You can post any discussion about 35 and 35A here, rather than clutter the RPG with ooc stuff!

A good example is Yaygollum's admiration of the Gollum statue at the Crossroads in Ithilien. Glad you liked it though Yay :)Originally posted by YayGollum
Sorry for messing up the great story you've got going here, but I just had to thank snaga1 for making a statue of Gollum! Would have never happened if not for you! Yay Snaga! I'm sure you're too busy with this great story to bother with the Gollum Fan Club, though. Just had to say thanks!

Just so y'all know Elessar has posted into 'Hope?' Hi, Elessar! Welcome to the RPG!:D I had to swiftly edit the thread to cram a few hundred miles of travel in. Just so you don't get confused, we're now just entering Rohan! And the horses must be totally knackered!

Don't be shy of doing whatever you like with the plot BTW - I won't mind some help with narrating!!!!

Anyway I hope you like it so far!

¤-Elessar-¤
03-20-2002, 05:46 PM
yes, I have joined. I would like you all not to just burst out and attack me, if it isn't too much trouble. Just feed me some b-s and i'll join you.

YayGollum
03-20-2002, 05:58 PM
Yay! Not cluttering up his RPG's! I have to say, YAAAAAAAAAY! again! What a great idea! A statue all for Gollum because he's the hero!

Mormegil
03-20-2002, 07:59 PM
Elessar, are you joining as 'Elessar', or as a different character?

YayGollum
03-20-2002, 11:17 PM
I also have a question for this Elessar person! Dude, you said you looked suspicious! Okay? Leave me alone! I also said that I whispered, so pretend to not hear! Sheesh!

Azog
03-21-2002, 12:03 AM
Sorry about the gollum statue (RPG#30)

Snaga
03-21-2002, 01:12 AM
Azog I'm more bothered by your post of the 35A thread. It would be good if you could delete it!

Snaga
03-21-2002, 01:19 AM
Oh also....

I've PM'ed Mithers to ask him to post himself in a bit more 'artfully' than that strange sudden appearence. Assume he's not there until he enters with a bit more... erm... grace.:)

¤-Elessar-¤
03-21-2002, 01:53 AM
sorry, yes I am joining as Elessar, and that part about elvishness, it is the amazing elven hearing, you see.

Azog
03-21-2002, 02:28 AM
Sorry snaga

Azog
03-21-2002, 02:30 AM
Some one should still destroy that statue

Kit Baggins
03-21-2002, 01:49 PM
Watch out Azog. You don't want to anger the Great and Almighty YayGollum :p .

~kit :p

YayGollum
03-21-2002, 02:18 PM
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one will destroy the Gollum statue! I don't think I can really get the good guys in the Hope place to help me out with that! Argh! We're heading there in the Gollum RPG though. Doesn't matter. oh well. Argh! Evil elf ears!

Khamul
03-21-2002, 02:19 PM
Haha, someone destroyed the Gollum statue..:p

Azog

My Precious did the worst job on that gollum statue. I had to laugh.

Snaga
03-21-2002, 09:49 PM
I've just posted a profile for Lark in the profiles thread. It will hopefully stop everyone assuming she about 16! She's in her forties, Elessar!!:D

Khamul
03-21-2002, 10:03 PM
Good job Azog, the statue, even made by snaga, is still a portrait of the ME politician Mr./Mrs.? Gollum.

YayGollum
03-22-2002, 12:52 AM
What are you talking about Mr./Mrs. Gollum? Poor Smeagol. Nice statue. I guess this thread could be for talking about any RPG since we're messing it up with Gollum's RPG.

Probably the moorlands of the Wold wouldn't suit as a place to discuss this. Is this from another RPG? A most unlikely story! Makes no difference though! :D:D

YayGollum
03-22-2002, 01:00 AM
Ummmmmm......Snaga, I think the evil Mormegil is telling the truth this time. I think it's in the Sil somewhere, but I haven't memorized that yet.

Mormegil
03-22-2002, 01:03 AM
Not an unlikely story. From Prof. Tolkien's own pen....

"as after indeed befell, and still Tol Morwen stands alone in the water beyond the new coasts that were made in the days of the wrath of the Valar" (The Silmarillion, Of The Ruin Of Doriath)

" Tol Morwen- Island in the sea after the drowning of Beleriand, on which stood the memorial stone of Turin, Nienor and Morwen." (The Silmarillion, Index)

¤-Elessar-¤
03-22-2002, 01:04 AM
yes, many small islands withstood the drowning of Beleriand, I visited them after the downfall of Arandor.

Snaga
03-22-2002, 01:07 AM
I only said unlikely, not untrue... * beats hasty retreat while covering tracks as well as possible *

So you've been dishonouring the grave of your ancestors Elessar? You get creepier and creepier!:D

¤-Elessar-¤
03-22-2002, 01:22 AM
not dishonoring it! I have more honor for it than any! It was the Necromancer, he dug up the grave to retreive the sword, I found it in a mess and replaced it.

Snaga
03-22-2002, 01:30 AM
Only playin'! OK just so I understand this... has Lorien got the sword, or did you put it back?

¤-Elessar-¤
03-22-2002, 01:43 AM
yes, Lorien is a actual character in the forum. He isn't participating in the rp35, but he laid claim to the sword officially, it is in his RP profile. He lives in Angmar as a necromancer under Naz and a governor of Arnor.

Snaga
03-22-2002, 01:50 AM
As this is all ooc stuff can I just say I know Snaga has had you arrested in one thread, and Lark has stormed off after falling out with you, but... nothing personal OK?!:D

¤-Elessar-¤
03-22-2002, 02:25 AM
let me just warn you of something, if you want to keep in your lords good graces I would ask him before aresting one of his best allies. I knew and was invited to the senate long before anyone (save telchar), and Dengen wasn't exactly pleased with your treatment of myself. I was talking to him on AIM and had to insist that I didn't mind the treatment...

Snaga
03-22-2002, 02:30 AM
Indeed? All the guards did was to politely request that you confirm your accreditation. I don't know why you saw fit to behave like that if all was well.

¤-Elessar-¤
03-22-2002, 02:54 AM
because the guards removed me from the room, before I could. And, I am sorry if this sounds too proud, no one, and no one mind you, puts the Heir of Aragorn into the streets.

Snaga
03-22-2002, 08:37 AM
If you re-read it you will see you are quite mistaken.

Snaga
03-23-2002, 03:21 AM
Sting

I just moved things on in 'Despair' cos I was worried that it was slipping behind 'Hope' as far as time-line is concerned. Its now more or less caught it up which is good.:)

But reading your last post, you might have been building up to something?? Let me know if you want me to edit Gihnarl back in.;)

******

BTW can I just take this chance to fish for some general comments. How does everyone think its going? (Both threads) :)

Snaga
03-23-2002, 05:36 PM
Quick editorial note on 'Hope?'.

I've assumed that Valar rode south into Rohan to try to get permission for the group to enter, and met King Eomer there. Therefore King Eomer's comments are just to Valar, and then Valar returns to pass this message to the group.

Hopefully that ties it all up OK!:)

BTW Thanks for your Royal contribution King E!:)

I think this is going well, i get to post good quallity parts, instead of the usual, *Valar carrys on* or something!
The naratoring is REALLY good it keeps the story going and adds good depth, well done.
PS, vote me in the supporting role, i've been trying hard in a lot of rps

A dwarf fighting a troll in "HOPE". This was in daylight I presume
if so, uummm, wouldn't he be stone?? A la The Hobbit?

¤-Elessar-¤
03-25-2002, 05:31 PM
was it in the day? I didn't think it was... plus, were there not trolls at the last battle of the war of the ring? And that happened in the day.

YayGollum
03-25-2002, 05:56 PM
But it was super dark there, wasn't it? Well, looks like you found a way to participate in 35 finally. Some crazy dwarf.

Snaga
03-25-2002, 10:42 PM
Definitely a night battle - everyone asleep, waking up, arrows, Valars running through the woods in the dark, trolls lovin' it! Until Eve bag him!

Right Yay!!!

Wait, Snaga, what did I do?

....valar running in the dark, trolls lovin it! until Eve bag him!!!

You would think I'd know, but apperently thats not the case:p

Snaga
03-28-2002, 12:06 AM
You're right Eve, it was Morm that bagged the troll, with lightning attack! But you softened him up!!!:D

BTW...Yay I agree it is interesting! I genuinely don't know what Lark is going to do or say next. This is a tough decision for her. She thinks you are all making a bad call, but she doesn't want to leave you... What will she decide?? It will come to me soon!

Argh! Evil Elessar! Argh! Evil unanimous vote! Argh! I wish I had been here for the fight! About the bad guy 35, hey! I just noticed! Thank you Sting for mentioning Gollum! Something like a simple hobbit destroyed Sauron's empire or something like that. Yay Gollum!

Snagna, can you decide what to do next, because you are the only one who knows whats really going on, just decide for us!

Any way this RP is GREAT snaga, i mean really good. And its basiclly because of you narrating, i like it when you add in my parts and when i do it myself. So cool.
Well done, keep up the good work:D

Snaga
03-31-2002, 12:53 PM
Thanks Valar! *Walks tall*

Your bits are good too!

BTW Where's Kit?

Mormegil
03-31-2002, 01:28 PM
Kit's not online at the moment. She did start a thread telling everyone and asking them to continue her parts in the RPG's.

Snaga
03-31-2002, 01:51 PM
Ermmmm... * shuffles awkwardly *

Lets check I got this right. Kit ooc is a she, but Kit ic is a he, right?

I hope that's right since I might have to do some editting of posts otherwise! Plus the oscar judges might need to be alerted!:D

This is the sort of thing that causes BIG problems! People get cross about this sort of thing!

Please be right! Please be right! Please be right!

Mormegil
03-31-2002, 02:04 PM
I'm 99% sure that Kit in real life is a girl. But in the RPG's, her character is a guy.

Valar

The whole RP's littered with hints all over the place! You just have to look for them!

this vein. Not your wisest course of action....

Snaga
04-04-2002, 09:59 PM
Well... about the delay... Snaga apologises to noone!

Especially when he could point the finger elsewhere if he chose...

Just now Snaga is busy with loftier matters and needs to reflect on all that has happened. The next posts need to be good ones, and I am not a hasty orc, whatever muddier minds might think.

And Tarien... can you stop shimmering, and teleporting, and talking in peoples ears! Especially when you keep telling Elessar things like 'find your people' and 'go west'. A quick reminder to keep as many of the ooc's here as possible.

Don't worry about the Lorien/ Black Sword thing. I'm bearing in mind what Elessar says, but you know what the press say 'Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.'

BTW Tarien did get permission from me. Its just, well, the posts aren't what I anticipated. Since I've not been inundated on this point, let us all bear with her for a while, and see if it starts to make sense. Anyway, at least, she's keeping you company on your plotline Elessar!

chrysophalax

Should I be posting in HOPE for awhile?

Mormegil
04-07-2002, 10:57 PM
Responding to Valar's ooc in Hope concerning magical powers.

We started RPG 35a with wizard powers. I believe that it would make sense for us to retain our wizard powers for the remainder of the RPG.
It just makes the story flow better and saves going back through to edit out previous uses of magic.
The story would suffer if we suddenly just lost our magic.

Anyway, who says that the White Council are the only ones to use magic? Just because they want to be elitist. What's stopping any of us setting up our own Magic Council and retaining our magic.
Just because a few people say, "We are the wizards and you lot aren't allowed to do magic. Only we are." doesn't mean we have to listen to them. That just seems a bit unfair and elitist to me.

Valar
04-07-2002, 11:19 PM
I don't think it is wrong.
Just because they are wizards it doesnt mean they are more powerful than anyone else. Just that they use different abilities to us.
People abused there powers and used harry potter style powers.
Wizard is a word mortal humans used to explain there abitlties, i mean what is magic.
6 wizards is more fathomable than 60.
It doesn't mean they can kick our a$$'s just that there different.
And anyway its more fun not using magic.

chrysophalax
04-07-2002, 11:27 PM
Magnus DEFINITELY agrees! *my poor,poor,scales*

EverEve

SORRY!!! Geez, we werent that bad. But I was very confuzed and I want in the mood to leave and look for this thread.

Alritey, so let me get this straight: The White Council has decided they are the only ones that can use magic, and the rest of us wizards are to be forgotten about? Is that about whats happening? When was this announced? Im feeling confuzzled.:(

¤-Elessar-¤
04-08-2002, 12:01 AM
Really, it would be beter not to contest the power of the white council. If you feel you still want powers join a dark legion guild. No one will accept or allow magic outside of the legion and the council in their RPs.

EverEve
04-08-2002, 12:05 AM
I wasnt going against the council, I just would like to no when, and why they are doing it. If I find out there reasons to support this action, perhaps I will change my mind and support it as well. But until that time, I think ya'll know where I stand.

Snaga
04-08-2002, 01:54 AM
OK I'll make a judgement on this, and I hope Cir / Mithers / everyone can accept this.

We will keep this RPG internally consistent. Therefore since various of the characters have already declared magical powers, they may continue to use them. So we will treat this RPG as operating under an amnesty from Mithers judgement.

We will abide by the spirit of Mithers ruling which is, we will avoid excessive use of these powers, and use them for the good of the story not to overpower it. This is clearly declared at the start of the RPG, so its not news.

Is that OK with everyone???

Aside from this

- can everyone go and delete their ooc posts. Without looking that's Valar, Elessar and Evereve! Thanks

- AG ... sorry, but can you revise your post. Its doesn't make sense. Your at the bottom of the tower, Eve's at the top LOL!

- Can I just congratulate Elessar and Mormegil particularly for some top quality posts. Morm I was so glad when you had the Ents catch you... that was exactly what I was thinking of!

Snaga,
It was the only way I could see of saving my ass. Other than dying and getting reincarnated like Gandalf.
Hey that's an idea. Maybe I could have come back as the WhiteSword. LOL

Anyway, can I just say how great I think this RPG is. And now we have had our first interaction between 'Despair' and 'Hope' it has got even better. Well done everyone.:)

Well I have to give some credit to Telchar who suggested that Snaga come this way to pay him a visit. After that it kinda fell into place!

Okay, I have been trying to read up on the events in 35, and I must say that I have no clue what is going on. Snaga was riding the dragon, I think, when it scared Mormegil down the tower, unless the "black tower" he spoke of was the black tower that Elessar is at, in that case I would like to know who he is spitting fire at. And also, what is the deal with the orcish armies, are they moving in a certain direction?

chrysophalax
04-08-2002, 11:42 PM
Orthanc was the tower upon which I vented my wrath (by way of clarification..):D

¤-Elessar-¤

thank you:D

Snaga
04-09-2002, 12:01 AM
Yep the orcish armies are going north to Mt Gundabad, because Snaga has been invited to take leadership of the orcs of the north.

There are lots of loose ends, which I hope will all neatly tie up in the end. Some of them I know how they will end up, some of them I don't... some of them I think I know but it depends what happens.

The bit with you and Tarien is a bit of a wildcard! And I don't know what's happened to Valar. But Valar does I think...

I'm enjoying this because its got so much happening in it. If I'm having difficulty keeping track of it all, I don't know about the rest of you!!! I like it when you guys throw in something new and novel... It keeps me on my toes trying to make it all make sense.

Snaga
04-11-2002, 12:54 AM
OK thanks Valar. I struggled a bit to follow the route you took, but I'm assuming you went from the west edge of Fangorn, a little way north of Isengard, and went east and then south to comwe out on the south side of Fangorn, where you met your men. Then you headed towards Isengard.

I'll work out a timing for that - looks like about a day's travel in all. So that should work.

I have to say, I think that your men will find it hard to do much about the fire for now. Buckets of water on a forest fire are hard to do, and I wouldn't want to contemplate back-burning in Fangorn.

Other things: i'm thinking of closing off Despair for the time being. For the most part the rest of the journey north will be straightforward, unless I concoct lots of events. All it will take is time. Also most of the bad guys have mysteriously stopped posting. Sting has gone to be a moderator on another forum, and will not be back very often. This is a shame, but might end up as a good thing, because it will make things easier to follow. If things change, it can be revived.

Opinions please!

OK that's good news.

I think what I will do is a concluding post to 'Despair' and then in the fullness of time I will start 'Mt Gundabad: the Depths of Despair' or something like that.

I'll PM everyone in 'Despair' about what is to follow.

In the meantime the bad guys will essentially be in 'holding pattern' and the focus will be on 'Hope'. There is a lot to resolve and a lot to discover.

BTW - Can everyone assume that Elessar is still in the tower. ie ignore the eagle rescue please. I'm asking Ciryaher to delete that bit.

Sorry Tarien but this is because:
- Main reason = Its better for the story this way
- An eagle can't carry two people at the same time, let alone heavily armed & armoured people. Not even Gwaihir could have done so
- I'm not too keen on the idea that you after being unconscious for a day could wake up and suddenly summon a large cat AND an eagle so quickly. Please keep your powers in proportion!

Hope thats OK!

The red line = the main route taken.
The purple line = Elessar's travels/capture
The yellow line = Valar's route through Fangorn
The small black line is Eve, Lark, Afterglow, Tarien and Kit heading to Fangorn
The thick blue line is the orc army approaching the point where Valar, Mormegil and Truor are standing around chatting!!!

I need opinions please. Basically the problem is that I've got exams over the next few weeks and need to put some work in.:(

Hope? is at a convenient place to break for a while, since everyone's been rescued and you need time to recover from your toils and injuries.

I wondered how you feel about leaving it as it is, perhaps for 3 weeks. How would everyone feel about that? Potentially it could restart as Book IV. This seems to have worked well for Despair which now has a refreshed cast list!:) Otherwise it will have to go at a much slower rate for a time.

Whaddya think?

¤-Elessar-¤
05-16-2002, 02:58 AM

Oh dear... so noone's worked out what's going on? That's bad news for Middle Earth! Who can save us now???!

Sounds like another good reason for a break.

Then when we start up again, we can have a 'Council of Elrond' type session, where someone older and wiser can put you all in the picture, point you in the right direction, before sending you on your merry way!

¤-Elessar-¤

Elessar: sorry 'bout that!:D Just joking! Its not supposed to be that clear yet. The plot would be less interesting if you knew everything straight out. And OK I admit it... there are still some loose ends I've got to work out myself.

The biggest hints are parts with Radagast here (http://www.thetolkienforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3221&perpage=15&pagenumber=5) and with the loremasters of Minas Tirith at Isengard here (http://www.thetolkienforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3221&perpage=15&pagenumber=14)

Khamul

He angrily tore the body free from the swords and started uttering words in a dark tongue. Slowly a whining noise came into being and a black hole appeared in the air with green light spewing out of it. It moved rapidly over a group of orcs and as it grew in size it sucked them into its vortex. Lorien satisfied rushed into the melee with his swords swinging.

Uhhhhh, necromancers can make black holes? It would compress the air, and all around would die.....

The 5 orcs stood and laughed to see the dwarf. They stopped when Nain shot a dark mist at one orc and devoured him. 3 ran at Nain, but Nain just waved his hand and a wall of black formed in front of him, the 3 orc ran through it, but they did not know it would destroy them which it did. He waved his hand again and the wall was gone.

Seems pretty easy doesnt it?

Sorry if I sound rude, but this just doesnt seem like powers of necromancers. Im sorry if I am wrong.....

Snaga
05-29-2002, 11:46 AM
Sting,

I will ask Lorien as head of necromancers to comment, since he is arbiter of the necromancer powers. I too felt uneasy about this.

Lorien
05-29-2002, 05:24 PM
That wasn't a 'black hole' Sting. I just wanted to say that a hole seemed to appear in the air. Its a standard planar spell.
I've asked Nain to edit his post. That was way too much magic to be using in one post (given his physical condition in the RP).

Just now I had to work out how I was going to handle the fact that Lorien has decided to defect from the Dark Legion. A tricky little puzzle, but one that will help the RP in the end.

You can of course have a brother Yay. 'Somebody' needs to get in touch with me to join the rp.:)

Artos can't come with Lorien in this instance, since this is a bit of retrospective work to ensure everything stays consistent. Lorien diced with death, on the Dark Sciences thread, and had a major life change and so can't really stay as he is in the rp.

Basically, everyone in the DoD thread carry on, and Snaga will return shortly.:) Let me know if its not left in a good place to post from, cos I can post it into better position if needed. I just needed to get through that difficulty.

*rubbs his temples

now let me get this right... you made up a brother to Elwe? Elmo? Isn't Elmo the little fuzzy guy from whatever-street? The one that they made all of the toys after? Elwe had only one brother I know of, and that is Olwe of Alqualonde... Now, many of Olwe's sons and his daughter came back to ME, but none were said to have children of their own, save Galadriel, the daughter, who gave birth to Celebrain (wife of Elrond Half-Elven); who in turn gave birth to Arwen, wife of Aragorn Elessar. Where, pray tell, does Mormegil fit in? Or Elmo, or what's-his-name-in-the-Numenorian-language? Just a tad bit confused....

Snaga
06-29-2002, 09:17 PM
Nope I didn't make him up. I dont really go for the name: but who am I to argue with JRRT. You need to look in Unfinished Tales for the references, but for now if you follow this link it will at least show I am not totally inventing.

Elmo (http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/e/elmo.html)

The truth is that the relationships between various Sindarin elves are not clear, and different texts describe things differently. But I have done my research carefully and havent written anything demonstrably wrong.

Anyway I have to apologise for the historical ramblings... it has proven necessary to resolve some of the conundrums in the plot that were still hanging around. Not least the Numenorean wraith!:)

Mormegil
06-30-2002, 10:50 PM

YayGollum

Did you also enjoy corrupting the greatest of all wizards? Poor Radagast! He was the only one in the books that nothing bad happened to and you have to bring him into your RPG just to make him become evil! Why is that? Just to have an original idea? Very evil idea! just my opinion. Too bad there's no way to stop this. Am I the only one who cares? ignore me if you think it's the greatest idea ever.

Oo! Just found this ---> In the council of Elrond, Gandalf describes him as "...a worthy wizard, a master of shapes and changes of hue; and he has much lore of herbs and beasts, and birds especially are his friends." He then affirms the wizard's loyalty with another statement:

" 'At first I feared, as Saruman no doubt intended, that Radagast had also fallen. Yet I caught no hint of anything wrong in his voice or his eye at our meeting. If I had, I should never have gone to Isengard, or I should have gone more warily. So Saruman guessed, and he had concealed his mind and deceived his messenger. It would have been useless to try and win over the honest Radagast to treachery. He sought me in good faith and so persuaded me.' "

Argh! Why is Radagast evil?

¤-Elessar-¤
07-04-2002, 10:55 PM
um... you're not talking to me, are you? Cause I didn't say anything about Radagast. And I didn't see where Snaga said anything, although I thought I remembered him mentioning him....

*Confused

In Despair. Very evil. I'll defend Radagast almost as much as Gollum! Argh! oh well.

oh, well, in that case. I agree with Yay. Radagast may not have done his duty in ME, but that does not mean he turned from the light as did Saruman. He styayed true to Yavanna and her bunch, and Yavanna is a sworn enimy of Morgoth and his evil offspring. Radagast would deffinitally not be helping orcs, or doing evils (for all evils are inspired by the lingering malice of Melkor Morgoth).

I agree. At the time of Lord of the Rings, Radagast had not turned to evil.

Of course, this is a Fourth Age RP... so who knows what may have happened...;)

Yeah, I'm ok with Radagast being evil. Anything could have happened in the 500+ years between LOTR and RP35 which turned Radagast evil.

Has Valar left RP35? He hasn't posted anything relevant to it for a while.

YayGollum
07-05-2002, 11:59 PM
Argh! Yes, it is a good plot twist, but Argh! again! Why would Radagast have become evil in the fourth age? There's no reason for him to want any more power! Also, don't know about Valar. I PMed him and he said that he forgot about it and that he'd get to it, but that was a while ago.

Snaga

Valar definitely said he wanted to be in... but no posts:(

We will have to leave Lothlorien fairly soon, so if he doesn't post soon I will post something about an messenger arriving from Gondor where urgent matters have arisen or somesuch reason for his absence. If he gets more time, we can always write him back in. His contribution will be missed.

Elessar you seem to have made a mistake in your last post on RP#35C.
I was never the governor of Dol Guldur. I'm still the governor of Angmar.

Sorry I haven't posted in 35B/C recently- I've been at work ;) . I am still in the RP (although I'm not really sure what's happeneing in 35B, so could Snaga please post something for Khazak there, so I know what's happening :) )?

~Kit :)

hmm... I thought you moved in when Naz left? Oh well, hope the rest of my post makes enough sense...

Yea, Valar is having trouble finding time to get on these days.

Lorien

I must've held Dol Guldur for two days (rl) at the most. Then Naz moved to Rhun giving me Angmar and giving Adeilya Dol Guldur.

I am now pushing myself from all RPs and RP associated threads. I am sorry. You may have a mod delete my posts, or change my characters name and make him useable to all participators, so as to not loose what he has contributed so far. 'Tis your choice, I will do nothing about it.

YayGollum

Yikes! Got a reason?

Snaga

Elessar

I am sorry to hear of this decision. We have had BIG differences in the War threads, councils etc... but in this RP I have welcomed your contribution, and enjoyed your posts. They are always written in a great style, and have helped make this RP the success that it is.:) You will be missed.

Yes if I want to be funny I can but if not I don't like in Serious Rp's I try to hide the funny, but in lighthearted Rp's I release the funny

Your idea is great! I'll try to catch you on MSN to talk it over.:)

OK guys... getting slightly nervous!!

I need Serewing and Artos to post their next scene together, because it sounds as though it will be a great development of both characters!:)

But after that I will post something to get the show on the road again. It doesn't feel as though it is all very purposeful! I hope I can give it some direction *crosses fingers!*

*ahem* Chryso, how exactly are either Jahrdur or Ervurkea pinned by Magnus? They are camped within a great pile of boulders, and I have not seen where wolves found them and somehow drove them out in any of your posts.

*Cough* I'm going to be unable to get online for a couple of days. I should probably be able to post by the 27th, so until then if it is necessary anyone in 35C can take over Lorien for a bit.

Ummm...yeah. C-Ya Lorien person. Anyways  , Yay me! I won the poll for best comedy relief! I'm sure you all voted for me. Can't wait to make some acceptance speech at some thread for the Oscars. :D

Jahrdur and Ervurkea are NOT IN THE WOODS! They are inside a pile of boulders for crying out loud, and I've posted that at least 5 times! In the name of Eru, do pay attention!!

I believe I have altered every single offensive post I could find, Ciryaher! Hopefully my supreme stupidity and lack of vision will not be quite so evident in future...should you see fit to insult me again, do so in private.

Besides, when was teleportation ever used by Tolkien?

Ciryaher
07-26-2002, 03:19 AM
As I said before, read closer and you'll see that he didn't teleport.

At any rate, both characters are relatively out of the RP until a time deemed by Snaga.

Just thought you guys would like to know that since I'm not a Necromancer anymore, I'm not sure how your going to raise the dead army of Angmar. Hopefully you'll find something out.
