I think RP28 was pointless, and i that is why i asked for RPs to be put by the mods. It also annyoed me how dain staged it in Rohan without asking you. But it was a mistake so i am not angry.
I also think this was bettween Elessar and Cir and Beorn should be avoided at all costs. Remember last time this happend and it went know were just alot of petty argumenents.

My friends, observe the facts. Previously, Elessar made a lot of trouble, and then when we prepared to retailiate against him, he bowed out and fled. I then made a peace with him in my mind, but again he became troublesome. When I blockaded him--with no ill intentions of war, which my counsels will agree--he broke through it. I tightened my blockade (which had harmed no one) and he then used mischevious methods to sabotage my fleets. He was even so presumptuous as to assume that my elite forces could be corrupted as easily as the drunken rabble the Himling claims. Even now he does as he has done before: cause trouble and then run away.

Those are the facts. Now it must be decided what to do with him. He is a decided liar and trickster, and Atannore demands that he be brought to justice in the courts of both Atannore and the White Council.

Cir I know what you mean. I know you had no intentions of starting war against Ellesar. You did not want Ellesar's ship bringing in war stuff. ( which he didn't)
But Ellesar made alot of trouble because he feeled pressured. He felt as if you were only making up this fleet thing up just so you can declare war against him.

Now thats what i think is happening. But then again i could be wrong.
I agree with Mith, the White Council will not fight in this war unless they chose to. And everyone knows i will not take any sides.

Yes, Lord Eomer, It is high time we allowed ourselves to become a threat. I agree wholeheartedly. (As a matter of fact, a week ago I began to start training the men of Helms Deep in some of the older Numenorian battle tactics, and they look all the more magnificent in action with the added help of the horses)

I do not think we should become more of a threat, but we need more defenses lines and increase our technologys, for i think we should not make huge armies or atacking forces as such, more concentrate on defending our people and our homes.

We cannot afford to not have a larger army. Both are enimies and allies alike are raising the bar of size and structure of what a good army is, and in order to discourage attacks on us and keep us fond in the eyes of our allies we must become contenders, it is the only way.

I suggest vigorous riding courses, we must upkeep our standard as the best of the horse, that is vital. I also suggest we train some archers, If we are to have a wall and towers we will definitaly need archers. Also, are the nations in exile our allies, or are they more like peaceful neibors? This is more important than you could immagine, and I really need an answer.

But before all of this we really must concentrate on the wall you wish to build, If we put the entire army into working on it we should be done rather quickly. Although, if we were to put the entire army on it we would have to make precautions, as to ensure our safety. I have gone and confused myself...anyone got any ideas?

These captains will have the duties to council the King when they think that the King is wrong. They will go with the King to any battles and fight for their King and help Captain the army of Rohan.

Right seeing as i have the wide open spaces of East Emnet, i will be recruiting new members for our army, to under go 16 weeks of basic training, then specialised training (archers, swordsman, pikeman ect) All will be elite riders, (well we are in rohan!).
Our existing army will go into a further 6 weeks of training and more archers will be trained to be placed along are new wall

They are towers that shoot heavy rocks or stones at the enemy. It can shoot a large distance around 70 meters.

Attanore is preparing for war, the target is unknown, but its most likely to be Elessars kingdom(Dor-Taur-sir). If not then it can only be the Khazad Kingdoms or Rohan that are under threat.

My Dwarves have prepared already for war and can help in the protection of the Gap from my city of Aldamar.

I will keep my troops in Aldamar, to maintain the strength of the Gap, so as to help you stop the war spilling through from Arandor.

I will post the population of Rohan and its army soon.

But that Edoras is getting over populated, and that a new city will be built in Eastfold. 50 miles Norht-West of Mering Stream and 25 miles West of Entwash. There will be a small Temple there. That will act as a meeting place. The temple will be in the center of the city. Where there will be stables and barracks, archery ranges around them and all of the houses and markets. 1 mile from the temple there will be a wall. Of 17.5 meters high all around the city. With 2 20m towers in the center of those walls. With gates in between the towers. This city will be governed by Eogthea and it will be named Rillanon.

Thus that Fangorn will be helped governed by Mithrandir due to that he is a good friend to Treebeard.

Thus in East Emnet 150 miles South of Limlight and 30 miles East of Entwash there will be another City built. It will be similar to Rillanon. But there will be more millitary men and machines.

So that for now Rohan will be closed. No one will be able to leave, except for my captains and I. Rohan will be closed and will go under construction.

Our construction of the walls, towers and Cities. I think would be ready 5 - 7 months. (4-6 forum weeks)

I'd hazard a guess that 1,000,000 was a typo. But the overall numbers still look too high IMO. Its only a small forest! Elessar has similar numbers in most of Mirkwood. Think of the environmental damage of too many elves in too few trees!:D

"ladies and gentlemen, captains and other millitary leaders and the Rohirrim. War is coming soon, Middle Earth is preparing for a battle that we have never faced before since we rode to Minas Tirith. There are chaos in kingdoms such as Arnor, our recent virus in Edoras. Though all of them are finished, gone, cured or destroyed. We have gathered all the men in each household. And only young boys such as 17 and younger are left to defend their families. Though young they may be, they are warriors of a kind.
Through out my life, I have never really loved a women, besides my sister Eowyn. And I'm sad and lonely for that I have no Queen to be with me. Thus that we do not have a true heir to my throne. I dreamt of having a son, to be the future King of Rohan, but will not happen.
Thus when I go to war, I might fall or perish, or i might survive. Though if i die, then the heir to my throne will be King.
And ladies and gentlemen, that heir to the throne.
I now name Eothain as my heir.
Eothain has been there with me, by my side ever since. I first met Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli. He has been there with me in all of our Battles. Thus I name Eothain as me heir"

post in whichever your army fits into best. I would wait until the block is lifted, though. There are some problems that need straightening out.

Mithrandir, I need to know. Will you help control my army. Or will you go up North and fulfill your duties to Lord Cir.

Please tell me soon, so that Eothain and I can figure how to work things out. We will then have to call in the lower captains

"My lord, King Mormegil of Ered Nimrais would like to announce that, as has been planned, 2000 Dwarves have manned Helms Deep and will protect it for Rohan.
Mormegil also asks if he may fill the vacant position of Govenor of Helms Deep"

The messenger awaits Eomer's response.

"My lord I do have duties I must fullfill to Lord Ciryaher, but before the time destined for me I will request leave to come to Helms Deep and make sure things are in place. I hope to see you soon my king."

"Tell your Lord Mormegil, that King Eomer, will be honoured and happy to have him as Govenor of Helms Deep."

From Helms Deep, The Rohirrim walked down south, for many days, which took them around a week and an half. Until they go to Dunharrow.

There at Dunharrow was the army of Eothain's 30 400 men. Half of them on horse.

There the Rohirrim and Eothain, entered the Gates of the Path of Dead. Which was clear, and peaceful. They travelled through the Paths of Dead, which took them at least 3 to 4 days. After a long and hard journey through the Mountain, they reached Erech. There in Erech they settled down. And with them they started to live. With the City Guards and Militia there to defend the people of Rohan.

They Army of Eothain, headed towards Minas Tirith, riding fast and swift.

Back in Rohan, Eomer sits apon his thrown.
A messenger arrives

"My lord, The dwarves are planning something. I can feel it. They are getting near the Gap"

Ok Eothain should be in Lamedon in Gondor now. He has 30 400 troops with him. 7000 are swordsman, 3000 are of archers, 3000 spearmen, and he has 1400 axeman, and 1400 crossbowmen. Am i correct?"

"Yes my lord"

" His calvary he has 5000 Medium Calvary, 4000 Heavy Calvary, 2000 Light Calvary, 2100 Calvary Archers and 1500 Charioteers


We have 34 000 men. Which are all in Edoras, or outside Edoras. 4000 are Medium Calvary, 5000 are Heavy Calvary, 2000 are Light Calvary. My Calaviers and Knights are here with me 300 all together. 2000 are Charioteers and we have 2100 Calvary Archers Which mean are out Calvary equals 15 400. Am I correct?"

"Good, We have 9000 swordsman, 4000 archers, 5000 spearmen, and 300 of Axemen and 300 Crossbowmen Am i right?"

"Yes my lord, the rest of our men are at the Gap."
