While this is my first TOLKIEN message board, I'm not new to messages boards in general. I know there are certain topics in ever community that get the senior members blood boiling. So I pose my questions to the older members of this board. What topics are off limits. Another words I don't want to start any flame wars :)

Never question the authority of the Moderators for one. Don't suggest anything that is remotely absurd to their eyes (such as a philosophical guild). Oh, and don't start up threads that have been beaten to death (like do Balrogs have wings?).

Don't be too discouraged by Ulairi's comments, JOSHUASIGEP44. Feel free to question a moderator's decision with a good reason. Don't go around cussing and screaming bloody murder if something doesn't go your way ;) - PM a mod about it and settle the matter privately.

And Ulairi, the mods certainly didn't deem the idea of a philosophy guild absurd - but unnecessary and against the policy on non-tolkien guilds. It'd be nice if you didn't go around spreading misinformation about the big bad mods. :)
