Hehe but seriously I wouldn't know what to ask them for, or what to say to them.. 'Thank you', I suppose; but why would they care since they left?

I don't think their leaving the Middle-earth was altogether selfish. Moreover, they did come to the aid of the Noldor and sent the Istari, didn't they?
