make the place more about Tolkien someone was lost who never should have been. The whole thing was folly.

I apologise to every member of this site for negative contributions. Though I can not undo anything.

The place will become NOTHING if people like Celebthol feel they have to leave. I am sorry.

Nóm, there is nothing at all wrong with challenging people and offering a little constructive criticism. After all, I am quite sure Cir and Eriol are big enough and ugly enough to handle anything anyone throws at them. As for Celeb, I don't think he will leave...many have tried in the past and for some odd, unknown reason keep coming back for more! It is a strange fact about this forum, that it doesn't like to let go;)

Thol will be back for a week at least he said.......he was having a bad day...so evrything was making him extra mad...though he did make a good point about some things:rolleyes: ;) :(

Apology accepted, Nóm...and I too would like to apologize to you for the things I've (those being what I told Inderjit wrongly).

And as I told DGoeijj and others after my atomic bomb avatar controversy (that sounds funny...hehehe) I welcome any criticisms of me via PM. If you have something to say, please tell me so that I can try and correct the problem. I can't become a better moderator and person if I don't get some feedback...that goes for all mods, I should think.

Again, no problems here...and though as you said, we may never be friends, I would at least like to have a positive relationship with you (as well as everyone else). If Måns and I can bury the hatchet and become friends, I don't see why you and I can't be at least on neutral terms :)

Why i was mad had nothing to do with my reasons to leave AT ALL. I listed the reasons why i wanted to quit. I was thinking about leaving before that bad day.

Well, im here for a week and i hope it picks up, after that we shall see, odds are ill stay anyways :rolleyes: but who knows. . . ?
