Roverandom should be made into an animated feature

I am currently reading the book (quite a change in level from The Silmarillion, which I just finished reading) and think that it would make a great animated feature. I know that I would've loved it when I was a kid; I mean, what kid doesn't think about going to the moon or under the sea. It is really witty and has very amusing characters. Definitely better material than some of the **** Disney has produced in the past few years.

What an excellent idea. It's full of magical imagery. With modern animation techniques it could almost look live.
