I have a forest green velvet newsboys type hat and the same kind in black, but they're not cool.
And I have a blue fleece beenie, that's my favorite at the moment.
I hope to have more soon.

My brother's near-girlfriend has this hat that says "Emily" on it cos that's a brand...

*Suddenly the sound of a wagon's sudden stop was heard from outside the pub. A loud scream and the neighing of horse was heard, and a loud thud and crash from the garden. Then the door of the pub swung open and there appeared a familiar face.*

"I won't ride rivendel express again! Mark my word!!! A face crumpled by a frown showed up with several leaves and a large chrysanthemum flower atop a curling dark brown hair. Upon seeing her regulars (and friends) the frown turned into a wide smile, and she beamed, "Well...I'm back! How were things?"

[Merry]

*much to the surprise of everyone it wasn't the coach driver that had rudely kicked out Narya but it was her brother in-law Chester Brandybuck*

That will teach you to eat all the travel snacks young lady!

*Chester squeezes his fat torso out of the wagon and ambles to Narya*

"Shut yer trap, Chester Brandybuck! I told 'ya you shouldn't have brought them crumpets along!! But did 'ya listen to me?! Nasty blight! Well, let's find that fine chap Menian-what's-her-name, so we can start liquidating the pub properly.."

[Merry]

*Chester starts scratching his big belly and finds an old pork pie which he greedily eats*

I need a keg of beer, where is that pub? Maybe it is over there where they are unloading 30 barrels of finest beer? Whadda think Narya......Narya?? Where are you, pesky little hobbit!

[Narya]

*Narya rolls her eyes so far that people thought she was possessed*

"CHESTER!!" She hollers at the immensely-huge-for-a-hobbit brother-in-law. " why did he have to come? Elrond seems to be loosing his only virtue that made him any use for hobbits - PATIENCE. You twit! The pub - THIS IS THE PUB!!" rolling her eyes again and looking squarely at the people staring at them both then sneering.

[Merry]

*Chester starts to run frantically towards the pub door taking no notice that his running is causing houses to collapse and horses to run wildly in terror*

BEER!! Give me beer!!

*Breaks through the door (well, whole wall actually) and plunges his head into a barrel of beer*

Slurp, well this is more like it, I wish my brother was here to enjoy this with me.

[Narya]

"I wish you'd join him also, Chester!" Slowly standing up after falling flat on a customer's pudding when
Chester came rushing in.

"Menal! Oi! Menal! Now where could that hobbit be?" Scratching her head, peering through every room including the kitchen which smells suspiciously like oil. "Chester get yer head out of that beer keg and come on up. We better freshen up and I want to see my old room, if MEnal hasn't leased it to someone yet. Plus that beer keg you're drinking down costs 3 gold coins."

[Elbereth]

Hearing her name called, Menal steps out of her room where she has been nursing a cold for the last few weeks. Blowing her nose, she makes her way to the pub to see who is calling her name.

"NARYA!! YOUR BACK!"

Menal runs over to her dear friend and give her a big hug, mindful not to get too close since she still had a touch of the cold bug still left in her.

"It's so good to see you! When did you get back?"

[Narya]

*hugging back the Hobbit that met her, Narya gave Menal a long look, then smiled* "Just today, my friend, just today" A loud crash coming from the kitchen turned the smile upside down again. " CHESTER!!! If you damage one of my precious pans I will call on my dragon to dip you in the river!!!"


"Menal you don't look well. Are you coming down with something?"

[Elbereth]

*sneezes and then blows her nose on a white linen hanky*

"I just came down with a little cold....I'll be fine as long as I get some rest. But all in good time.

But indeed it is good to see you back in the Weeping Willow again, even if it is for only one day...you have been greatly missed my dear friend!" *sniffles*

[Narya]

*hugs menal back* "It's good to be back, old chap! Feels like waking up! I'm gonna change into my bar clothes for a while, I will take care of things from now on, and I will also cook you some chicken soup, that'll clear up those clogged nostrils"

[Elbereth]

*sniffles and smiles*

"Thank you ...that would indeed be good"

*Takes a seat at the bar and smiles good naturedly before sneezing once more and blushing*

[Merry]

*Meanwhile Chester is bawling his eyes out at such a beautiful open display of emotion. He finds the kitchen and starts making a sandwich*

Hullo Narya...hic...can I have some of that soup? ...hic

*Chester starts feeling full up and starts to panic*

It will pass...... *and eats another sandwich*

So Narya, who was that you were talking to?

[Narya]

*getting annoyed again at the sight of her brother-in-law drunk and nearly puking* "That my dear Chester, is none other than Menal - a good hobbit, she kept the pub afloat while I was on vacation - if vacation you may call it, I had to bump into you in rivendel - why were you in Rivendel? I never got that quite clearly you kept explaining with a mouth full of cream puffs."

[Merry]

*Chester stops eating and bows his head to the floor*

I went to Rivendell to try and find comfort after my brother died. Elrond is renowned for his healing powers so I sought him with a broken heart.

*sobs*

I used to be thin you know, my brothers death made me eat and eat and eat. Elrond tried to stop me by hiding all the cakes under his bed but not even he could stop my munch attacks.

Elrond said I would never get better until I find true love and lay my brothers memory to rest.

FAT CHANCE WITH HIS BLOOMING WIFE HANGING ABOUT!!

*Burps and starts eating again.*

[Narya]

"You know I almost felt sorry for you, but my dear Chester eating your way into the Middle-Earth Record book for Fatest Hobbit won't cure you of your depression! It is only making it worse. And if you really want my sympathy on the matter, you should try to be a bit more helpful in the pub. Helpfull as in work, not munch! Elrond was right to hide the food, why at the rate you're going, all the elves in Rivendel will soon starve. No wonder the pointy-ears have been thinking about leaving middle-earth."

*Seeing that her rant has made Chester all the more miserable, Narya approaches him and pats him on the back* "there, there, I miss him too, plus I have a far greater problem than you, there is Nenya, if you have forgotten - our daughter, she's turning four this summer and wants to move back here with me. Says she's tired of hanging out with her Granny, plus school's over so, no point in staying in Buckland. We'll have our hands full, and I need you to help me run this place."

[Merry]

*Chester feels a warm glow from the loving pat on the back but realises Narya still has a red hot ladel in her hand*

OUCH!! It burns us, it burns us, TAKE IT OFF!

*After calming down Chester thinks about all Narya has said to him*

So I get to help run the pub?? Will you not mind that I've got an eating and drinking problem?

*eyes up the celler*

I didn't know I'm an uncle, I want to meet her, please let her come and stay with us. I want to tell her all about her great dad!

*Lays his head on Naryas shoulder*

[Narya]

"Chester, this is appreciated but my shoulder is about to be dislocated..! And yes, you've been going around with those dwarves for too long, we had a baby daughter, loveliest in the Shire, mind you, and she would love to hear about her dad too though I reckon she doesn't remember him that much."

[Elbereth]

*Elbereth enters to find the bar empty and unnaturally quiet*

"Hello? Is there anyone here? Where the heck did everyone go?"

Goldie walked behind the bar from the kitchen. "Hey, Elbereth. I dont know where everyone went, but in the meantime, d'you want an ale?"

[Elbereth]

"Actually an Ale would be perfect! Thanks!"

Taking a seat at the bar, Elbereth takes off her cloak and then pulls out a bunch of maps of Middle earth and lays them out before her.

"So how have you been Goldie! I haven't seen you in ages!"

*glides up beside Goldie and Elbe in the stillness of the silent bar and sits down to drink*
