Meselyn, shouldn't you be a bit more selective of your mods? A moderator should be someone you know you can trust, you can't just pick them without knowing what sort of persons they are! (No offence, Narya and Pipin, I'm sure you two are just fine, but the logic still stands;))

I know it's difficult in the beginning, but perhaps you could have people you already know help you out until the forum's up and running. Of course, this is just a suggestion. It is, after all, your own forum and it is up to you to make these sort of decissions. I just thought it would be wiser if you knew who you were entrusting the running of your budding community to. I've just joined it as Enisil and will try to see who I can invite with me;) Just give it some time, these things take a while when starting:)

Exactly:) Besides, the community is still fairly small, so you don't need more than one moderator for the time being. Perhaps when things become a little more active, you can pick someone you feel is up to the job. Otherwise, you might end up stuck with someone you're not quite happy with;)
