After a period of lurknig I am finally ready to introduce myself. I am a die-hard Tolkien fan even if a slightly unorthodox one and I intend to wirte my MA thesis about how notions of race and class are presented in his writing. An ambitious task. ;) I usually hang out on the board which is linked to in my signature where I am Sarumans Granddaughter (in case you dropped in to pay us a visit :) )

I really love your forum although I am a bit worried if I don't get lost here as it is so big! ;)

Yes, that's what they should be :) This one is my plan for the summer anyway - I'm still sinking in my notes and trying to collect all books I may need. Or at least - the ones I should know.
