The symbols of Dol Amroth are the Ship and the Silver Swan. The banner of Dol Amroth is variously described as “A white ship like a swan upon blue water” when it was flown above Gondor at the time when Imrahill took control of the city while Faramir was injured, and as a “Silver Swan” while the men of Rohan and Dol Amroth stood ready for battle before the Black gate of Mordor.

Imrahill was Prince of Dol Amroth. He was first seen riding to defend Gondor with a company of Knights and seven hundreds of men at arms from Dol Amroth. He took part in the Battle of Pelennor Field and also in the battle before the Black Gate.
