Name: Olheri
Race: part elf but of a people known to some as the Meoigwaith
Age: young looking; could pass as being in her early twenties.
Deep blue eyes (though she can change them to green at times). Long, black-brown hair. Graceful, rather feline like in her ways. She likes to talk but has leaned to be careful about what she says and who to. Stands at about 5' 10" and has a strong but almost thin build. A rainbow of emotions grace her fair face. A wonderful or teasing smile can change in an instant. Her eyes hold a spark of light that will shine at times or vanish into a darkness that pulls on one's gaze. Beauty, danger, life and loss give a depth to her.
A little info: Her past is as shadowed as the stories that are slowly being forgotten. Her age is not known other then the fact that to her mother's people, she is only a young girl.
A woman on a mission, Olheri is a charming young trickster. She set herself a quest and refuses to give up, knowing that if she did, she would have no home to go back to.
A glass of wine or cup of ale are always welcome when she can get them.
Possessions: A winter cloak of a deep brown, almost black, that pulls in and keeps any heat. A strong shoulder pack containing a little bread, some dried meat and fish, a pouch of healing herbs and some for foods, a flint and steel, an extra hunting knife, thin strong rope and a few other things. She keeps a dagger tucked into the wide sash at her waist and another hidden in her long leather boot. Also she has the bear skin, a little medallion/coin and some other supplies.
Any and all other available info must be found in other places, as she is a wanderer and a mystery. (In otherwords, I'm still working on this thing...)

Name: Boradon
Race: Human, Northman
Age: 22
Appearance: He has long, wavy, sun blonde hair and a trimmed beard to match. His skin is fair and his eyes are a deep blue. He is rather tall at about 6' 2". He has a medium build however posseses strength and speed that is surprising for his size.
Personality: Boradon is a compassionate soul, unlike many of his kin. He cares much for the treatment of animals and will stop someone who is actively mistreating an animal in his presence...especially canines, in which he has a great affinity. He has a pleasent, straight-forward disposition toward others but will defend himself if he is pushed. He makes friends easily and so he has been taken advantage of at times.
Skills/Abilities: He is a highly skilled hunter of both small and larger game. He knows how to properly skin an animal in order to obtain its fur, leaving it in exquisite condition. He possesses a keen eye which may rival that of an elf when it comes to accuracy with a bow. He uses a larger Kukri knife and a hand-axe for close in fighting. Also, he possesses a special kinship with all canines, including wild ones. Because of this kinship, at times, he can obtain their senses for a short time if he is particularly familiar with a certain canine. He prefers to run afoot then ride a horse and has developed a great endurance because of this.
Possessions: Blackened leathers etched in silver that were a gift for his deeds. A dwarven crafted Handaxe. A large Kukri knife. A very well crafted shortbow. A Dire Wolf pup that he saved from starvation. It is 7 months old. A brown leather backpack that includes: A quiver with 20 arrows, a sharp skinning knife, dried meat, 2 qt. waterskin, a sharpening stone, flint and steel, a pouch with 24 silver coins. He is missing a medallion that he found with the depiction of a feline upon it.
Background/History: TBD

And life rolls on.........
Oh. Oh yeah. Hi. I'm still here... sort of... I'm on when I can be but it's an odd time of year just now... *yawns* I was hoping you might have had time to post something but I can wait. I have other things that need to be getting done for a bit.
I'll keep looking in so I'll see ya when I see ya. Later. :)
*takes a deep breath* Alright. I was going to say this earlier but had to run off to work. Dar, please, can you take off that last little bit of that IC post of yours? For one thing I can't (don't want to?) think what she would want to stay there for so long and I quite simply do not want to start the story out quite like that. So; if you would please.

Thank you.
Are you doing alright? Sorry about not being around but at the same time you've not been on much either... If you'd go look at my LJ I put something there that you might like to see.
I'll be getting some time off in a little bit so I hope to do a little writing as well as getting some other stuff done; maybe I'll see ya around..?
((Alright... So it's almost the worked up version but not really at the same time... I have a picture in my head and this is what it looks like just now. A moment in my mind...))
She knew it could not have gone unsaid. Knew it was something she didn't want to have to deal with just now and wished like mad that she had said it right. Her back pressed against the door as she tried to see his face. Not sure of how he will react, or if he even would. She tried to smile softly through the net of hair that spilled over her face, but her eyes told that she had to try for even that little bit. She wanted to call to him. Wanted him to talk to her. Once, twice, she tried to open her mouth to speak, but her voice would not come. Eyes closed and face fell; silence closing in around and between them...
((edit- Like I said... built up... I'm doing better now that I wrote that out though. :) ))

Ain't I just the little drama queen though.
Alright, I'm working on another bit... trying to think how it should go and yet even as I write this I now have an idea that could very well do the trick... *runs off to write on her other program*
I'll see what I come up with and get back as soon as I can... Not going to be here much for a little while today though... not if I'm going to get some of that stuff done. *points over shoulder at bag of things that need to be finished (if not started) before the holidays*

I am having helluva time with time management. There is even talk of a possible trip back to Portland soon. Not good, not good at all. I may be out of action for a bit, hopefully just until the holidays are over.

Hey. I'm still here. I've just been so busy I haven't had much time to get on here... If you are expecting me to do something just let me know, otherwise I'll just keep looking in to see if/when you post, Dar.
Happy New year. Don't have too much fun. :p =^.^=

In WII, I believe that Olheri will still have to leave when she finds what she was looking for here. Though Boradon has expressed himself, I feel Olheri still knows that soon her path will take her in a different direction than Boradon's. He has things to accomplish as well but those will not be entertained within this story. It does not mean that there is not a future for them, it only means that they can not be together yet, they each have things to take care of in their lives. And who knows, maybe they will eventually see each other again, however, she may find one of her own kind still alive. If that happens then you know she will have the responsibility of the survival of her kind.

yeah, I know.
:p
Olheri still needs to get her mission thought out and planed as well as she can. Find out what she can about the princess and work it out as she goes basically. You haven't given me a lot but I'm not exactly playing like you might think I should. *snicker* Yes. Olheri and Boradon, though they have been together a while, have their own paths. I can't help but wonder though, will she find what she needs soon and will he be there to help or not?
I keep thinking of a chess game. The pieces are set out and it's up to the players to either think faster then the other, planing farther ahead or try to not to fall into the other's grasp. One makes a move and it can not be taken back. One tries to work a way out of something only to risk falling right into the hands of the other. Move, wait, think, move, rethink to no avail... I'm sure you get the idea.
Olheri has a lot on her mind. You can't blame the poor thing for acting like she may.

Did we switch his name? I think I tracked it down though. You called him 'Gallande' at first (when he meets Olheri) but when he goes out help Boradon, you used 'Giddeon'. It's not really a big deal, but I was going back over some the older posts and tripped across that switch. I was just wondering.
Poor Boradon... Tirnafi... *crindges* It was the only thing they could have done to keep from being slaughtered but... ah. Such a fine creature should not be lost like that. But it was not unexpected... Not at all wished for, but not set out of mind.
I'm not here at all the last few days. Mind wise anyway... *rubs face* I need to try writing a few things else risk going even crazier. Poems most likely. Yes. That sounds good. I'll go write so more poems...

Yes, I switched the name. I was not happy with Gallande as a name for him.

Dar! Hello? I can't get at any PM that is sent to me! I almost want to say 'don't bother' but I really need to get a few things figured out about that poor story.
Maybe try email as it's the only thing that seems to be working just now. Sorry. Would love ta talk to ya 'bout the IC but just can not get at anything that's sent to me.

Then ask what you need..here? Remember, it is not necessarily "my" story, It is a story with several tellers. You do not need my input to put in your own twist or idea. It just is what "it" is.

*sheepish grin* well yeah. But it's good to be somewhat in the know about what might be going on. But on the other hand... *slightly maniacal grin* There's not really anything wrong with needing to guess two or three steps ahead.
I think I'm a little turned around, but I'll go reread that last post and see if I can't remember that idea I had...
And I wasn't saying it was 'your' story. I don't think I ever did... *shrug* But andyways. Yeah. I'll go see if I can remember what I was doing.
