RP 44: The Trip Round Middle Earth!

Hello hobbits, elves, dwarves, men and so on....
I would love more then anything for a trip round Middle Earth!
I need at least three people of any race, I'd prefer no orcs.
We start at Buckland, my hill,
ButterBread Hill.
I need someone who knows Middle-Earth well.
Make a profile and when everythings right, we'll start.

Oh and a dagger.
Family: Bruno Baggins lived with his family in the Shire when he discovered how
the people of the Shire had no interest of the outside world, people in Buckland or swimming!
He was appauled by this, he packed and brought his family to live with their relatives in Buckland,
his wife Jan Brandybuck was originated there.
The Bagginses were disgusted at him and his family.
Now in ButterBread Hill lives his great grandson Buddy who lives with his two sisters Helen and
Lucy, his brother Robert and his mother Jan who is 108.

History: Was born and reared in Buckland, him and his siblings were thought how to swim at a very young asge,
He adventured the woods and some of the Old forest with his young brother in his childhood, he explored all of Hobbiton and the Shire aswell.
When he got older he headed out past Buckland to other places.
When he was 50 he ventured to Rivendale and back.
He has never gone any farther then that before.
He wants more then anything to see all of Middle earth.

Personality: Friendly, cheerful and jolly, likes adventuring, travelling, swimming,
writing short stories, reading and storytelling.
He doesn't get angry easily and always is very cheerful even at awkward
times and he is a loyal friend.
The only thing is he eats large meals so don't take any food of his without permission.

Okay. *travels with everybody north untill they come to the river.* Welcome to home sweet home! *everybody stares at the emptyness* Oh yeah, I forgot you can't see it. Nalbara! *house appears* OK, everybody inside.

Tarien follows a short time, covering the party's tracks, then breaks off. ;)

[Buddy Baggins]

At his home, ButterBread Hill,
Buddy was loading his food into packages and shoving clothes into a backpack.
He took from above his fireplace the elven sword past down from his father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He took it from the sheath.
It glowed in the dimly lit room.
He put it back and put it in his belt.
From a chest of drawers he tok an elven cloak and wrapped it round him.
He then ran into the living room to inform his company that he was ready.
They were gone.
They started without him.
"This tour was supposed to start here!!!" Buddy grumbled.
"They left without me?"
He dashed into the hall and opened a the cage of his pidgeon.
Buddy took him out and lay him onto a desk and wrote a letter to the others.
He tied it to the pidgeon's leg and threw him out an open window.
Buddy got his supplies and carried them to a barn outside the hill where his small pony was, Dash and loaded the supplies onto his back.
He waited impatiently for his company.

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy patted Dash on the head and sighed.
"Why am I waiting," He sung miserably

[Kit Baggins]

"Whay are you waiting, why are you waiting?" sings a voice. Kit pokes his head round the door. "You didn't think we'd all left without you, did you?" he asks Buddy with a grin.

[Lucie Baggins]

Lucie runs over carring three bags.
"Good you're still here I thought you'd left me behind", she says. She throws the bags over the pack horse and climbs onto her own. "So where are we going first", she asks.

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy smiled happily and was joyed to see that they all hadn't left and that it was the two hobbits that hadn't left aswell.
"This is great! I knew it was strange that two hobbits would go off on me! HUH?!! Mrs. Mayor! I have to ride that horse aswell! If you wouldn't mind, could you put your baggage on your own horse?" He asked.
"Are we related hobbits? It's just we're all Bagginses! Kit do you have a pony? Are you packed?"
He then had a thought.
"Would you like to be introduced to the family?"

[Kit Baggins]

(OOC we could be related- that'd be cool :D .)
Kit holds up his bag.
"I'm packed." he says happily. There is a very long pause. "I'd better get my pony!" he says suddenly. "He's down by the mill." Kit hands his bags to Lucie, who staggers under the weight of them, and he runs out.

[Lucie Baggins]

Lucie drops the bags and climbs off her horse and takes down the bag she put on Buddy's horse.
"Sorry I thought that it might be easier to take less horses with us." She puts the bags onto her own pack horse which is waiting next to her.

[Kit Baggins]

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy turned to Lucie.
"You can stay here in case the others come, I'm going to find Kit. You can come, my family will be here to alert the others."
Buddy pulled on his backpack and trotted down the road.
He came to the mill and found no Kit and no horse.
"Bother!" he muttered.
He then ran into some nearby fields to search for Kit.

[YayGollum]

Truor walks up to Buddy and says, "Hey! When are we going? I guess we need to find all these people who are supposed to be coming with us."

[Kit Baggins]

Buddy and Truor hear the sound of shouting, then suddenly everything is quiet. They find Kit standing in the middle of the lane, holding his pony's reins. Kit looks extremely disgruntled.
"Some idiot," he says, "untied my pony. And, by the time I found it, it had wandered all over old Farmer Maggot's fields. And Farmer Maggot seemed to think I'd let the pony loose on purpose, and I got a right shouting-at!" Kit sighs. "Oh well, we'd best be going." he says.

[YayGollum]

I wish this thing could get off the ground!

[Lucie Baggins]

(OOC where are going first?)

[YayGollum]

I guess we have to wait for that Buddy dude to get back. Argh!

[Buddy Baggins]

"This is great!" Buddy laughed.
He beckoned Truor and Kit into the house leaving the pony outside.
Buddy looked at Truor, Lucie and Kit.
"Well I'm glad you got your pony Kit! SO! We have four of the six that are going on the tour! Where are those elves? Has anyone ever had trouble with elves? Are they usually busy? Should we go without them? Well do we have our supplies? Truor, do you have a horse?"
Buddy thought.
"I ask alot of questions when I want to...HEY!"
He pulled a something wrapped in a hankercheif out of his jacket.
He opened it.
There were eight eclairs inside the hankercheif.
"Have one! Wanna come inside to my family?"

Meanwhile outside the hill someone was watching in the bushes.
They sniggered and crawled away.

[Tarien]

Tarien returns with a look on her face halfway between worry and relief.
"It's a good thing I went ahead. There is a band of orcs to the North, but South we can set out easily. And South is to Rivendell."

[Buddy Baggins]

"Tarien!" called Buddy. "Have an eclair." He held one out.
He then trembled.
"Orcs." He yelped. "They are still l-living!?" he squeaked.


The figure craled up to the window to see three hobbits and an elf.
And a big tastey eclair.
He pressed his nose against the fogged up window.

[Kit Baggins]

Kit glances out of the window, and sees a shape. He nudges Buddy.
"What's that?" he asks.
"What's what?" asks Buddy. Kit looks back to the window. The shape has vanished. He shakes his head.
"Nothing. I thought I saw somwthing outside the window, that's all."

[YayGollum]

The figure craled up to the window to see three hobbits and an elf.

What's that? Excuse me, but I'm a Beorning! IC: "Yes, I have a horse and it should be waiting for me at the Green Dragon." *Truor grabs his bow and arrows* "Let's go kill some Orcs!"

[Tarien]

"Live orcs, yes. And their numbers make them unwise to challenge, unless we have good archers." Tarien states. "And South is the way to Rivendell, anyway. But we should keep a lookout. If they head South, we.....no, wait! If they come South, they'll be in the Shire! It burns my heart to see these merry hobbits put to torment or slavery! Whoever wishes, come with me! We must divert the orcs, somehow! I can probably scare some, and shoot many others, but I alone cannot win!" she searches the party's faces with a desperate, angry look.
"Truor, you said you wanted to kill some orcs. If you spoke truely, come! And whoever else too! Leave all that you can! We must make haste!" And with that last word, she sets off, her hair and cloak billowing in the wind.

[Buddy Baggins]

OOC: Truor, Beorning?
IC:
"My trip around Middle Earth has been delayed because of ocrs?!" He said angrily.
"I thought they were destroyed!" Buddy had his hands in fists.
he then noticed something bobbing at the window.
"Excuse me!" he stompedover to the round window and opened it.
Buddy pulled someone into the air and onto the hall floor.
It was Timmy Proufoot a twenty-seven year old, troublesome hobbit who was always nosing into everyone's buisness.
"I tells ya Mr. Baggins I didn't do nothin'! I was running away from a wasp!" he yelped.
"Quiet Proudfoot!!" Buddy shouted.
"Don't come back you disrespectful fool!!!" he trew him out the door.
His feet were heard scampering away.
"Right then Tarien! This shall not be not just a tour, it will be a quest! Let's hunt some Orc! Are you with me hobbits?"
He beckoned them into the lving room.
An old hobbit and three hobbits in a kitchen.
"Everyone this is my family!"

Timmy Proudfoot ran back to the hill to watch them.

[Tarien]

"Where could the others be, I wonder. Not afraid, I hope. I spoke rashly, but haste was needed. And still is. And.." Tarien's thoughts were interupted by a roar. She spun to face the creature who issued it. And had to look up.
"No." she whispered. "This is bad .

[YayGollum]

OC: What, BB, you don't like my name?
IC: Truor runs out of the house away from the troll to shoot arrows at it. He thinks better of it and tries to aim for the eyes with his dart blower. "Anybody with weapons! Time to help! Looks like we won't be able to just divert them." The troll roars again, this time in pain, when a poison dart hits its eye. Truor has to back up even more when it starts to charge him.

[Tarien]

Tarien dosen't even notice the troll, instead looking further up at an even greater foe.
"Elbereth Gilthoniel!"

[YayGollum]

What, are you trying to tell me there's a dragon here? Let's just all run away!

Magnus the Destroyer, (in his first cameo appearance) rears
up above them.The great silver dragon roared deafeningly and
glaring balefully he spread his mighty wings and flew off toward
the east.

[YayGollum]

"Phew! Any other evil monsters I don't know about, Tarien?"

[Lucie Baggins]

"How about my brother?"

[Kit Baggins]

"I heard that!" Kit shouts, coming out from where he'd been hiding under the table.

[YayGollum]

Hiding under the table? Sheesh! And me putting my life on the line for you guys against all these monsters this scary Tarien person is putting me up against! No fair! Kit has an Oscar! Invite me to the afterparty!

[Kit Baggins]

I was going to invite you anyway :) .

Yay! Ummm...where is this thread going now that this Buddy person has been gone for like, forever?

[Buddy Baggins]

"Farewell family!!!" Buddy shouted.
"You said that fifteen times!!!" His mother shouted.
He ran out his elven sword raised.
"Charge hobbits!!!!!" he ran out the garden and crashed into Truor.
"Ouch!!! Is everything gone now? Did I miss everything?" Buddy got up and waved his sword about.
"Troll? In Buckland? AAAAAAGH!!!!" In fear and in shock he charged at the rampaging troll and stabbed him in the ankle.
"Take that you...AAAGH!!!!!" The troll raised his fist and Buddy scampered behind the garden wall.
"KIT! WARN THE NEIGHBOURS!!!! LUCIE DO SOMETHING!!!!" he screamed and ran into the shed behind the house.
He stuck his head at the window to get a look.
he hired himself on the windowsill and then fell out onto the ground.
"Ouch.

[YayGollum]

Truor watches the dragon fly away with relief. When he looks down, he notices that all the Orcs ran away in fear of the dragon. Suddenly he is blinded by the sun. The group had decided to get an early start. When his eyes clear, he sees that the troll has turned to stone just as it was about to charge again. (Later little hobbits use it as a jungle gym) "Come on out, people! Everything's gone! Let's get this trip started!"

[Tarien]

Lucie turns to Tarien, shaking her. The Elf is lost in thought.
"Glorfindel, no, Go....." she seems to snap back to the present. Embarsassed, she mutters something about getting started twards Rivendell, and covering their tracks.

[Courtney]

"Hey! Wait for me!!!" Courtney shouts, running to catch up with everyone. "Can i come too? I know i'm a little late...but I haven't been to Rivendell in AGES!!!"

OOC: I don't have much of a profile... My name is Courtney. I am a hobbit. I'm a silver wizard and a ranger.

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy got up and brushed himself off.
He looked at the troll of stone in front of his hill.
"That'll block the sunlight!" He ran over and gazed at it.
The little hobbits were swinging around his outstreched arms.
Buddy took out his sword and scraped something on the trolls leg.
"BUDDY BAGGINS WAS ERE"
"I would like to ask," he turned to the others.
"How are we going to move this troll?"
He then turned to Courtney and raised an eyebrow.
"Who may I ask are you?"

[YayGollum]

"What would you want to move it for? Those little hobbits look like they're having fun! And Courtney is one of my friends! She's definitely coming!"

[Buddy Baggins]

"Truor! I don't want to stop their fun! I just want to move it over to the field beside those Tookish hills, the kids play there all the time."
"Courtney? What family are you from?"
He turned to the company.
"I'll get my pony ready. Who wants to lead the way? I think we should head towards Bree and stay at the Prancing Pony. Barliman was a good friend of my father's. Well?"

[YayGollum]

"Okay, let's move this thing over. And when we're done with that, and we pick up my horse from the Green Dragon, I will lead the way." (because Tarien is too scary) "Never you mind who her family is? Why do you care?"

[Courtney]

I'm a Took I suppose... I never really though much about it... Oh well, let's get moving that big chunk of rock...
Courtney helps to push it over to the hils. "There you go! Are you happy now?" Courtney isn't sure if she likes this Buddy Baggins character much at all. 'Well what are we waiting for?" Courtney starts walking toward the Green Dragon.

[Tarien]

"Too scary? I heard that!" Tarien retorts. "And anyway, do you even know what a valaraukar is ?"

ooc: the troll wasn't my idea

Hello! I didn't say it! I put it in parentheses! oh well. Yes, I know what a valaraukar is! (after looking in the Sil. :rolleyes: ) A Balrog! *the group reaches the Green Dragon where Truor grabs his horse and some supplies for their trip*

"Elves of a certain age can read people's thoughts, nit." Come the Elf-Lady's retort.
ooc: And do you know what it means in Elvish without looking in the book? :cool:

Oh, okay. Didn't know parentheses meant what I was thinking. oh well. Ummm...no. The only thing I know without looking in the books is that Gollum is the hero. sorry. Anyway, on with the trip!

Just got out of the Green Dragon and are now heading for Bree.

"And to the Prancing pony in Bree!!!" Courtney says to Kit. "They have the best waffles ever! Even better than my homemade ones..." :D

[Lucie Baggins]

"Don't talk about waffles I'm starving", Lucie says.

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy rode ahead on Dash.
He looked at the land around them.
He then turned to Truor.
"So where to now?" he asked.
"Between you and me," he whispered.
"This Tarien elf is a bit...strange...I've met many elves but not like this one..."
He then drew back a bit to Courtney(ooc: do you have a horse?).
He took a bag from his jacket and took out soem butter scones.
He scoffed two.
He then handed some to Courtney.
"So...I can tell by the look on your face you don't like me that much.
I understand....Sorry about the bad manners earlier...just a bit angry about that troll in front of the house. Well, off to Bree!!!!
Waffles? You should try the pancakes!"
He waved and then rode back to Truor.
"When do you want to stop?"

[YayGollum]

*Truor is interrupted from an interesting conversation with his horse* "Hm? Oh, we'll probably stop somewhere in Crickhollow. That too far?"

[Tarien]

"Buddy! I heard you. Elves have good hearing." Tarien retorts. "And I am not strange!" :cool:

[Buddy Baggins]

"Em....I was talking about....a erm...gotta........A different Tarien!!! That's it!" Buddy said nervously.
He went ahead.
"I think we will make it to Bree by nightfall." Buddy said.

[Lucie Baggins]

"Can I have some scones too I'm really hungry", she says to Buddy.

[YayGollum]

"What kind of horse do you have, Buddy? Shadowfax? I don't think we'll be able to get to Bree unless you want to keep going through the night!"

[Buddy Baggins]

"Crickhollow??? Oh sorry, I was thinking of another place! So which way shall we head to Bree? I'm looking forward to the Prancing Pony!
Where should we stop for the night?"
Buddy took a bag form his load.
"Want a brownie friend?"

[Mrs. Baggins]

All of them see something in the distance. It's rather small, but it's not an animal. As it approaches more swiftly, they see its face. It appears to be a hobbit. Finally they "bump into" eachother.
"Hi! Fancy meeting you here!! My name is Mrs. Baggins :)I'm on my way back to The Shire. I've been visiting some second cousins in the village of Bree ;) How is everyone today?"

[Mrs. Baggins]

"Did someone say brownie? You know how I loooooove food. (Especially brownies, muffins and sushi!;)) Do you think you could spare one?"

[YayGollum]

"Hey, look! It's the only hobbit in the world other than Gollum that likes sushi! Give her a brownie! She's one of my friends! Anyway, yes, we're spending the night in Crickhollow." *they get to Crickhollow*
OOC: Ack! This is boring! I took us to Crickhollow, okay? Sheesh!

[Tarien]

"Bolt the cellars and stand by for a famine!" Tarien exclaims in comic dismay. "It's multiple hobbits!" She laughs. "And when do we get out this land? Why, it's in old Doriath! Nargothrond's banners still fly in my mind. There is and island, beautiful, that still holds the beauty and grace Melian gave to this place! And we are near the woods of the Eldar! ME awaits!" Tarien nearly shouts.
Lucie stops eating and replies: "But we can take our time!"

[Buddy Baggins]

"Why hello Mrs. Baggins!!! How are you?" Buddy said happily.
He handed her some broanies and then gave a box to pass round.
Buddy went to bed and dozed off.
He had a dream about a mountain of brownies and that he was climbing to the top. He got to the top and looked below.
He could see Brandy hall and the other hills surrounding it.
He picked up a brownie and ate it.
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another, another and another.
And another.
Soon the mountain was gone and he was sitting on a rock.
He lifted the rock up and there was a ole full of gold.
Buddy picked it all up.
He was surrounded by hobbits.
Buddy smiled and threw the gold into the crowd.
A tiny hobbit cam up to him and pulled his trouser leg.
Buddy reached into his pocket and pulled out a large gold piece.
The tiny hobbit took it smileing and ran into the crowd which were fighting over the gold.
Buddy walked over to a pond and dived in.
He woke up suddenly.
It was morning.
The sun shone.
"Better get ready!" he said gathering up his things.
"What a nice dream!" he thought and took the last brownie.

[YayGollum]

*Truor, already on his horse, waits for the others impatiently* "Argh! Stop dreaming and let's go!"

[Tarien]

"If we have sufficent rations," Tarien throws a look at the hobbits "we can make Bree today." She mounts her cat. "I'll see if there's anything ahead."
"NOOOOO!" Everyone shouts.
"Just thought I'd warn ya.." Tarien begins.
"Shut up shut up shut up!!" Buddy yells.

[Buddy Baggins]

OOC: I'd like if you didn't be other characters, I like the way you did me though.

Buddy stares at the cat which he never noticed.
He slowly backs away.
"What a n-nice kitty ya got there...." Buddy hides behind a rock.
"I have wanted a dog for a while now, haven't had one for years. If I do get one I hope it's big..." He thought.
Buddy slowly got out freom behind the rock and mounted Dash.
"Let's go everybody!" He shouted and he rode down the road.
After a while he dozed and fell into a dream.
He was swimming in the pond he jumped itno and was looking at the hundreds of fish. The pond seemed to have no end. He went deeper and deeper until he found a gainat goldfish. He grabbed it's tail and it swam like the wind.
Buddy was enjoying this until the fish lifted it's tail above water and Buddy was thrown onto the ground.
Buddy woke up with a jump.
"Okay......" He murmured.

[Tarien]

ooc: Can I say 'Everyone'? Cause it's kinda hard if I can't.

ic: As they rode, members of the party wondered why Tarien kept humming 'We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of Oz. De dum de dum de dum de du......."

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy rode ahead of everyone and hummed loudly.
A dark shape came from the bushes.
It was a large grey wolf.
It barked at Dash.
Dash turned around and dashed off the road into a a small wood.
"NO!!!" Screamed Buddy.
Dash fell over and Buddy hit the ground.
He was out cold.

[Tarien]

Tai halted quickly, and Tarien lept off. She picked him up gently, passing her hand over his brow, muttering something in her own musical tounge in an anxious voice.

[YayGollum]

*Truor looks up from a half eaten fish* "Woah! Augh! Wolf!" *he shakily aims with his bow and misses wildly* "Argh! Evil wolves! Always messing with me!" *he throws one of his knives right into it's throat just as it's about to pounce on Tarien and Buddy* "Sheesh! That was close! We'd better get out of here before more of them show up!"

[Tarien]

Buddy did not waken to her words. So heeding Yay's advice, she set him on Tai, who would not let fall any rider she commanded her to bear. A great silver-white horse rode to her. She mounted it, and cried 'Noro lim!'. But did the wood-elves still dwell in woodhall, as they had on her last trip this way?

[Buddy Baggins]

"I'm awake you scary elf!!" Buddy grunted.
He saw he was on Tai.
"CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATT!!!!!!!" He leaped off and hopped on Dash who had just got himself standing. He rode into the woods.
He came to a place where the trees were blocking out the sky and sun.
Buddy made Dash come to a halt because everything was silent and this frightened Buddy much.
He heared the patter of feet and chinking of armour.
He looked htrough the trees.
He saw a small band of orcs trudging along the forest floor.
Buddy slowly made Dash ride along.
" I wish that elf hadn't put me on that cat!!!" he mumbled.

[YayGollum]

"Come on. Let's go look for Buddy. It doesn't look like there are more wolves around. Why did that cat run away so fast?"

[Tarien]

'It's following Buddy.' Tarien said, horrified. She heard screams from the woods. 'Ride!'

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy was cornered by the orcs.
He was still mounted on Dash.
He took out his family elven sword. At the bottom of the blade all the names of the previous owners were on it, Buddy was last.
It shone brightly in the sun.
The orcs stepped back.
He cut off the nearest one's arm.
Buddy stuck in the head of another.
He slew several until he was hit in the wrist with an arrow.
Buddy yelped and the sword dropped.
He took a dagger from his belt with his right hand and threw it at the archer orc's head.
He was hit on the head with a club and fell off Dash.
Dash stayed at his side and kicked three incoming orcs.

[Tarien]

Tarien rides into the clearing on Tai, decapitating the nearest orc, and quickly slaying the rest.
'Tai wouldn't hurt you, Buddy.' She said with a laugh. 'And hold still, I don't bite. The wound on your hand dosen't seem poisoned, but I don't trust anything the orcs use.' Buddy jerks away as the Elf tries to bandage his wrist with a clean cloth. 'HOLD STILL! Obstinant Hobbit! I'm trying to help!'

[YayGollum]

*Truor finally shows up (maybe the others too?) and starts shooting arrows at Orcs* "Hello? Somebody help me out here!"

[Tarien]

Tarien laughs at Yay, who is clearly insane.
'THERE ARE NO ORCS LEFT! THEY ARE DEAD!' She yells at him. Anything further she would have said is blocked by ensuing laughter.

[Buddy Baggins]

"What was that?" said Buddy wrapping a hankercheif round the wound and picking up his sword. The weight made his wrist ache but he walked on. He stroked Dash."Thanks pal.." he patted his head and took a carrot form his bag and gave it to him.
Buddy then retrieved the dagger from the archer orc's head. Black blood covered the blade. "Why were the orc's so near my land?" he said looking around.

[Courtney]

Just then they hear the sound of a horse galloping closer and closer. They turn around quickly and get their swords ready for battle, but it is only Courtney. "I can see that you've had a bit of trouble here lately... I'm sorry I wasn't here to help. I went for a quick visit to my ent friends, but I they had some terrible news. I came as fast as I could to warn you. Those orcs were the least of your problems, there is an entire army of trolls and men heading towards your land, Buddy... i'm afraid there is no way we can fight them. We must flee!"

[Tarien]

Tarien groans.
'What of the Shire? Surely we must get warning to them!' She sighs. 'Buddy, you know your own folk best. Go and warn them!'

[YayGollum]

"Oh, great! Now what am I supposed to do against a huge army of trolls and men? My Beorning relatives are too far away to help! Argh! Wait, how far away is this army if you just heard about it from the Ents?"

[Courtney]

"They coming from the South, near isengard...they will be here in 2 weeks at the most. I agree that someone must warn the people of the Shire. Perhaps we could set up some sort of fortress...I really don't know what to do!"

[YayGollum]

"Maybe I do have time to get them to come!" *calls a raven out of the trees and gives it instructions* "That should help. Do you really think we could make a good fortress that fast? Too bad we never got to go very far on our trip!"

[Courtney]

No, I don't think we could build a fortress that fast, I was just be optimistic...or trying to be... I do think that someone should warn them. Maybe we could have everyone hide in on of the huge hobbit hole mansions....I don't think trolls could fit in there, and they would be strong enough to stand against the trolls fury.

[YayGollum]

"Of course the trolls will only be able to try to get in at night, but then what about the men? Augh!"

[Courtney]

"I know...I know...It is so complicated...Where did that ingenious Buddy Baggins go? I'm sure he could think of something..."

[Tarien]

'I don't know' Tarien seemed distressed. 'Indeed, we alone cannot fight an army!' She rounded on the one who had brought her such news. 'Why don't the Ents who told you aid us?'

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy was under a tree clutching his head.
"Why here?!
Why now?!!
Who are the Ents?!!!
What do tose freaks want with us hobbits???????" He stood up clutching his sword.
"I'm setting off home and warning my family first, then the others. If the hobbits want, they shall fight, if we have a chance." He got on his horse and rode away. "Warn the other hobbits!" he called.

[YayGollum]

"Yeah, why is that army coming up here? oh well. Let's go warn the other hobbits and hope the Beorning army arrives soon!" *gets on his horse and runs after Buddy* "Hey, you don't know what Ents are?"

[Buddy Baggins]

Buddy rode swiftly on Dash. "I hope those Beornings bring some of their cakes." he thought. "Mmmm.....cakes." He sped down the road nearly knocking over bystanders or trampling them. "Why here? Why them?" he thought. "Maybe we could hide them in two mansions." He rode on.

[Tarien]

'Read the Two Towers!' Tarien cries after Buddy, marvelling that he does knot know what Ents are.

[Buddy Baggins]

"OK!" he shouts back.

[Tarien]

Tarien smiles briefly, at Eru knows what, then spurs her cat into a trot.
'We've many miles to cover before bed, holbytla! And the journey that's never finished takes longest to ride.' She cries back to them.
