I just read in the newspaper that Max Schuchart died. I suppose not many people know who he is, but he was the translator of Tolkien's works into Dutch (the Netherlands being the first country to have their own language version of LOTR). Thank you Mr Schuchart for your beautiful translation! If it hadn't been so good, much less people would have loved Tolkien's work so much!
