so the first time I made this RPG it got blow up I made it again

ok this is a thread about what happened on the thread of saving lothlorien the last thing tha happened there is that a dark lord took lothlorien and Wizdom and all elves retired to get more allieds and here we are...this trhead start with the story on the ones of the army who were on charge of get weapons and provisions for the travell to get back in lothlorien and recover the kingdom of Wizdom.

yes sure, you can keep it I don't see a reason why you shouldn't *looks to courtney and smiles* well there you are, we are carriyng weapons to the battle. I think Wizdom is it in the camp making his battle plan. For now, we must get provisions and weapons for the army once we put this on the armery we need to go to see Nain on the Lonely Tower and buy some swords to him.

"Yeah...It's not going to be much fun wearing all this armor!" Courtney says looking at a particularly heavy shield with a dragon on it. "I hope we can find something small enough for me. I hate being short!"
Courtney walks over to look for a battle helmet.

Kit rummages in a pile of armour. He drags out a small helmet that looks as though it would fit Courtney. He tosses it to her, then pulls a huge double-headed battleaxe out of the pile, and attempts to lift it.

Courtney tries on the helmet. She stumbles around from the weight. "well, it fits perfect, but i think it weighs almost as much as me!" she says while trying to gain her balance. "Maybe I should find some heavy shoes to balance it out!"

It is an hour before dawn, and all of a sudden the camp is alive with horns of warning. They hear hooves in the distance. Wizdom's small army is awoken from their slumber and made ready. And over the hills a forien horn sings a cry to the wind. The men tense, ready for an onslaught, but the captains cry out in joy. From over the hills of Rohan comes Elessar, Riding high in the saddle of Bill, his old, grey warhorse. Wizdoms lets blow an opposing horn, ordering his men to peace. Elessar rides up, but most are a bit dissapointed, he brings only a hundred men. He rides up to Wizdom just as the sun breaks the barrier of the hill, warm light bathes the land.
"A fair morn, is it not, Lord Wizdom."

"Wait for me!" Kit says, running with some difficulty out of the armoury. As well as the battleaxe, he now has two swords and a crossbow.
.:Mirina swoops down from the trees, with several others and startles poor Kit. ;) (My apologies) I have been talking with Anira, Queen of Lotherien- she said you all took off and left me in Lotherien. So I took a small band of Archers, the very best, and came here to help.I have been following you for several days. Waiting for the right time. I was trained by the arrow by Legolas himself. The sword, my nameless sword, was presented to me when I was but a little elven child. I still do not have a name for it:.
Any ideas??

She runs to catch up with everyone, because no matter where they are going, it is better than being lost somewhere all by yourself!

An elvish looking person walks into the camp. 'Hello everyone, mind if I rebel against the darkness with you?' he says in a soft whisper-ish tone. Everyone looks at him, shocked. 'You can call me Tao, but I am known as Cćlis. I am a part of a tribe of Humari (as we call them) from the Grey Havens. Let us ready our soldiers.' So without another word he starts to get ready. He wears a grey-ish cloak. Several people ask if he wishes to wear armor, but he rejects quietly.
'It is time for battle.' he quietly whispers, after eating a meager meal, and he stands up.

In the distance, they can see a horse and rider. When they were within distance, they could see that it is an elven woman on a white horse. She pulls up before the group.
"Hello,"she says, softly,"I am from Rivendell. I heard from one of my messengers that an army was being gathered. I came to help, if I could, though the message might have reached me too late."

A sentry ran up to the lady Mirina, breathing heavily and whiping sweat from his eyes. He told her of the approach of a rider, and of the approach of an army to back the terrible rider. And just as the poor elf sank, tired, to the soft ground they heard a great rumbling in the distance, and from over the horizon a lone rider came, and he pulled the reins of his horse, stopping himself just in front of the rising sun. The rider sat erect in the saddle. He wore a great helm, of gold and steel, and wore brown and golden robes. He drew a horn from around his neck, and a peircing cry echoed in the hills. That horn could implant hope beyond hope into the hearts of the allies of the man, and hatred that burns hotter than fire. Behind the lone horsemen suddenly appeared thousands of elves, each one riding on a horse and armed for battle...
.: Tears come to Mirina's eyes, and she whispers, 'if my mother, the Queen Anira could see this (for she is currently counseling with the High Elven King)'...:.
Oh, welcome, wondrous rider, and your army too. Your help is greatly appreciated...
A thousand elves... a curse of a blessing...
How will we feed them? I wish for the finest cooks for these brave men...

Elessar's horse walked up to the lady, he called out a sharp command in Quenya and three riders behind him dismounted. He then followed in like suit. He strode up before Mirina, bowed to one knee, and rose again.
"I can see that you have kept the army of Lorien well, and that they have healed since the last time I lead them into open combat. But then I was lord of Himling, a small island. Now I am Elessar, lord of Dor-Taur-Sir (land from Misty Mountains to the eastern edge of Mirkwood) and I have brought a force of ten thousand elves to aid the cause of the heirs of one of my oldest and most trusted friends...Wizdom was a great man. We have no need of supplies, each man carries his own weekly rations, and for any time after that we have supply wagons and hunters which allow us relitively easy movement. It is crucial that we go now, and retake the land of Lothlorien.
I ask that Lorien and Mirkwood become allies, and that we fight a battle for Lorien's independence together.
*Elessar extends his hand
I am not the true queen, only acting in my mothers absence...
But at least for a little while- yes an alliance will be good for the people.
I will knight you- after the battle. You will currently be my head adviser.

Elgee- Which RPG is it?? Just curious. Of course you can go through. Thanks for asking!!
Elessar- Yes, Lothorien is still occupied, but, where is the brains of this evil act? IN MORDOR. I suggest we go to Mordor first, then Lothorien, or vice versa. We had better destroy the Darkest One sooner or later.
Elgee- Yes, that was certainly a brave act. When we (if) we get back, there shall be a REALLY nice feast for you, with all the french fries you can handle.
I won't be signing on for a while. Beleg has permission to speak for me. In fact, during the week, I won't be signing on at all. I am WAY to busy with homework and drama club.

However, mylady, the dark Lord has no connections with this evil that occupies Lorien. The dark lord has far too much power for us to contest, anyway. The threat that has kept itself in Lorien is a threat from forien lands over the seas. An evil King sailed from there and utterly destroyed our forces at what seemed to be a final battle. In this battle were the forces of Rohan, Lorien, and Arnor. The forces of Arnor, controlled by the Lord Ciryaher, fled the battle just when victory seemed near. Thus we were forced to flee with what little force we had left. There, now you know the basic history, and can judge from there.

(Time to get on with it)
The next day the forces of the elves came up over a foothill of the Misty Mountains, and there below them was Lothlorien. It seemed dark and brooding, no one and nothing seemed to be moving below. There were no longer animals running through the fields, and birds no longer flew from tree to tree. Suddenly, a single, flamming, arrow shot out of the trees, and it landed at the feet of Mirina. A war cry echoed from within the wood, and their forces sounded strong and numerous, although none of them could be seen...
Oh. My. Gosh.
*Mirina shrieks her battle cry and draws her sword, (occ. cannot remember the name. kudos to whoever finds the name for me. Starts with An______.)
She runs forth- ready to strike anything in her way.*
Anira-- Run. now. YOu are queen and i will not let you die. Ok- here we go.
*One of the little blacklings strikes Mirina- and she falls to the ground*
They are strong!!

Elessar motioned for his forces to ready, and then for them to march at a steady pace tward the wood. Their armour deflected all of the arrows. They were near to one hundred meters from the wood when Elessar called for a halt.
He called out- Tuka Kuu!. And one in every four men of Elessar's first assault force (about 2/3 the whole) pulled a bow and arrow from their saddle, they drew the arrow and halted. Wille! The arrows flew into the woods. Screams of pain and anger came from the woods, for they saw that their enimy could bite back.
The bows were put away, and the cavalry started an easy trot, spears lowered, at the woods. The men from the woods advanced also, making sure that their flank was clear for a possible retreat.
Suddenly, Elessar's second and third forces appeared from over the surrounding hills, they rode hard to get behind the enemy infantry before they could turn and flee. They succeded.
The fould men from over the seas were surrounded, Elessar's cavalry charged them many times, taking few casualties. Elessar turned and signaled for the other forces to advance.
Mirina tears her shirt and lances up her wound. She runs forth to make sure Elessar's forces got them all.
But Alas!! a new whole army of them Darklings appear!!
Here we go!! *stumbles forward*
It appears they have a really high technology.

Elgee brandishes her shining Frying Pan, Teflon (ooc: sorry that I'm not as serious as y'all, but it's the only weapon I'm efficient with). She swings it at the darklings surrounding her, then rushes to assist Mirina, whipping out a little tube of cobalt blue medicine.
She rubs it on the wound which stings a bit but the bleeding lessens a little.

The men from the east come out of the trees, bringing great machines of war with them. There are balistas, giant crossbows with explosive bolts, catipults, and boiling pots of oil. Elessar calls for a halt, and his men re-assemble upon the plain. They make an orderly retreat back to the bluff where the army of Lothlorien stands. He rides to the command tent. He walks inside. Soon Mirina and Eglee, both of which had riden with his army, are in there too. Elessar turns to them.
"They are strong, what on earth can we do?... There must be some way to defeat those machines. Any charge will be broken on the oil and balistas, and if we wait till dawn they will bombarde us with the catipults. It is time to get creative."

"Well, first consider the teriegn... terain? Ground and stuff... We are badly situated, in a valley, where they can easily pour their arrows down upon us... Let us turn this into a disadvantage!!! We shall riddle the hills with holes and such and burrow underneath them. Do we have any dwarves who could do this? If not it is an impossible plan... Unless we happen to know a group of gophers."

"Glory, get in here!!!" Elgee yells. "You are driving me crazy pacing around out there and giving an occasional status report... Geez... You are a smart person... Help us out!!!... Where was I?... I will willingly assist them, Elessar. We will need a detailed idea of where to dig and how far... I've heard of using a kite to measure distances over enemy occupied territory. We cannot risk sneaking a spy out there. Do you think we could get ahold of anything explosive? Even fire works? Then we can pack the tunnels full of it... Like the Americans did in WWI or the Union in that one Civil War battle... Either way, they didn't do to well.."
Elgee suddenly realizes that she is refering to things that had never happened and stops to wonder what in the heck she meant by america...

Are you suggesting we make traps? In that case, this is what you do. We dig the tunnels, in undetectable patterns across the plain. The tunnels cannot be but a yard or so underground. The tunnels are supported with wooden beams. After we are completed, we burn the beams with lamp oil and such. When they charge at dawn, they will walk over the normal looking ground, but find that it collapses underneath them, an excelent strategy for outsmarting cavalry, I have used it once or twice.

Well, my idea was to blast a large hole in their regiments, taking out all of their machines that we can dig under, and then make a quick charge, but you know our military strength better than I do... You're idea is definately safer.

We have hours of night left, and the elves are tireless, we may be able to preform both. We could dig three sides of a square around them, and then attack from the fourth side. If they tried to flee, or tried to advance on our flank, they would be blocked. And, amidst the explosions of their machinery they would be hard pressed to focus on us, instead of saving their contraptions. I think that

Basically, we're going to blast them sky high from underneath. We've already dug the tunnels and have a good section open underneath the bad guys instruments of death. Not if we plan it right. You see if we focus the explosives under the machines then the explosion will be realitively far away from us and so harmless, especially since the earth will collapse in on the combustibles and put out any fires. The problem will that way take care of itself.

Elessar jumps up, a disgruntled look on his face.
"Why didn't anyone tell me we were starting? It was all supposed to happen at once, before they knew what was going on! Quickly, light the rest of the fuses! Someone fetch my horn! The men must begin to move within five minutes. All of them, even the Lothlorien soldiery."
Elessar moves over to where three captains stood, waiting. He gave them orders, where to take their men and what to do at each sign. He picked up his horn. A loud sound echoed from it. He left after seeing that they were lighting the fuses of all of the explosives, and that the tunnels were being burned out.
oh dear...
*Runs off to Mirina's captains to give them the same orders. 'Move your soldiers to attack, immediantly. you will take orders for Ellesar also. I will not always be availible, so use your best judgement also'

"We must attack while they are still confused! Kit, hurry, bring your men around from behind, and take your time, let them think their flank is secure before you push it! Mirina, you shall lead the Lothlorien army from the front. You must not let them break your assault, so don't charge. Once you get there you must hold your position. I shall lead one of my cavalry units in from the right side, and Glory, you shall lead the left assault. As for the rest of you, choose from which angle you will attack, but none will be left at the camp!
