I would like also to invite Finduilas for
Deputy Guildmaster on New Members and Testing and Ranking .For this position I will need somebody who can take care of the new applicants and their one-month testing-period and etc.As you can see this position is more light-hearted than Eriol's one,but at the same time it requires a lot of time spent here.I believe Finduilas is able to do it :)

I hope Eriol and Finduilas wil accept my invitation.I will send them pm-s to give them some more information about their new position,if they accept them of course. :)

Hello from an old friend.

First, GG congratulations for the leadership of this great guild. I am sorry that a good friend of mine decided to step down, but she must have had her reasons and I am confident that she made the best choice for her succesor.
I don't know how many of you still remember me :D but I do still remember you all and the guild and miss it. I am a soldier (not of fortune) and I have to pay my duty to my country for 9 more months. My free time is limited and sadly not spent at the guild. But I will drop by every once in a while to see how you're doing and greet old friends.

Again GG congratulations and take a good care of the guild until I come back.

OF COURSE WE REMEMBER YOU! It's good to hear from you again.:) :D Nine more months :eek: I come from a military family; one Grandad was in Tolkien's regiment and fought in the Somme. The other was a WWII soldier who fought in France. My father was also in the Lancashire Fusiliers at most cold war venues (incl. India, Kenya, Cyprus, Aden etc.), and my brother joined the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers (with whom the Lancs amalgamated) when he was 15. He served in Northern Ireland and the first Gulf War and is still a soldier. Even so, it was their choice. I'm glad there is no longer any conscription in England.
