wrrendill awoke only to find all her posesions except cloths to have been removed. it was dark except for the bright lava pit below. her hands were tied to a hevy chain above her arms were aching and they were all that were holding here up. a half an hour later the chain suddenly dropped about 10 feet closer to the hot liquid down below.

She awoke in a dark room full of dead bodies. there was a bead of spikes in the center of the room and chains on a wall. warrendill had gained some strength and had managed to climb up to the darkness over head just as her captors walked in. one underfed creature shreiked(sp?) WERE IS THE SHE ELF in anger he stabbed one of the others. the rest cringed in fear. they followed this creature out of the room leaving the door wide open. warrendill jumped down and sped out of the room sillently as a cat. she came to what seemed to be the wepons room. she saw her belongings and loaded up(weak under its weight)she truged out down the hall where her friends were locked away she pulled out the strange key and unlocked every door and led all her friends safly out of that place of pain and torment.
she led them on for a day and then she had 2 rest for she was still weak. just as she was about to settle down for sleep she heard behind her a crak in the bushes and she jumped to her feet. bow ready. it was only kor and geminii acompanied by babi and shire rider. they all rejoced at the happy reunion.

i doubt it. horses aren't exactly fond of wolves. but we are within a half-day's walk of ragnar's house. i think he will help us.

It was already late in the night when they stepped out of the woods and came to a small valley. They couldn't see much of what sort of grain grew there but there were some neat fields through which a small path led them towards the center of the valley where they could see the lights of a house.
Dogs began barking as they came near and a voice told them be still. Then they heard the voice shouting into the dark. "Stop ther'! Who's this, comin' down 'ere in th' middle of th' night, not daring t'enter my grounds by daylight. One false moof and ya'll find yaselves with Mandos!"

"Ragnar," Korhall said "it's me, your cousin Korhall, my wife Gemini and some friends! Put down your bow and call back your sons and their axes. We didn't come here to start fighting. We come to ask for your hospitality and your help."

"Then come 'ere into th' light, where I can see ya... Gee, yeah it's you. Oh it's good t'see ya after all th'trouble we had th'last three days. Come in, have somethin' t'eat and a good pint o'th'best ale in these parts o'th'country."

"What a warm welcome," whispered Hirila to Warendill who walked beside her. "But it's far more better the one we had at your friend's."

hte group walks up into the house where there is a hure party of people milling around. korhall then spends the better part of an hour introducing everyone to his extended family some of them are orcs, some humans, some a mix. then finally they get to meet ragnar and his wife. he invites them to stay with them and to rest and talk.

(in my family any problem is best solved over food. we are a very big family so you have to excuse the huge number of cousins/neices/nefiews here right now. this is a sort of family reunion.

ooc: Don't fuss around, AP. Of course we're happy to have you back. Perhaps you noticed that everything slowed down since you were gone. Come on, get a bit of zest in here again. We could well use some peppery remarks. *gives AP a pat on the back*


ic: *whispers to Korhall* "Wow, I never imagined that many people lived out here!" - Then she and the others sat down around the huge table in middle of the room. It nearly seemed as if it would break down any moment, so many trays were there of meat, bread, vegetables and whatever the heart desires.
It was the first time since their time at the library that they felt home and safe in a place. For a long time nothing more happened than that the party diminished the loads of food, the older talked about current affars and the kids grumbled and whined about each and everything.

First they had been a bit afraid of the strangers that had joined the family reunion, but curiosity was stronger and soon Hirila had four or five of them sitting around her, asking her about the wide world, the battles she had fought in (not so many) and the heros she had met (especially the famous Legolas, being among the few). She could hardly eat some bits between the many questions.

She liked on of the youngest best, a little girl of three or four. It sat on her lap and clung to her. It lisped to her: "I want to gou wis you!" and grinned, showing more gaps than teeth.


ooc: I love children, especially those at the age of three to six. You can talk to them and they answer in their funny childish way, adoring you for being older. Later, when they go to school they become cheeky.

geminii sits at the table picking at the meat soon gives up and justs sits watching waiting leting her arweness wonder when she noticed a familar smell she took a dagger from her belt and carved a chunk of meat from a large platter and tasted it instantly spitting it back out "where did you get this meat?" she demanded

this is not a huge amount of people (150-200). we have had upwards of 500 here before on a really big event. ragnar and his wife do this kind of thing alot and you just ind of get used to it after a while.

what is wrong with the meat? we have people from all over and the only logical way to feed us all is to have a putluck kind of a thing.

Goldie wanders down the path alone and on her horse. she is soaking wet, scratched and bleeding. She is traveling towards a light she sees in the distance, and as she nears the light, she sees that it is a large house in a vast valley. Goldie stops to wipe the blood and water from her eyes, and notices the man approaching her.
"Sir!" she called out, "I am looking for the house of the cousin of Korhall, i am to meet him there. Have i found it?"
"What be your name, lady, and why are you alone?" the man groweled.
"I was lost from the company, i have traveld far to find my group and i have fought many to find my way. My name is Goldberry."
"'Aright then. ill bring you to the master. he'll decide what to do with you."

so the man led Goldberry to the house. Goldberry dismounted her horse, and another man took her to stable her. Goldie left all weapons but her hidden sword with her horse. the man walked inside and goldie followed, glad for the warmth, and the man led her into the dining room. Goldie is blinded by the light that seems to come from a thousand candels. The room goes silent and the man walkes up to Kor and explains, "this woman claims she knows you. She says her name is Goldberry."
Goldie lowers her hood and smiles at her friends.

never seen her in my life...kidding. she is a friend of ours hakon, thank you for bringing her here. well goldie, you said that this would be bad. lets get you cleaned up and fed, then we will talk. *then a group of 4-5 women come up and whisk her away* don't worry, they are friends, they'll get you into something more comfortable and fitting for this occasion. then you will be brought back. and fyi. these people are all family to me so no bloodshed is that perfectly clear?

warrendill sat there itching and scratching at the the dress given to her for she disliked dresses very much and her knife in her boots were place w/the other weopons and she felt totaly defenseless she left the group and wandered down the halls lokking for something to do and a gaurd found her and ushered her back to the great hall and sulked she got so borred she went over to harrass the girlish girls

Warendill walked down the table and sat down at Hirila's, Goldie's and Gemini's side. She just started teasing them for obviously not feeling as uncomfortable as her in the dresses they wore when one of the guards that had been half-hiding in the shadowy corners of the room came forward to Ragnar, Korhall's cousin, and whispered something in his ear. They could all see that Ragnar was not very pleased with the news he heard. No, his face got all red and he had to breath hard for not starting to yell.
"Tell me what you want, I don't like this place too much," Hirila said. "It is strange. Nothing against Ragnar's family, they seem not to know what's going on. But I don't like him. What are all these guards doing here if this is just a family feast. I don't know, it is just a strange feeling I've got about this place. Have you looked out of the window of our room when we got dressed for this? There is a huge pine and someone was hiding in it and was watching us."
"Yes," Goldie answered. "Have you ever heard of something like 'the master will decide what to do with you' from a man in heavy arms as if we had war and everyone was a spy and then being taken into a room where too many people are having a merry feast and it seems as if nothing existed outside this room."
Hirila then looked at Gemini who, during this talk, had watched her husband talking and drinking with some distant relations of his. "Gemini, what is going on here? Do you know something?"

it is not wise to ask such questions around here. orcs like wolfs have very good hearing. i'm fairly certain my cousin heard you. we will talk of this later

*wiggles in her seat and whispers to hirila* "i simply loathe corsettes. i almost refused to wear one, but the gave me a really dirty look when i started to talk, so i figured i'd best submit...." *goldie's voice trailed off as she watched Ragnar get up and walk down the table towards Kor*

warrendill had had enough. she got up and went twards the front door hopping to leave. she placed her hand on the door when the same gaurd that ushered her out of the hall stood up so quick she turned and caught a knife in the air..............................

oh, **** not again.

Everyone and noone watched Ragnar and Korhall talk for some moments. Then Ragnar got up again and walked out of the room.
It had been only some seconds now that Warendill had drawn her knife, but she already was surrounded by five or six strong and heavy armed guards. She had no chance and gave her knife to them, swearing and grumbling. Being led back to the other girls of her group she sat down.
Everyone had seen the little scene and noone had seen it.
The sound of talk and laughter in the room hadn't lessened for one moment. Strange indeed.

Then Kor got up and walked towards Warendill, Goldie, Hirila and Gemini who sat alone at their side of the table, noone talking to them from among the other people, all four of them watching closely every movement made by either guests, guards and hosts.



ooc: I guess someone either defuses the situation in one of the next posts or make us escape without too many losses. We won't have a chance in an open fight here. Too many guards, too many orcs and we don't have weapons except our hands and some spoons laying on the table.

probably right. most of the people here are very dangerous. we teach our kids how to fight from age 7. many of the girls are taught knifethrowing.

korhall leans over to the girls and says, just go with it AP you still look very nice and if anything it brings out your eyes. goldie, calm down you can change in a minute after i difuse this situation...

korhall then rises and walks over to ragnar, they walk over to a secluded corner and have a conversation. this news from AP is very disconcerting and has made korhall slightly on edge. after a few minutes of conversation they come back to the table, ragnar then motions his gaurds to stand down, and korhall brings the crew together.


AP, you were half right. this is the meat of a child but not a human child, it is ralenya. it is a breed of creatures that are part cow, part human. they have the brains and most of the body workings of cows. they taste like men however. we keep some here to appease those who get bloodcrazed, they think that they are eating man flesh and that calms them down enough to regain control of their senses. it is an honor that they would serve that to outsiders, be thankful. nothing that you have eaten comes from humans. my cousin may be odd but he is not that dumb.

and woodbloom, i would really suggest that you not start a fight here, anyone you hurt is likely to be my family and we wolves are very,very protective of our own, please don't make me choose between friend and family. so eat and be happy, talk to the people here thay are very nice. and no fights!

geminii is very suprised and relevied that no one doubts her rather odd knoledge of the taste of human child but she who had no regrets then did not intend to foster any now went to a side room changed and came back out stopping along the to talk to kor and took a long drink of his wine it was an exelent wine so she didnt think anything of it when she gave it back to him

But the very next moment Korhall and the other girls saw her roll her eyes, stumbling, trying to stay upright. Then she sunk to the floor and lay as dead. Everyone jumped up from his place to see Kor run towards her, take her on her arms and carry her out of the room into her own. Ragnar, his wife and the girls followed him quickly.
Except Hirila. Turning on the doorstep to take a look at the remaining party she saw one of the guards taking the cup of wine that now stood unobserved on the table. He had a strange aura. Stranger even than the whole place, which was strange enough.
He didn't belong here.
Hurrying down the hallway to keep up with her friends she made a mental note to ask Ragnar about this. If she could ever overcome her disliking him. No. That was something else. The only thing that counted now was Gemini and the stranger. 'Forget your doubts about your host, Hirila, there are things weirder and more wicked than him in this world.'

korhall then put her down on her bed and then turned to ragnar. "cuz, we got us a problem here. what was up with that wine? i drank it and i'm fine? i wish i knew what happened to her. i will try to read her aura and see what's wrong. this might take a while. ragnar before i do that, is there anything weird that has happened that could have caused this?"

warrendill whob stood in the back of the room grumbling about not being the one started the fight suddenly snapped out of thoughgt when her friend fell and turned to se the same gaurd thst bothered her all night she looked at the sword to his side and saw that its brother was the small knife that was thrown at her and instead of fallowing the group stayed behind to watch tis man

they went on & on down dark halls and up tight coridors ..warrendill all the while fallowing 5 ft behind stripping back down to regular clothes out of the dress.. while doing this the belt hit the wall and the gaurd turned to find nothing he turned and left in a hurry warrendill dropped the clothes and followed in silence sword ready she knew this man was not of kors fammily she came close to killing him in a dimly lit corridor but kept her hand. they made it to the top of a towwering room and the man ran in and slammed the door and began shoving things in to a saddlepack warrendill was frantic and flew down the halls hoping to persuade kor to leave his ill bride to catch the culprit in time she ran into the room where kor sat silently she told him all in a great jumble of words and the reaction and look on his face was not what she exspected......................................... ..............

andreno, so he has returned to get even. ragnar seal the grounds, he must not escape. when you catch him, be very careful; he is an expert poisoner. i have yet to find a man who can match him in the poisoning arts. i will deal with him in the propper manner. a circle of equals. he an i will face each other in a circle of people and the last person standing wins. the loser often dies in the fight. untill then do what you can for her, keep her comfortable untill i return.

with that korhall stood up said a few words in a strange toung over his wife and then ran out the door. the only sound in the room was a smal whisper echoing off the walls: shalome navareit, shaloam, shaloam na he va rhote, na he va rhote, shalome.

then he was gone. his staff in hand, his fangs out and his blood boiling. he would find andreno and make him pay. this went beyond family ties, his brother was a murderer.

warrendill ran out of the room "Kor he's this way" and warrendill tore off w/ kor matching her speed "Let me go " he said "for it is my wife... my love". with that she gave him the directions and flew down the stairs and back to her friend's cup. she smelled the drink and took a small sample it was ICEBAINE one of the deadliest poisons known to here kind. she had encountered it before
she went to ragnar and had him let her out of the great hall to the stables she explained that. GREENSPAR can help to slow the poison to the brain she mounted her horse MARTEX and road hard to the town of AVONDALE a hiden city of elves. there she met up w/her friend LEVOLAR who gave her the liquid antidote wished her well and she was off.
al the while blushing for LEVOLAR had been someone who she had deeply loved and he hadn't known it yet. when she finaly arived the gaurds took her horse and she raced inside only to find her friend even worse of then before. warrendill began preparing the counterpoison and all though she hated to she had to force the foul smelling liquid "down the hatch". she had to get gemini to LEVOLOR for he was well skilled in healing but SHE HAD NOT MUCH TIME. she had to find kor but was afraid for the side effects of the medicine. she gave the others instructions and hurried of to find kor. she found him down in the base ment watching ADRENO pack. she pulled him out of earshot and told him the situation. since he and gemini were soulmates asked his permision to take gemini to her friend..................................

IC: warrendill sneaks off quikly and returns to gemini and just as thought the reactions to the madicine had begun. her skin turned blue and green substance was leaking out of her mouth. warrendill hurridly wraped gemini in lenin and mounted the horse.she rode and rode for what seemed like an eternity and when they arrived she felt dissy like she was about to pass out. she reached LEVOLOR w gemini in her arms. she in a faint voice told LEVOLOR "here is the poison patient please help she is a dear friend" and w/ that she fainted w/ gemini on top............................................... .......................................
when she awoke it was the next day she was in bandages for as strong as she might be she weighed too less for nothing to be broken from gemini landing on her. she had a broken rib and sllowly got out of her bed and remembered gemini and raced to find her still unconcious. LEVOLOR replied that she was healing fast but it would still take 3 days for her to become concious again. she went to her room to get properly dressed and went to inform LEVOLOR of her urgent need to leave"take care of gemini" she said and as she turned to go he took her arm and turned her and looked into her eyes aand paused... she began to shake for this she hoped was the moment ....... and "take care" was his response he hugged her and let her go... blushing she whirled around and stumbled down the stairs to MARTEX and departed to find kor.. when she arrived she found............................................. .......................

... Kor and Andreno encircling each other. They stood in the middle of a circle of Ragnar's guards. All holding shields to protect themselves from the two raging men. Goldie and Hirila didn't much. They stood and watched. Ever ready to interfere if something strange should occur. Ragnar had given them back their weapons so now they feeled alright again what concerned the clothing.
Still they didn't like the place too much. But helping Kor was their main task. As Warendill had taken Gemini with her and would take care of her nothing else was left to them.

The two men in the circle encircled each other and growled like wolves. In fact they sometimes seemed to be wolves. Their ears laid back, bared fangs, their skin bristled. These animals always showed up for one moment and were gone the next second. Strange and really scary if Hirila and Goldie hadn't known that Korhall somewhen in the past had had this close encounter with a wolf. Andreno seemed to be something like this, too. But Ragnar's guards couldn't hide their fear.
Then they drew their swords and attacked. It looked frightening and magnificent at the same time. Both were rather good-looking, strong men. They attacked from the left, the right, in fast and short, direct and intricate stroke.If it hadn't been a fight of life and death it would have been wonderful to look at. Warendill joined them..........

her eyes fluttered opens the echo of a scream wound through her head she wondered whos a man rushed in she didnt have her weapons so she looked at the man and tried to decide weather or not he was worth the pain of trying to shift in her weakened state

gemini decided to sit up but the man was to quick "lay down" he said "u aren't quite strong enough yet" gemini just looked at the man feeling as if she knew him but wasn't quit sure. he was an elf. tall and blond w/ deep dark green eyes. he saw what she wondered and replyed" i am a friend of warrendill's my name is LEVOLOR. she brought u here to heal we almost lost u. haw do u feel?" " i hurt all over" she replied "good thats excelent" she stared for a while thinking it was quit odd he thought pain was good. he knew what she was thinking and told her it only ment she was getting better where is warrendill? she had to leave to take care of some bussiness. lay and rest for u r weary


back at ragnars things weren't looking too good for adreno kor was weakening him w/every hit......then........... adreno finally made a comeback face bloody he picked kor up and threw him accross the ring and went over and wiped his face off. kor was getting up. he turned around and got slammed square in the face w/ adreno's foot. adreno handed kor his sword and the began to sword fight when wrrendill felt the pain of gemini every one was sooo involved w/ the fight she left unnoticed (it had become boring for she couldn't help any way) when she arrived in AVONDALE LEVOLOR met her and led here back to gemini who was asleep and warrendill sat there waiting for hours & hours through 2 days and she finally fell asleep w/her head on the side of the bed............................................... ........................................

Warendill suddenly woke u for a loud scream that yelled through the house. Gemini sat straight upright in bed an screamed. "Kor!"
Warendill laid her back on the bed. "What is it, Gemini?" - "Kor, he is wounded. Oh, he is dying, no, not him. But a member of his family. And Kor needs help, he's so sad but weak and cannot do anything. Oh I don't know who's who. He's coming here." - "Ssshhht. You're still too weak to think about something like that. Go back to sleep."
What all this was about Warendill had no knowledge.

But Hirila, Goldie and Ragnar knew.
It was not long after Kor and Andrenor had taken up their swords that both fell down, badly hurt, blooding from many severe wounds. Andrenor had a deep cut in his left thigh, he could hardly stand. Kor had had to change his swordhand, the other shoulder was cut to the bone. Now there was no strength left in them. They had exhausted themselves, had hardly enough breath left to keep them conscious.
"Gemini is alive" Kor suddenly coughed. "I can feel her, weak, but alive."
Andreno agreed. "Yes, this bastard is alive. I have failed." - "You d***** son of a b*****. How could you do this to me and our family." - "Ha! Our family! My family, you mean. Didn't you know? No, of course, your parents never told you. You're a bastard just as your wive is. Like husband like wive. Father found you in the wilderness, a tiny, screaming baby of only some weeks. Helpless and hungry. They took you as their younger son. I was told to make you my little brother. And I did. But you stole my parents love. All they cared of was you. They forgot me and gave all their love to you, bastard. And when you into that wolf-thing. How concerned they were." Andreno laughed loud out.

Kor didn't say anythig for some moments. Then, in a last effort he got up and would have slain Andreno if Andreno hadn't taken his sword and defended himself with a mighty stroke. Then the two fell unconscious.

All was quiet.
Then Ragnar, Goldie and Hirila ran to the men and took them up. This case was not to be decided here. The two had to talk someweher else. If they survived.
So they packed them on a cart, got horses and left for Avondale......

Warrendill felt like the middle man. worried for kor yet also about gemini. both were so close to death at one point or another. her head spinning from mixed thoughts she walked out to the tarrace wishing that this had not befallen her friends. there was a hand on her shoulder light and gentle she knew it was LEVOLOR, but she didn't look instead she focused on the hoof beats she heard 1000 leaguse off. she went down to meat them w/ growing hope.............................................. ........

but she saw only her friends and not kor then in the wagon she saw he lay there lifeless w/ his brother. she saw their gloomy faces and led them inside where she introduced them to LEVOLOR and him to them then took kor to a room to recooperate. her friends were led to rooms. and warrendill returned to geminiand sat and sat and sat ................................................

Kor was in a deep and dangerous delirium for the first hours. He talked about orcs, his brother, his brother and orcs, his parents. Every now and then he mentioned the Stone that gives Control over Metal. From what they understood his brother must have been in alliance with the orc-hord and had attacked the wanderers to gain the two Stones they already had. Whence Kor did know all this? They asked themselves this question oftener than they wished.
It seemed as if some sort of a mental bond bound the brothers together.
For Andreno also talked about the Stones, the orcs and his parents.

Some hours later Levolor's efforts to heal them showed succes. And when Warendill and Hirila joined him, the effect was more obvious. The two men fell into coma-like sleep which would last for the next 24 hours. They should be able to talk sensible after that.

In the meanwhile Gemini also got better. Still weak and not able to leave bed, however, she was able so sit upright for an hour and eat soup and bread. She, too, would join them on the next day, when they would meet and discuss what to do next.
There were still many stones to find. And Andreno was their key to the next one.................

korhall was alseep, an in this sleep he dreamed. terrible dreams. dreams of things that he had done and places he had been. dreams of sorrow, pain and loss. these were the things that haunted him every day of his life. these were the deamons that korhall had been trying to banish ever since they had happened. he was no stranger to the stones, he had used them in ages past, he knew of the terrible things that their power could do.

24 hrs. later warrendill took gemini to kors room for a visit and left outside she found LEVOLOR. he asked about how she had been but instead off tell him the story she replied "just fine". he knew this was not all there was and she knew he knew and she went to find a room for herself and fell assleep

korhall was slightly feverish when pheonix came in. he was releived to see that she was alright. he pulled her close and kissed her. it had been a long time since they were this close. then she sat beside him on the bed and they talked for hours. it was one of those things that needed to happen. then the conversation went to andreno. korhall told her everything. everything that he knew about it at least

warrendill got up and went to the store of food and got some numinorian elixer and rice cakes, and went to sit out on the balcany to watch the water fall and to ponder. she began piece things together. first the nalca are after gemini.then koponious wanted and probably still wants her dead and now adreno. someone is apparently out to get the stones as well.she was then distracted by a noise in the bushes and out stepped Shire Rider warrendill went down to greet him............................................... .......................................

korhall then calls everyone together and says " guys we have been sucker punched in a big way. we must find out who it was and return the favor

warrendill heard kor but just sat there lying in the grass dreaming and dreaming.

So on this sunny day they were all together again.

Kor and Gemini who both had strength enough to take short strolls throughs the hills behind Levolor's house. Hirila and Goldie were there of course. Warendill and Levolor sat side by side, none saying a word. Ragnar was to come later and bring Andreno with him. First they had to put some things straight themselves before they tried to cope with this new burden.

Kor began with thanking Goldie and Hirila for their rescuing his and his Andrenos life. And Warendill blushed with the praise of her saving Gemini. Levolor only looked at her quietly when Kor mentioned it. To Levolor himself he had the truest wishes and thanks. This was another homely house in the wilderness where they could always come to when they needed rest from their quest.

"Now, Hirila, tell us how far we have come, what did we achieve?"
"Well, we have only two out of fifteen stones. I have the Stone of Invisibility under my care and you carry the Stone that Moves Things by Thought. The orcs Andreno mentioned have the Stone with Control over Metal, we're after it from the very beginning and I have my own little calculation to get right with them. Then Gemini carries one stone we don't know exactly what it is. Either Control over Weather or Control over Water. We went for Ragnar's to ask him for help identifying it."

That very moment Ragnar appeared. He had a still very weak Andreno at his side.
He and Kor changed a quite long glance, full of hate. Then Andreno sat down. On being asked what he had to tell he wouldn't say anything. But Ragnar punched him in the back on which he moaned but finally told everything what he knew of the orcs. They were no real tribe, but had found together some way or other. Each had left his family to find his own objective. What that was? Get rich and powerful of course. Brubeka was their leader. A female orc of special brutality and wildness. Not even the other orcs, none of them very sensitive, liked her. All Brubeka could think of was kill men and elves, find the stones and finally unite all orcs in a kingdom which of course she would be queen of.
They main camp was two days from Levolor's house into the west, somewhere on the slopes of the mountain.

What should the group do now...

warrendill had heard enugh to swirl her head w/thoughts and decided to go for a strolll

korhall and his brother went into a seperate roomand started to talk. it took a few hours but they came out later and anounced that they had made a truce. korhall also said that he had learned something very important. he knew who was after them.

"Soul drinkers? Not the souldrinkers? Do you knwo what exactly they are? The only thing I've heard about them is their coming from the far far east, east even of Lake Cuivienen, they say. But what have they in common with these orcs? What could possibly drive them interrupt our quest after the 15 stones?
I just can't understand it.

Wait, didn't you mention Brubeka's, that orc's, brutality?" This she said to Andreno.
"Could it be that she... united... with the soul drinkers? I know such things can happen... (looking at Kor and Gemini, both strange creatures, and friends, she added in thought)"

At that moment Gemini and Ragnar joined them, too. They were smiling and Gemini had the Stone in her hands. "Look at that" she said. And suddenly the rush of water was heard and a small flow came up from the ground, splashed up in a fountain, fell again to the ground and found its way through the grass to join the nearby river. But at the spot it came out of the earth it shot in the air, formed circles and hearts. Finally the third Stone was identified! The Stone of Water. They could well need that power in the near future.

korhall then says, yes the soul drinkers, we must go and end their tormenting of these people

"Tormenting which people? The orcs? YOU want to save orcs? Please tell me that I didn't mistake you?"

half the people here are orcs and i am related to them...they are special

Well then, what are your suggestions, what can we do?

we need to go and destroy the souldrinkers before they do the same to us. they are to the north west from here and are comming this way. i say we ride out ant meet them. we will face them like true sons of russ. and they will pay a heavy price for their savagry

"But are you and Gemini strong enough? I mean, that was no mere flu you had. And then who will go with us? You, Gemini, Warendill, me. I don't know if Lilly is with us. Ragnar or Levolor, one of them should stay with Andreno. Or is he coming with us?
Shall I tell you something? A good fight is exactly what I need now."

after hearing this levalor steps up and speeks "the elves of my relm are at your comand"**bows low** ~~warrendill does a small gesture also signalling she is w/them~~

The group didn't loose mucht ime after these things were settled.

ragnar was to stay behind with Andreno. He really had wanted to join them, but Brubeka would have knewn Andreno was near them and that would've ruined the surprise.
Some of Levolor's elves were to start the very moment and go to the left and right of the orc group. Levolor and Warendill, Hirila, Korhall and Gemini were to follow as fast as they could and attack from behind.
Their enemies were only three days in front. No impossible distance as they were all well rested and had their horses with them.

Within the next hour they left.
On the hunt for the Stone that controls metal. And they would get it!

the men and elves clashed in a bloody and bone jarring confrontation it was evident from the slow almost dazed movement of the humans that they were under some sort of spell it was no hard task for the elves to defeat them but when they were dead and the elves were about to leave they rose up again and attacked once more on a horse some distance away was a mounted knight or rather his shadow in one hand he held a staff with a glowing purple orb at the end in the other a seven tounged whip. they ran to join the elves in their ongoing struggle hacking corpses to pieces so the could no longer fight cold dead hands grabbed and tripped unwary persons great founts of blood ran as they tried to put the dead of both sides to rest

in the distance a sweet music was heard and suddenley all of the enemy was dead and warrendill thought the music sounded vetry familiar

.....it was the music of the flute of arlina warrendill's friend old. the 2 ran toward eachother and suddenly halted and respected one another as apropriate.then shire rider came from behind, and jumped into the arms of arlina,knocking her bow and flute aside.the two rolled around in joyfull play. korhall came up and cleared his throat. the two stopped and warrendill introduced arlina to the others and she was invited to join the quest

they walk and walk and walk then stop and spends the night at an in where they recieve a letter though none of them have been here before

evil ones now rise again darkness falls on the road ahead we are coming to destroy the abominations that you harbor



it was the general consent of the group that the letter was written in blood and very real so they put up a double watch that night and moved out early the next morniing stoping for the night at a cave
during the night a spirit comes in and posses geminii but by morning its to late she has bound all of her companions and is perparing to kill them

warrendill went into a trance .... here eyes turn a bright purple and the air around her begins to whirl. a bright greenish yellow light comes from her and great big tears of blood roll down her face. (((she remembered the last time she went into a trance was when her father died and her brother almost died)(she finally understood,.the trance came when those so close to her were in deadly danger))) the binding on her wrists and ankles fell to the ground as she rose into the air. she knew what she must do but feared the consequences. she imagined in her mind everyone of her companions unbound. but the most painfull thought was of geminii laying on the ground unconcious whith no movement.a bright dagger of lightening flashed across the sky.. then it fell dark

geminiis spirit pulls through her unconciuos and momentary useless body she takes hold of one of the people in the group the whiom she does not know she forces the fangs to come through and approaches her own form she takes from it the powerful blood which she gives too warrendill and then when her spirit is exhausted returns to the darkness
