Due to the collapse of the Khazum Kingdoms, I have declared the White Mountains independant.
I am now the King of The White Mountains.

My country wishes for peace, and extends the hand of friendship to all other countries. I ask that yuou all recognise the independance of the White Mountains.

I'm afraid not Spencer. My lands are not big enough to need governors. I shall rule alone.
If you want land to govern, I would speak to Cir or Dengen, I'm sure they have some spare governor positions.
