My issues:

- I'm too self-centered
- I'm a legitimate Mr Nice guy when it comes to women, I can't say no to them

Help me.

listen to me and listen well my son...you must learn to become one with your inner self and not to be so centered arround it. Doing this may take great...um..well actually i dont know what it takes...but you must all the same. and as far as ur lady problems go my friend....you must repeat after me..."Y...E...S" "YES" you must study the ways of this word and become efficient at using them to the feminine sex...that is all i have to offer you...exept...chill out dude ur too tense...loosen up!

wow. I got the parent problem thing down. it sux. I do not like my parents at all (mild translation of waht I really mean) I'm a straight A student. I do my chores. and compared 2 my brothers, I am pretty respectful of my parents. yet, [b]I[/i] and the one they chose to yell at constantly. I can't quite figure out y. they also tell us constantly taht I am they're best chance for a scholarship. if that's the case, y don't they respect the fact that sumtimes I need to do my homework, or be a lone, or be w/ friends? if I'm their best chance, y do I get the least freedom and respect? is it bc I'm a girl? it is because I'm their best chance? I jsut don't understand:confused:

Are you the only girl, D? That might be part of it. And I'd be willing to bet that, yeah, it's because you are the best chance. Parents tend to go hardest on the kids with the most potential, simply because they want them to make the most of it. And that's about as far as I get with the whole parent-logic thing...I really don't understand them much better than anyone else. Just keep in mind that they're human, too. (Right...?;))

Dragon

no, they really aren't human. they just aren't.

and I think that's (insert word referring to male cattle and poop here) if I'm their best chance, and I'm also the most independent, (they've also told me that often) then y cant they just back off and let me be their best chance independently? I don't need them griping at me for every little thing I do that's anywhere near unacceptable!

also, if ur the only girl w/ 2 brothers, they might think u need more protecting, and i know ur stronger than well, every1, but they have a strange logic pattern

Dragon

no, they don't have a strange logic pattern. they have no logic pattern. none. at all.

What would you say to someone who's obsessed with having the perfect body?

No, it's not me. But I suspect I might fall a victim of it.

I think that's ...ok... as long as it doesn't get in the way of the rest of your life, and you don't put it before intelligence

mmm.... I'm working on the perfect body... getting pretty close too:D :D ;) :D

I had a frustrating experience I feel I should get off my back...you know, don't want to bottle up the feelings ;)

I have this health problem (aka. tumor on the back of my right eye) and well, I've been under observation of a Retinologist in a town about 45min from my house. But wait, it gets better! So, my eye bled (on the inside) for some unknown reason and the Doctors (in town, out of town, AND some in Philly - which is out of state) couldn't figure out how to treat the tumor because the blood was messing up all their tests. So, we were waiting for the blood to clear so that I could go back up to Philly and the super-special-eye-doctors (Ocular Oncologists) could figure out what to do (thus I was under observation). Anyways, this is not the frustrating part....I'll get to it. The blood cleared, the Retinologist took some tests and sent them to the Ocular Oncologists (there are like 8 that examine me...kind of freaky), the tests took FOREVER to arrive in Philly, and I've been waiting with baited breath for over a week - just waiting for the OO's to call me and tell me when to head back up to Philly. Here comes the frustrating part: my parents forgot to tell me they called. Isn't that great? So I was sitting online and I just about exploded to one of my friends because I was so tired of waiting for the call and he says "oh, they did call...your mom told mine" Well awesome. They can tell their friends, but me? Oh, no! Blah. *deep cleansing breath* lol - ok, thanks for...erm, reading that
