At ol'e wizdom's inn

[Wizdom]

Wizdom sat behind the bar taking drink orders, the door flew open and a tall dwarf enterd. wizz smiled at the site of his old friend. "How have you been dain?" he asked as he sat on a bar stool. a small girl ran to wizdom... "Pappa, pappa, Tallarung flushed dolly down the toilet..." she said tears in her eyes. "what ever she says its not true!" they heard tallarung shout.

[Anira the Elf]

* then she remembers some thing

bic: "i want my dolly back" anira cried. "get it back daddy!!!"

[Aroghel]

*tall Elf walks into the inn, looking very happy

"Hi everybody! Hey Wiz - you got any Cherabon tonight?"

*looks at the crying child

"Whats the matter, little one? Hey i got a present for ya!"

*Puts his hand out and a Yellow Unicorn doll pops out

"Thank you Mr. - Papa! look what this Elf person gave me!"

[EverEve]

Another elf walks in all happy. "Hey everybody, how yall doin?"

[Glory]

*enters to the place and feels a little out of place amog so many elves* hello how's everyone?

[Kit Baggins]

Someone else enters the inn. He is much shorter than the Elves or Glory.
"Hello everyone." Kit says. "Hello, Glory!" Glory looks down to see who's talking to her.

[Glory]

*she looks at kit happy to see another different creature (no ofense elves)* hello kit!!!:D how are you? and what adventure bring you here? *she says smiling to her friend*

[Kit Baggins]

Kit smiles at Glory.
"I needed a break from the Shire." he explains. "And I wanted to see you, and Wizdom, and Aredhel, and Elessar, and all my old friends again."

[Aredhel]

She comes in, a short while later. She waits in the doorway for her eyes to adjust to the dimness. She sees all her old friends and a wide smile appears, showing perfectly straight and white teeth. Walks over to the counter.

"How are you doing, Wizdom?, she says, before walking slowly over to Kit and Glory.

"How's life in the Shire?, she asks him. She sits down at a table,"Life is the same as always in Rivendell. But," she thinks for a while,"It is getting dull. Barely any elves live there any more. I'm thinking of leaving Rivendell and travel around Middle-earth, for one last look-around before I leave for good. Oh, I might come back. I just don't know what to do" She orders a mug of ale.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

A dust covered figure walks in.
"Hullo Kit, Wizdom, Eglee, Aroghel, Glory, Evereve! How's everyone doing.

[Aredhel]

She looks over to Elessar,"Oh....hello, Elessar."

[Glory]

*to kit* well then I am glad to see you again *smiles*:)

I am fine thanks for asking *she look with concern at Elessar* and you? I heard you have been expulsed from the silver wizards guild.

[Elbereth]

A sad Valier enters the Inn and glumly takes a seat.

"Hello Wizdom, nice place you have here. Hi everyone, nice to see you all again."

[Glory]

*she looks at Elbereth and says* hello

[EverEve]

Why is everbody sad????????? Valier, what is wrong?!?!

[HLGStrider]

Hi EverEve, I am a little down because my festival turned out to be a bust...everyone just fell asleep...so I have been visiting various Inns throughout Middle Earth to cheer up and forget about my failure...:(

Youre not a failure!!!! Elgee here will cheer ya up, after all, its her job, and she's gosh darn good at it!!:D what kind of festival was it if ya dont mind my asking?

Elgee attempts to stand on her head, but falls flat on her back, knocking over a rack of Wizdom's best wine selections. Her cats hurry to lap it all up. Elgee gets dizzy from the fumes...

*Looks at Elbereth* "you're welcome" *lol* "Elgee great job!! let me help you" *she says smiling then looks at EverEve* I am not sad at all how I could be with all my friends here? *smiles looking to her friends*

"yes you do!" :D *smiles to EverEve*

*Grins hapilly* "I feel so gosh-darn special" *gives Glory a hug* Glory: "Er....Eve, I cant breath" Eve:"Oooooooh sorry, my bad"

"it's ok no bone has been broken" *laught* "I am just kidding Eve!":p
*looks at the broken bottles of wine* "well...we have to clean this mess"

[Elbereth]

Elbereth laughs at Elgee's feeble attempt at cheering her up.

"Thank you Elgee...it was a noble effort. And thank you EverEve. You are indeed a true friend."

[Glory]

"becareful Elbereth, Evereve could hug you!" *she looks at evereve and laughts goes to find something to clean the floor*

[Elbereth]

*laughs merrily*

"Thanks Glory, I'll be more careful next time." ;) :p :D

*smiles warmly*

[Aredhel]

"We should all be happy!",she says cheerfully. She takes a swig of her ale.

[EverEve]

"Oooo yay! We're having drinks." *orders a pint* "Id like to make a toast. Heres to friends!!!!" *Takes a big drink of her pint*

[Glory]

"are you going to hugs us?" *lol* "I am just kidding don't get mad at me! CHEERS!!"

[Kit Baggins]

Kit hugs Glory, and starts to laugh.
"Cheers!" he says, raising his pint.

No one should be sad, we're all friends here, ALL of us. Now, yes I was banished from the silver wizards, But I have been offered re-entry and refused. I just cant work under that council...

"well at least kit didn't tried to kill me" *looks to evereve* "you can hug me only if you let me breath this time" *smiles they both laughts*
*glory looks to Elessar* "ok, I see wharever I've never been in that council how it is like?"

[Wizdom]

Wizdom smiled. he hadn't said anything for a while waiting for his friends to great each other how they please. "The reason why i called you all here is that.... well..... Daughter you run off to bed now its getting far to late......" wizz watched as she stomped off angrily. "A shadow has returned in the east...." wizz said in barely more then a wisper. "there are rumors, of a nameless fear..." he said quietly. "8 of us here are in a secret guild that we don't even know excisted....." wizz paused. "The Brother hood of the Raven." they all laughed. "But that is a childrens fairy tale!" said one of them. "Is it?" wiz asked staring hard. he walked to the wall, were 8 identical sword handles were. slowly, wizdom grabbed one and pulled. A long and beutifull blade came from it. he looked at it for a second and then walked over to Aredhel. "This is yours, your animal spirit, is the hawk." he said as he handed it to her. he then walked back to the wall and drew another, this one was much shorter. "Kitt, this is yours, your animal spirit is, the ape." 6 more times he drew a sword and gave it to its owner telling them there animal spirit within. Ellesar, Lion. EverEve, Eagle. Glory, Tiger. Elbereth, Shark. Elgee, Bear. Down the list he went until, only he himself remained. "Wizdom...." he said quietly. "Wolf." they all stared at the blades wondering if it was some kind of joke. "I assume you will want to talk about this?" he asked staring at them all.

[Kit Baggins]

"What is the Brotherhood of the Raven?" Kit asks, stil staring at his sword. "I mean- I've heard stories of it, but I never knew it was real!"

[Aredhel]

"It is in old scrolls at Rivendell and Lothlorien, but I've never beleived them,"she says, with amazement and looking at her sword."Oh, yeah,I've been meaning to ask you Wizdom. Who is your wife."

[Wizdom]

"She left when anira was born." he said. "The brother hood of the raven is a group of people that unite to fight one of the greatest evils of all time...... Saruman is back." wizz finnished quietly. "We each have special powers given from the animal spirits within when we were these." he finnished opening a secret door and pulling out 8 identical cloaks, all with broaches that had pictures of there animal spirit within. he through them each one. and put his on. "The wolf, for example, has super speed and super strength." (Ya'll can pick your powers just pm them to me!) "We strike quickly and quietly, fighting the enemy without them even knowing were there... We must make our way to isengard, by morning... if you all agrea?" he asked staring at each of them.

well then, that is indeed a hard pill to swallow...
*Elessar sat quietly for a minute
So...let's see...the Lion? Strength is a given, courage, intellegence, nobility...Yes, I can work with Lion.
(jumps up and down, Long Live King Richard I! (oh wait, he is dead))

"Yay Im an Eagle! Hmmmmmm....grace(cough, we'll take that one out, considering its me)......stealth, courage, freedom, and speed.....I can work with this too!" *dances around the room doing her "eagle dance"*

"If you are all ready, please follow me." he said. he got up and walked to the place were he had drawn the swords. he slid his into the hole and turned it to the left. the lock clicked and the door swung open.

[HLGStrider]

I always thought I was a cat... but lead away... meow...

*turns to Wizdom
"Well, you have all of this figured out, dont you?"
*Picks his sword off of the table and feels it in his fingers...
"Here we are,my raavi hyandi, my lions blade...na anwa...
*He slipped the sheathless sword into his belt, and fastened a small, leather clip onto the point. He walked back up to Wizdom and everyone else, and stared in awe at what lurked behind the opened doors...

[HLGStrider]

What's a bear for... In that stupid Balto two it was Inner Knowing.. That'll have to do... but do you know what I think it was for? BEAR HUGS!!! She hugs everybody in the room really hard.

[Glory]

*glory stared in awe a while then she took her sword and wear her cloak* "Tiger...I like it Glory the fearless tiger...." *smiles* "I still can't believe those stories were true...."

[Wizdom]

"Follow me." he said. they saw unlit torches hanging from the walls, but with each step they took a bright flame lit them. Wizdom led them down a winding path that was full of twists and turns.Finaly the reached a large circular room were 8 chairs of varying sizes were. wizdom walked up to a stone gargoyel and said. "Gripsnout." the gargoyel opend its mouth and 8 jet black cloaks fell into wizdom's open arms. wizdom gave each of them cloaks, and put his on. "These are made of a ancient fabric that is stronger then mirthal, and lighter then silk." he said. "We will leave at dawn tomorow for isengard, we will attack silently and only at night fall, we take them out slowly, until a final charge can be made to destroy them... Are you with me." he asked staring at them all.

Does he have any men, and do we have only ourselves? This sounds like a gruesome task indeed...

[Wizdom]

"it may be cruesome indeed. but let me show you something. Stab at me with this." he said as he handed him an old sword. he did and when the blade hit the cloak the blade shatterd. "Didn't feal a thing." he said smiling.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Amazing work, Wizdom. How is dawn? Yes, I beleive dawn would be best, for if we leave at dawn we shall arrive in Isengard near to noon...yes, the light is always better than the dark....

[Aredhel]

(What can a hawk do?)

"Let's see, Hawk," she thinks for a while,"Speed, agility, keen eyesight, basically describes an elf, heheheheheh."

"Are we going to leave soon,"she asks Wizdom.

[Kit Baggins]

Kit wraps his cloak around himself. He is still staring at Wizdom in openmouthed astonishment. Then he smiles.
"I'm guessing," Kit says slowly, "seeing as my animal spirit is the ape, that means my powers are..." He thinks for a moment. "Strength, intelligence and being good with my hands?" he suggests.

[HLGStrider]

As Elgee the Bear, I will follow and fight and do whatever is necessary...

[Elbereth]

Being quiet thus far, Elbereth calls Wizdom to her side for council...

"Wizdom, you should be aware that it is against my nature to fight. So this sword will be of no use to me.(hands sword to Wizdom) I will however join your fellowship. I have great powers and skills of healing, and you will need my assistance when facing Sauruman.

I have known Sauruman before he was named. I knew him before time itself. Sauruman has great powers of deception that very few can withstand. What we have seen in the past are only shadows of his real power. But, I will not be swayed by him. And you can rely on me to be there when all else fails. You have my service.

I also need to warn you that it was not an accident that you recieved the shark as my spirit animal. It is but another of Sauruman's deceptions. The shark spirit belongs to Sauruman. He knows that I am a threat to him. And therefore has put a hex on the very sword that I have returned to you. We shall fight without the 8th sword. For that sword is a bad omen, I felt it clearly when you placed it in my hand.

Beware Wizard. His trickery is greater than you think."

[Wizdom]

"All this I know.... theres just one thing that your wrong about. Sauramun's, animal spirit is the crow." he said. "And i do not like to fight either but some times we have to take up arms, and strike to ensure the safety of others. But if you insist, then i accept your offer as a healer." he said smiling. they all then went to bed fealing extremely tired. they all slept well that night. Day broke. One by one the came down to the yard just in front of wiz's inn. "Well shall we?" he asked as he jumped onto his wolf, Ice.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar had left, he called from outside, he had mounted Bill. He was wearing his lucky leather armour, but still had a grim look to him. He waited for the others to saddle their horses.

[Kit Baggins]

Kit jumps onto his pony, and looks up at Elessar, yawning.
"Where do we have to go?" he asks sleepily.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Good question. Wizdom, mind telling me how we are going to gain entrance to the tower? The door and tower are the craft of Numenor, and I can vouch for their inpenatribleness(sp)...there are supposed to be great things still in those ancient halls.

[Aredhel]

She jumps up on Asfaloth, and waits for the others.

[Wizdom]

"With the help of a hawk." wizdom smiled. "Each of you can turn into your animal spirits. Think completely about a hawk flying across the sky." wizdom said to ardhel. she closed her eyes and she imediatly turned into a giant hawk, large enough to carry each of them to the window of the tower.

[Wizdom]

"Let's be off, i want to get there before nightfall."

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar turned to the (where is this inn? which direction should I be facing?). He spurred Bill and was off, he moved with the horse, and the horse and Elessar as one outmatched all of them, save Wizdom on his wolf.

[Aredhel]

She climbs up until she is a mile above the others.

[EverEve]

Eve followed behind on Windrider, the wild stallion, fastest horse on the plains. She galloped on until she was right behind Ellesar, but kept Windrider on Bill's flank.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee, mounted on her cats, hurries along side...

[Wizdom]

((Lol, Cats???)) They traveld all day and only stopped when the others complained of hunger.

[EverEve]

The group comes to a halt and Eve dismounts. Windrider is sweaty but clearly not to exhausted because he was prancing about looking for food. Eve brought him over to a patch a grass and he began to graze. The rest of the company also dismounts (or in Aredhel's case, flew down) and sits down.

[Elbereth]

*Takes a seat next to Wizdom, and pulls out a package of lembas that she nibbles sparingly. Then drifts off into a dream-filled sleep.*

[It is early-morning, Sauruman's fortress is standing tall above Elbereth and her companions. Elbereth looks up at the pinnacle of the tower, where Sauruman lies in wait of his foes. Locking onto his menacing stare, she enters into his mind...to see great and vicious battles being fought...man against man, brother slaying brother...With all the fell beast of the land roaming and pilaging freely. And then suddenly she turns her gaze away from Sauruman...only to find that the land about her lay in waste and her companions lost from sight. In great fear, Elbereth gives out a yell. Then as if from a far distance she hears Wizdom calling out to her...."Elbereth wake up!"]

Bolting from her sleep, Elbereth looks about the dark land confused but is relieved to see Wizdom at her side.

She proceeds to tell him of her dream...and seek his council.

"Wizdom, we have very little time. You must tell us all you know of Sauruman. I fear he may be stronger than we think."

[Aredhel]

Changes back so she can eat,"Where are those lembas?"

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar had been silent, and had never left his saddle, he simply fingered the blade of his new sword, and repetedly rubbed the fingerprints off with the edge of his tunic...

[EverEve]

Looks around at everyone in the group. Glancing around, she saw Ellesar fingering his sword, Kit, Aredhel, and Elgee eating, and Wizdom and Elbereth talking about something off to teh side. She stares intently and Elbereth and sees her worried expression as she discussed whatever it was with Wizdom. she hears snatches of the convorsattion and hears enough to know it was about Saruman, a dream, and evil.

[Wizdom]

wizdom stoped talking abruptly. he stood waving his arm to silence elbreth. he listend closely. "Some thing draws near.... i can feal it." (Bring back any memories?) he said turning to ellesar. "Everyone mount your rides hurry!" he shouted.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar was impassive, he slowly put the glinting blade back into its sheath, he reaches down to grab Bill's reins, the leather of his saddle creaking under the stress. He lifted a bow from the saddle, and knocked an arrow to it.
"From which direction does it come? I feel the need to face this fear."

[Glory]

occ: sorry I couldn't logg on yesterday but pretend that I travelled with everyone

*Glory is looking around whiles she is eating some lembas that Elbereth gave her* :) *when she felt a dark presence she stopped eating and pulled her sword out*

[Elbereth]

Grabbing her hood, Elbereth throws it about her shoulders and hops onto her steed. With her heart pounding fiercely, she searches the darkness for movement.

Not seeing anything, Elbereth closes her eyes...she can sense the intruder is near, but can not feel which direction it is located.

[EverEve]

Eve mounts Windrider, and draws her sword. Closing her hood over her shoulders, her horse circled once, stamped its feet, and snorted at an unseen evil. With her elven vision and hearing she searched through the dark for some sign of what was creating a shadow in her heart, but to no avail. "I know this thing is near, but where is it?" she whispered to the dark. Windrider seemed to answer her with a rear. Eve tried to soothe him by talking to him softly, but he remained nervous and pranced in place.

[Glory]

*she walks not to far to avoid get lost in the dark and tries to reach the presence but can't and comes back to the camp* "I guess we'll wait to see what happens"

[HLGStrider]

Where is it? You mean WHAT is it?
swallows Elgee, gripping her frying pan tight...

[EverEve]

Eve looks around and sees a shadow move towards the camp. Moving over towards Elgee seh said "Elgee do you see that?" Eve's elvish eyes began to see the shape more clearly. It was a silhoutte of a creeping figure moving slowly. Moving to Wizdom's side she showed him where the thing was. The shadow in her heart grew ever stronger.

[Glory]

*she grabs her sword and gets ready to fight if she needs to*

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar jumped off of his horse, and ran to the fire, he picked up a burning stick and tossed it a few feet from the shadow, it retreated beyond the clearing.
"Do not engage it yet...Wizdom, what is that foul creature?

[EverEve]

Windrider became even more nervous and Vulcan's blade glittered white around its edges.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee stares at the figure, "Wizdom, what do you know about that thing? Can you kill it by hitting it really hard with a frying pan or do I have to use my sword?"

[Kit Baggins]

"Who cares what we kill it with, let's just kill it!!" Kit yells, drawing his sword.

[Aredhel]

She remains calm, while gripping her sword in her right hand,"It's gettig closer."

[Wizdom]

"I fear it is the thing that haunts all are dreams... a creature from a distant tale... The naz`gul." he said drawing his swords. "We have to leave now!" he shouted. "RIDE!" he screamed.

[Kit Baggins]

Kit jumps back onto his pony, his eyes wide with terror. He rides after Wizdom.

[Aredhel]

She jumps on Asfaloth, who had followed them, and rides after Kit and Wizdom.

"I think this time I will ride a horse," she says grimly.

[EverEve]

Eve began to follow the others, but stopped, and turned. Her sword drawn, and looking at the Naz'gul she muttered "I dont believe that this is the last time we will meet." At that she wheeled around and galloped off wtih the rest of the group.

[Glory]

*she puts her sword on her cover again and follows Wizdom, Kit, Aredhel and EverEve*

[Elbereth]

Now alone with the Nazgul...Elbereth stares at it with great pity and disgust, while the Nazgul sneered and then lunged at Star-glider, her silver steed. The horse bucked, but Elbereth stayed the horse and calmed it. Then from beneath her cloaked she pulled out a long file that glowed with the intensity of a star from the heavens.

The Nazgul let out a piercing shriek...and cowered away from the light.

"Leave us spawn of the dark shadow! Go back to your master! You shall not follow!"

Then directing the full light of the file upon the Nazgul, the pitiful ringwraith screeched in pain...and fled away into the darkness of the forrest.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee, riding on her cat, takes the time to look over her shoulder. She can see a low, dark cloud swiftly approaching. It spills over the edge of the horizon like a lava flow. It gains speed, lightening flashing inside of it. The cat's fur stands on end. Elgee and the cat start to hiss...
"Hissssssssssssssssssssssssssssss"

[Wizdom]

they rode on and on until they were within sight of the tower of orthanc..... night had fallen...

[HLGStrider]

the cloud came in low behind with evil jaws music to go along

[Elbereth]

Elbereth rejoins the group ...frightening Elgee's cat in the process.

"Sorry, Elgee...:( " Elbereth whispered..

Then looking up at Orthanc covered in the mist...she is silenced as shivers run up and down her spine.

[Glory]

*she looks to orthanc* "I think our time has finally come."

[Aredhel]

"Good,"she says, while transforming into a giant hawk.

[EverEve]

Eve follows along calmly, but Windrider was still nervous.

[HLGStrider]

I think becoming a bear would scare my cats, but I will grow claws just for the occasion.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar rode, a little behind them, lost in thought. He wondered how the nazgul had come back, after the loss of the great ring. And wondered who their new master was, and to what purpose he was using them. He wondered what it would be like to change into a forien creature, and didn't plan to until the need arose. He once again fingered the hilt of his new sword, and it felt aqward in his hands...

[Glory]

*she smiles to Elgee* "well I don't think a Tiger might scare your cats, right?"

[Aredhel]

She lands beside Elessar,"Are you okay? You seem kind of distant..."

[HLGStrider]

Elgee looks from the tower to the cloud... talk about between a rock and a hard place... She then sharpens her new claws... She was already practicing her shape shifting abilities in going from Cat to Human (But had only managed meowing) bear seemed to be an interesting detour... Ready to fight.

[Elbereth]

Elbereth looks at Wizard...who is staring at Orthanc...deep in thought. And then she turns her gaze back to the ominous tower that stands before them.

"What is the strategy Wizard?"

[Glory]

"I have a really bad feeling, when are we going to attack?"

[HLGStrider]

"Me too... This is creepy... are we supposed to destroy the tower or just what's in it?"

[Glory]

*Glory pulls her sword out*

[EverEve]

Drawing out her sword as well, Eve looked around and said "Lets get this party started sometime today folks!"

[HLGStrider]

die evil guys inside tower... yehaa and all that. .

[Elbereth]

As the others prepare to charge the tower, Elbereth suddenly and without warning disapears in thin air...unbeknownst to the others.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar looked at Aredhel, who was clutching to the saddle of Bill. He spoke to her, "Aredhel, my ability is forien and strange, it doesnt feel right within me. It is out of place, and I fear I will not bear to use it until the upmost need." Aredhel nodded and flew away, and Elessar turned back to his dark thoughts. The company came upon the dark shadow of Orthanc in the early hours of the morning. The company sat in the shelter of the last of the forest set up by the ents at the war of the ring, they were in a simi-circle, with wizdom in the center. All eyes were on him, save his own, which were distantly looking north twards the tower. Elessar, kneeling on one knee and playing with a stalk of grass, spoke first. "Wizdom... why are we here, what is our main purpose?"

[Wizdom]

wizdom stared at him hard.. "I have always told you what i thought, and have never lied to you... so i guess i shant start now.... Sarumun has created a knew ring of power, one greater then any ever made, even the one ring, we are hear to destroy it... Ellesar, i fear that this may be are last batle together...." wiz said to him.

[HLGStrider]

Keep heart, brave Wizdom. We will all make it and live to toast our victory at my tavern... Though I suppose it is in direct competition with yours.....

[EverEve]

"Wiz, do not say things like that. Its depressing. When was this new ring forged?" Eve said, her graveness growing deeper with each passing minute. Fingering her sword, she looked at each member of the company. Every single one of them looked grave and serious.

[Glory]

*smiles* "well I hope that by saying "last battle" you meant that we will have peace" *she said "but something inside me tells me that those words means something else" she thought at the same time*

[HLGStrider]

Elgee's optimism is eternal. she shines her frying pan, singing about her kitty cats...

[¤-Elessar-¤]

"Nay Wizdom, old friend, we shall make it through...together." He raises Anduril from its sheath. "Come, let us fly!"

[HLGStrider]

Elgee braces herself for the big fight...

[Wizdom]

"Come." he said silently.

Eve followed along silently, with her sword in her hand.

[Elbereth]

In the bowels of Orthanc bands of Orcs begin to organize for battle. Their chanting and grunts echo throughout the halls.

In the shadows of a dark hall, Elbereth re-appears. Then creepiing to an opening of a large door, she observes the troops of Orcs recieving orders from their nazgul general. She scans the large meeting hall, but Sauruman is nowhere to be found.

[HLGStrider]

He's probably taking a nap... Let's get him while he's resting!!!

[Glory]

"I think you are right!" *Elgee's optimism is contagious*

[¤-Elessar-¤]

The company reached the dark window that they had designated for the flight. They dismounted (and changed shape) and slowly looked at their surroundings. Elessar was up on his knees, peering out a crack between the door and the wall. He turned silently, putting his finger to his lips and drawing his sword. He whispered "Orcs patrol the hallways, we cannot fight the entire army here, we must find a way around them."

[Elbereth]

Still in the dark hall...she hears familiar footsteps approaching. Sauruman swiftly winds his way through the corridor...and she is left with little time to hide.

Without haste, Elbereth vanishes her human form and returns to her spiritual body. Then just before Sauruman comes into view, Elbereth manages to slips through a crack in the wall in order to escape Sauruman's keen detection.

Sauruman then enters the large room...The mad orcs cheer and grunt...and several bang thier swords and stomp their feet in roudy procession...then Sauruman puts up his hand for silence. As the gruesome noise subsides, Sauruman continues...

"Troops! The time has come and our enemy approaches...They may have beat us before, they have driven us out of our homes and made us cower in the light...but they shall not beat us again! WE FIGHT FOR VICTORY....WE FIGHT FOR DEATH!!!....WE FIGHT FOR REVENGE!!!!!!"

The room filled with terrible grunting, groaning cheers...and the Orcs began stamping their feet in approval. The generals yelled out orders to move out...and storms of Orcs flowed out of the Hall to meet the threat to Orthanc...

Without haste...Elbereth fled the hall to find the fellowship and warn them of the approaching threat.

[EverEve]

Crouching near Ellesar, Eve had her sword ready. She was about to change into an eagle when Elbereth returned...

[Elbereth]

"Be ready everyone...the Orcs are approaching...They are viciously mad for revenge and are out for blood. They should be coming out of the north entrance any minute now."

[HLGStrider]

Too bad... we'll just have to kill them then... sigh...

[¤-Elessar-¤]

ooc: we are in Orthanc!!!!

[Elbereth]

:rolleyes: "No kidding Elessar...I know you are in Orthanc...I'm not blind. But I'm trying to tell you that they are coming from the north entrance...and points to the door across the front foyer of Orthanc."

Noises from the approaching Orc troops can be heard from the door.

[Glory]

*grabs her sword and gets ready to fight* "do I have to transform in a Tiger right now?"

Elessar leaps into a room on the right side of the hallway, he motions for the others to follow him before he closes the door.

[HLGStrider]

I think you purposely made me a bear... there is nothing attractive about a bear... They are rolly polly... Elgee pouts, as she transforms.

[EverEve]

We're supposed to change shape now? I doubt he'll notice random animals in his tower! *turns into an eagle*

[Elbereth]

Elbereth transforms into liquid form and slips slightly under the door of the room to keep watch.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee managed to become a very attractive bear, despite her concerns. She sits in the corner, chewing on Orc bones... some instincts apparently had come along with the shape...

[Elbereth]

Watching the passing army leave the tower...Elbereth ponders what the strategy will be to defeat Sauruman...Wizard must have something planned..we can't just sit here until the entire orc army has left...or can we?

[Glory]

*changes into a Tiger and joins to Elgee's chewing*

[HLGStrider]

Elgee sticks her tongue out at the orcs... let's wait and get Sauramen alone...

[Elbereth]

"Good thinking" Elbereth then turns green lookiing at Elgee and Glory nibble on the gross Orc bones...ewww!!!

[Aredhel]

"Ohhhh. Glory and Elgee...I really don't think thats necessary." Looks away.

(sorry, I've been gone, I was on Spring Break)

[HLGStrider]

Just gonna have to get used to it cause these bones taste really good... want one?

[Aredhel]

She looks at her for awhile,"I wonder what orc tastes like."

SHe reaches out with her beak and takes the bone. She nibbles on it.,"Not bad. If only it was cooked."

[HLGStrider]

It's good raw... tastes like Sushi...

[Aredhel]

She thinks for a while then continues eating.

"You're right,"she says,"But I think we better get on with our task. Destroying Saruman."

[Kit Baggins]

Kit watches them, and turns an interesting shade of green.
"Anyone got any fruit?" he asks.

[Aredhel]

She looks at him. "Just these orc bones. I don't think Saruman is worried about getting scurvy." Laughs at her own joke.

[HLGStrider]

Well, I am...
She grabs some grapes... LET'S ATTACK!!! I'm sick of being a bear.
Elgee becomes herself again.

Yes, finally!! Thats one of the best idea's I've heard all day!

*wail* I miss Wiz!!!!!!! *sobs loudly*

Elgee weeps as well... Let's just end it... All together, grab Sarumen, stuff him in a sack, and do evil things to him... or forgive him and sentence him to exile or something.

[Aredhel]

Grabs an empty potato sack, and throws it over Saruman,"There!" She then takes a hair pin, and starts poking the ex-wizard.

[EverEve]

Eve runs over and gives Saruman a lecture about how it is bad to be evil, create a new ring of power and befriend some orcs. I like some orcs myself, but you can't trust of all of them you know!

[Kit Baggins]

Kit hits Sauman over the head with his frying pan, to see what happens.

[HLGStrider]

hey!!! I'm the one with the frying pan... geez... stick to a sword... of course, that would be bloody... Elgee spills bacon greese on the bag.

[Elbereth]

"Ok...give the guy a break already...he's sobbing like a baby. And there is nothing I hate more than hearing Sauruman snivel."

*Then taking the sack...she pulls Sauruman out by the beard...takes his ring...and puts it on her finger (the ring has no effect on Elbereth since she is a Valier and immune to its pull.)....then stands him up.*

"Sauruman are you quite done your crying fit. You are really pathetic. I do not know what Aule ever saw in you. Now if you are quite done...I am going to take you back to Valinor now."

[Aredhel]

Done with her work, she watches Elbereth pull the sack off. "Take him away! I can't bear to hear him sniviling either."

[Elbereth]

Then after binding Sauruman's hands and gagging him so he can't talk, Elbereth wishes her companions a safe trip home and a fine farewell.

Then in a blink of an eye, Elbereth transports Sauruman and herself to tower of Taniquetil. There she is greeted by her Tulkas and Orome, who take Sauruman to a chamber for his trial.

Once the gag is removed, Sauruman instantly tries to sweet talk himself out of a long sentence...but the jury of Valar are not convinced or affected by his persuasive speech. Not even his mentor Aule would come to his defense.

After all charges were made and his words of defense heard...the jury deliberated briefly and then handed their decision to Manwe in a golden envelope. Manwe, stood up...cleared his throat ..."Curumo, because of your treachery to the Valar and the ill deeds you have caused Middle Earth, you shall spend the rest of your days in servitude to Aule. But not without punishment.

Through your cunning decietful tognue and self-serving ways, you have betrayed Eru and the Valar, who entrusted you with great gifts of speech to aid in fight against the dark lord Sauron, thus endangering those who Eru loves dearly. Therefore, I hereby sentence you to an eternity of silence. You shall live out the rest of your existance without speech."

Fear spread across Sauruman's face. He tried to speak out in protest...but no words came out. Even a whisper was denied of him. However, his face said it all.

Then two guards took him away...A stern-faced Aule following directly behind.

Thus ending the threat of Sauruman till the end of days.

[HLGStrider]

I think as punishment he should've had to give me his tower... so that I'd have somewhere to live... Who owns it now?

[Glory]

"I vote for the acceptaion of Elgee's idea"

Elbereth comes back from Valinor to find everyone debating on who will take over the Tower of Orthanc. The room is quieted by her sudden entrance. Outstretching her hand, Elbereth reveals the keys to the Tower of Orthanc, which she has confiscated from Sauruman.

"I have faith that you all would be fine and fair rulers of Orthanc...therefore, I welcome whoever is willing to take these keys, the right to rule this fine tower with the blessing of the Valar."

She then places the key on a nearby table and walks out of the room.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee is pleased, but still is fairly sure someone already owns it.

[Aredhel]

"That's right....ME!!, pounces on the keys,"But wait!" she says as she's kneeling on the table and holding the keys,"I already have a place to live." She puts them back.

[HLGStrider]

I don't have a place to live... I have a portable hut... sort of the early rendition of a motor home... my larger cats carry it on their backs.

[Aredhel]

She turns to Elgee,"You can have the honor...wait...Whose property is Orthanc on. You'd better hurry and ask whoever, if not, well, then..it's all yours!"

[HLGStrider]

How would one find out? if it isn't I'd like to claim it.

[Glory]

well, Isengard belongs to Gondor, and Chippy and Beorn are the royalty therein. I suggest you PM chippy if you want it, she is nicer than Beorn.

LOL!!..So where do you get that impression from Elessar..Beorn is very nice thank you, and I would like you to stop discouraging others not to talk to him just cause you have had a bad experience with him......And Elessar, you don't know me very well...how do you not know that I am mean and nasty..
