It was a incredibly hard to book to read. even more so than Heart of Darkness which you can remember was hell to read. But many of the gaps that I couldn't understand from the book, were filled in by the miniseries that was made from the book. :D

Do you really remember all the books you've read?
The Great Gatsby wasn't so good that I thougt and I didn't finish the book and not even couldn't watch the whole movie.

I remember "The Color Purple" was quite good, especially the language, but I am not sure whether I've seen the film.

"Brave New World" is a book everyone should read as well as Arthur C. Clarke's "Diaspar", they both deal with ideal society/community.

And I just remembered I've read also "Lord Of The Flies" by William Golding.

"Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series is the best sci-fi comedy there is. I just hope I'd see the english TV series again.
