The 'But I Was Merely Warming Up' Thread?

Greetings, crazy debate type people. Would this sort of thread make any sense to care about, or should I just forget about it, since this sort of thing was usually put in one of the book type sections? I was merely remembering that, after debate type things, people very oftenly would wish to continue discussing the topic. This didn't happen with every debate, and the ones that it did happen to went to one of the book types of sections. oh well. They were good spots for people who didn't get to join in on the debate thing to toss the points that they would have used, at least.

I think that you have a good point there, buddy.
I posted a number of the debates invarious sections myself, and the reason that was done, was just to keep some sort of coherence with the rest of the forum. But maybe adding a section for open debates in the Debating Society might be even better?

Open debates in the Debating Society? What does that mean? Hm. Was that question asked during the whole guild versus guild thing? If so, then, Yay! We now have more open debates. If, by open debates, you meant something that just allowed any random person to pop in without any definite teams ever being set in stone, what is the difference between that and any discussion thread to be found in other sections? oh well.

I was planning on waiting until the Grond person came up with a judgement in that evil Saruman debate, but since other humans are already writings such things, why allow them to be the only ones to share unfinished type things from debateses? For one point ---> What about the evil Saruman's personality? I was the only one to really write about that. Nobody but the snaga1 person seemed to noticed that point of mine, and it looks like he decided to let his personal opinions delete a point in my team's favor.
