The Wedding of Elbereth and Valar

[Elbereth]

It is a bright and beautiful May morning. The sky is a brilliant blue and a soft breeze blows through the rich green pastures of the Rohan plains. In the distance tall peaks glitter under the bright May sun, and the cobblestone pathways leading up to the Majestic Golden Halls are lined with brightly colored wild flowers.

It is three hours until the highly anticipated wedding of Valar and Elbereth, but already there is a great bustling about the Golden Halls of Edoras as the final wedding preparations are made.

Men in spiffy white coats carry numerous bouquets of fresh red and white roses into the hall, while others bring in white linen folding chairs, fine china and silver, rolls of tull, and two large men struggle to carry in an elaborate ice sculpture of a majestic Rohan steed leaping gracefully over a shooting star.

From a side door, Mrs. Baggins and her crew of expert caterers enter with five carts full of fine foods and drink. Mrs. Baggins proudly carries the beautiful three tiered wedding cake with white butter frosting, adorned with tiny bright red rose buds, herself. She smiles proudly as she passes by.

In a small dressing room in the North wing of the Golden Halls, Valar, his ushers, and his best man Eomer, prepare for the wedding and anxiously await for the first guest to arrive.

[Elbereth]

In a small dressing room on the opposite side of the Golden Halls, Elbereth and her wedding party have gathered and are primping and preparing for the fast approaching ceremony.

Butterflies dance in Elbereth's stomach, as she allows Tar to pin up her long dark hair. She nervously plays with her engagement ring, which she has now slipped onto her right hand.

"I am so excited Tar! I can't hold still"

Tar gives her an annoyed look through the looking glass, "You better hold still or your hair will come out funny."

As Tar finishes Elbereth's hair, EverEve comes in with a box full of red and white rose bouquets, one for each girl in the room.

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher leans from foot to foot outside the hall's large, open doors. He picks a glass of wine off of a passing tray while he waits for guests to arrive so that he may assist them in getting in the wrong...correct, rather, seats.

[Lorien]

Lorien and Adeilya get off their horses and Lorien walks towards the doors holding hands with Adeilya. As he reaches Ciryaher he greets him, "Hail, Cir. Drinking on the job?:D "

[Talierin]

Lady Talierin arrives, resplendant in green, on Mithrandir's arm. He is dressed all in his customary white.

[Ciryaher]

"Shh!" Ciryaher hisses, "Nuttin wrong with drinky-drinky to cool my nerves. Come, I'll show you to your seat."

He leads them to their seats and then parts with the words, "Don't get rowdy, 'caus ushers throw you out too, you know." He takes another drink off of a tray and returns to the door.

[Lorien]

Lorien puts on a shocked expression at Ciryaher's words and says, "Us? Rowdy? Where did you get that idea from Ciryaher? The friendly, local, lovable etc. etc. Necromancer couple shall cause no trouble. Unthinkable thoughts those....." Then Adeilya jabs him with her elbow and says, "Remember the last wedding crashing plans you made?" Lorien gapes at her and opens and closes his mouth like a fish and then settles for being sulky for a while.

[Gandalf_White]

*Erolas comes up to these quarreling people.* Hey lighten up a little he says. This is wedding for heaven's sate. This a day of happiness rejoicing and getting lots of wine. *Erolas grins and starts to laugh*:D

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher yells over his shoulder, "I wasn't talking about rowdy as in misbehaving to others."

He greets the Lady Talierin and Governor Mithrandir as they enter, "Greetings, friends! Let me guide you to your seats."

On the way past Erolas, Ciryaher points to a seat, "You sit there."

[Narya]

*Narya arrives on a grey palfrey, she steps down and arranges her white and beige victorian gown, then enters the hall*

I do hope I am not too late nor too early.

*goes to Cir* Excuse me kind sir, but where can I get one of those? (pointing at the wine he is drinking down) I am a bit shaky, I always get this way during weddings.

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher smiles and plucks a glass off of one of the trays scurrying about. "Here, take this one."

He returns again to the door with a nod.

[Narya]

*takes the wine given by Cir and drink it down in one gulp*

Ahhhh!! Now that's much better...Thanks.

*sneaks behind the girl who is giving out the wine to the guests and took one more glass of wine*

Thank you.

Ok...now I wonder where in all this commotion is the bride and groom?

[Eomer Dinmention]

*Eomer walks in, in a black suit with a little white horse on one of his pocket, next to him is Adrehel Lady of Rivendell. As they walk in they greet Ciryaher

"I didn't think you were coming Lord Cir"

[YayGollum]

*Truor comes in through the back door of the kitchen and drops off the fish, honey, and mead for the reception, then goes to his post at the front to be the other usher* "When is this thing going to start? I'm hungry for fish!"

[Valar]

*Valar his stomach churning goes and wisper in Eomers ear, and takes him away from his date. The walk back to the changing room*

"My friend i am so nervous,i don't think i have ever been so scared."

*Eomer starts to laugh*

"Valar i thought you never got scared, i've faught along side you many a time, and you have never shown fear"

"I know but this is different, i never thought i would be in this position. Have you got the ring"

"Of course i have" *Eomer smiled tapping his pocket"

"And everything is ready?"

"Yes, man you worry to much"

*Valar grows quiet and he hold his pendant round his neck, given to him by his father....he wished they were alive to see him now. He wispers to himself*
"A Elbereth Gilthoniel, my love"

[Lorien]

Lorien excuses himself from Adeilya's side and goes after Valar and Eomer. "Hello, both of you. You okay Valar? You look slightly green if you ask me.:)", Lorien says with a grin. Seeing the slightly peeved expression on Valar's face he quickly pacifies him by saying, "Don't worry I promise I'll be just as nervous when I'm marrying Adeilya."

[Aredhel]

She walks around the area in a pale green and silver dress with long flared sleeves, wearing her amulet around her neck, her long(very long) black hair pulled back away from her face and held in place by several hair pins. The rest of it reaches down to her waist.

"Lord Ciryaher, may you please direct me to a seat?," she says as she grabs a glass of wine from a passing tray.

[tookish-girl]

Meanwhile, Elbereth is still getting ready and looking very lovely too, as her flower girl arrives proud to have just been pm-ed and asked to do this honour for her.
The young tookish girl carries in her basket of flowers that she picked in the woods in the Shire and hope that these will be okay for the task she has ahead.
The little hobbit is quite nervous herself about her duties, but feels that in her bright yellow dress and with morning glories, foxglove and white lily-of-the-valleys in her hair, she quite looks the part.
She sits down and patiently waits for Elbereth.

[Aredhel]

Sits down on a bench.

[Tar-Ancalime]

Tar about sticks the last pin in and Elbereth makes one move and the whole hair falls style falls out ,"Elbe! I told you hold still!" Tar screams and gets back to the hair wondering if she'll ever get her dress and hair altoghether."sorry Tar." Elbereth says."That's ok, here's a present for you...just for good luck!" Tar says and gives her a ornately wrapped box,Elbe opens the box seeing a four leaf clover pin that goes in the hair. Now back to Elbe's hair.

[Goldberry344]

*goldberry walks out of the dressing room after 30 min. of nervous fussing. Then she starts figiting, thinking of ways to do her hair*

"oh, Elbereth, you look soooo perdy today!!! :) "

[legoman]

*Legoman arrives in his usually and only suit I might add, that happens to be green - strange but true*

"err, hi I'm with the err, I dunno, a bit of both really but I can't sit in the aisle so err, I'll go for Elbereth, the bride (we need to interact more you see)"

"Anything I can help with?"

[korhall]

korhall, dressed in red robes and carrying his staff as always, walks in carring two large silver wraped boxes. he has a mischevious grin on his face. he walks over and takes a glass of wine from the server. lookinh around he goes over and shakes valar's hand.
"my friend you have made a wise choice, she is a lucky woman. don't worry about a thing, it gets alot easier after the service, beleive me"
korhall then remembers a quandery and says"
"say who did you get to preside over the service?"

[Kementari]

Kem rode up on a white palfrey, wearing a deep burgundy coloured dress. Her dark hair was tied back but several curls had fallen out and she stuggled anxiously to keep them in place. She joined her husband and helped to seat the guests. "I'm sorry i'm late, love"

[elenya]

Elenya arrives in a shimiring crimson dress, her long hair done in waves that fall to the small of her back. With her is a small package wrapped in a shimmering blue paper.

"I couldn't find anyone to come with me and I don't know where to sit! And where to I put the presents?"

[Elbereth]

*back in the bridal suite*

Tar completes Elbereth's hair and then sprays it with industrial strength hairspray, and lots of it. After the cloud of hairspray clears, Elbereth makes her way to the make-up table, where Elgee is diligently applying lipgloss, retying her plush bath robe before she sits down. Then Tar takes Elbereth's place and let's Ever-Eve curl her hair.

"Goldberry, how much time is there left until the ceremony?" Elbereth says...as she begins to foundation across her face.

*Goldberry looks at her watch* "Two hours and half hours till the ceremony Elb, calm down...you have time."

"I just want everything to be perfect."

"It will!" all the girls reply in harmony.

"Ok, ok...I'll calm down." She then applying her eyeshadow expertly.

[¤-Elessar-¤]

Elessar arrives, Arathin at his elbow. They walk in. Elessar whispers into Arathin's ear, and she nodds. She goes off, and Elessar too. Elessar wandered around, looking at the great decor of the party. He walked up to Eomer. "It sure is beautiful, isn't it?"

[Goldberry344]

"Geez, i mean, its not like i can say i know how you feel, but its all gonna be good. Valar's a great guy, he loves you, and you look stunning today. :) "

*Goldberry sits in the chair next to where Eve is doing Tar's hair and fishes out some cute little silk roses to put in her hair*

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher smiles at the Emperess and they assist the guests to their seats.

"My apologies, Lady Aredhel! I was getting a view from the sun's perspective," he bows deeply, "Your seat is right over here, and is much better than that bench. Eomer, friend, you sit right beside her on the right!"

Ciryaher turns to Elenya and Korhall. "You two may choose a seat over in that area," he points and smiles, then goes to Elessar and Arathin.

"Greetings, new friends. Here are your seats," Ciryaher grinned, "And no, they are not boobytrapped!" He laughed and gave Elessar a firm clap on the shoulder.

The Emperor gets a short break and slips a broad sash over his shoulder. It is a deep blue, like the darkness of twilight, and is embroidered with silver thread and studded with diamonds and sapphires.

[elenya]

She starts walking towards then seats.

"Hey Korhall, come sit with me till Pheonix get's here. I don't feel like being a loner. Where is Pheonix anyways?"

[Narya]

*after several glasses of wine*

Well, isn't this just fabulous. A wedding and I've got NO DATE. That's just like always I guess. I am all alone in this event filled with couples. Not even in the Bridal Entourage. No one even invited me to sing??? I feel so out of place in this event.

*starts thinking about leaving, but felt bad because she was personally invited by the bride and her friend, Elbereth*

What am I supposed to do now???:(

[elenya]

Elenya motions Narya to join her in the "I-Have-No-Date-Or-Real-Part-In-The-Wedding" section.

"We'll both sing! They can just wait for the reception then we'll take over the stage!";)

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher put his hand to his forehead and seemed disturbed. "Where is Friend Beorn?" he asked, "Has anyone seen him lately?"

[Narya]

*with tear-stained eyes, Narya goes to Elenya, stupidly bumping into other guests, a bit tipsy*

Thank you my friend. Yes...my goodness we will sing. I will sing Anìron *starts singing softly* O môr benion i dhû...

[EverEve]

"Elbe, hold still! I'm almost done!" Eve exclaims as Elbereth twists in her seat nervously. After a few more moments, she sighs in relief, "DONE!" Stepping back to admire her work, Eve brushes the wrinkles out of her own dress.

She puts her own hair up in a simple, but elegant twist and aplies a little bit of make-up. Satisfied with her own looks, she turns back to Elbereth and says "Need any more help, Elbe?"

[HLGStrider]

Elgee rushes in in apanic, dropping gifts... her cats running behind her.. They knock over Cir, the tipsy Narnya... Half of the grooms section, and YayGollum, who goes rolling down the isle his armor clinking like a tamborine...

"Sorry," she gasps. "Late!!! Slept in!! Had to feed the fish!!! HAIR WON'T STAY IN STUPID PINS!!!"

Elgee decides to wear her hair down, rips out the pins, and runs into the bridal room, zipping up the back of her bride'smaid dress as she goes.
"Uh... hi!"
Elgee knows how to make an entrance... Where are my shoes?

[Narya]

*after hitting her head in one of the seats due to HLgStriders' sudden entrance*

Hey!! WAtch it!! Ow!! The head is sore...the head is sore...I hear bells!!

I think I'm gonna...

*runs for the nearest comfort room, locks the door*

[Elbereth]

*Elberet's turns toward the open door upon hearing Narya's screams*

"Don't tell me we already have drunk wedding guest already. The ceremony hasn't even begun yet!"

[Narya]

*going out the door, flushed and still feeling dizzy from knocking her head on the chair that was made of strong wood*

I need another glass of wine...

*Takes another glass of wine from one of the passing trays.*

Ahh! That's much better. *trying to fix her composure*

I think I need more lipstick...Now where did I put that confounded thing??!!!

Oh drat it all, drat this elvish racket!!

*then goes off to sit down near Elenya, still trying to find her lipstick*

[Gandalf_White]

I think I'm gonna leave. Sorry I just got a bit lost in the story. :(

[Elbereth]

Elbereth goes into the closet and pulls her wedding dress out of the garment bag. It is a 1900's inspired cap sleeved gown in winter white and sparkling mithril lace.

She then rushes into the changing room and with the help of Tar, EverEve, Elgee, Goldberry, and Tookish manages to slip into it without disturbing a single hair. *phew!*

Then after straightening out her dress, the girls go back out into the bridal suite to finish their own preparations.

The sun is shining through the blinds of the changing room, making Elbereth's dress glitter and shine. She stands in front of the full length antique mirror and stares at the image in front of her in disbelief.

"I can't believe my day is finally here...*smiles her happiest smile* This is the happiest day of my life."
*Elbereth then struggles to keep tears from coming into her eyes*

[elenya]

"Here, Narya," Elenya says giving her a special drink. "It'll keep you from throwing up...as much. You might want this too," she says offering her own lipstick.

[Gandalf_White]

AFTER Narya leaves the dressing room Erolas shows up. Immediatly he sees Narya.* Oh uh hi. I was just out looking for a girl. Do do you have a date? *he asks shyly*

[Narya]

*Sips the drink Elenya gave her, then takes the lipstick and tries with all her might to apply it without making her look like a clown*

There..

*then upon hearing the offer made by the handsome Erolas, though tipsi, she blushes a bright red*

By the hand of Iluvatar!! I am saved!!!

Yes my Lord, I am so without a date today, I have been feeling very depressed since everyone has a guy in their arms and I don't...with the exception of my dear friend Elenya here, say you wouldn't have a friend for my buddy here, would you??

[Eomer Dinmention]

"What ring?"

"THe ring Eomer, the wedding ring" Valar yells

"THE WEDDING RING, ITS back at home, AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I forgot the Wedding Ring"

"You idiot Eomer, how could you forget"

*Valar sits down, his face showing fear, his sweating

*Eomer pust his hand in his pocket

"hahahahahahahahahahaha Now if only i had a photo to take that picture of you"

*Eomer takes out the ring

"Did you actually think i would forget the ring, gees"
"hehehehe"

*Eomer walks out of the room, and sits next to Adrehel
"Beautiful Lady of Rivendell, i have a feeling that this will be a wonderful day"

[menchu]

-Pah! Pah! Uff! - Menchu sweats while rushes at full speed to the wedding place - Being the Official Messenger I should fix the mail service...

Finally reaches the main door and tries not to make too much noise as everyone seems to whisper to each other, already on their seats.
-Oh my God, where do I have to sit then? ...
Grabs the back of the nearest bench and sits as panting.
-Hail! -says to the people sitting next to her.

[korhall]

korhall goes over to valar's room just in time to see the bit about the ring. he chuckles appreciativly because he knows how valar feels.
"valar don't worry man we'll make sure that everything is perfect and wonderful on you day of days. so calm down, really calm down. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO REAMIN CALM WHEN YOU ARE SO STRESSED?" looks around and sees everyone stairing at him, "sorry i get carried away some times.

[Mormegil]

Mormegil arrives and takes a seat, waving to his friends as he does.

[Aredhel]

She nods,"I think for once I'm early for something. I was late for Korhall's and Phoenix's wedding. "

She smiles,"Weddings are always wonderful." she says, looking sideways at him. She patiently waits for the cermony to start.

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher looks around and takes note of who has arrived.

"Greetings, Menchu! Hail Mormegil! I see you have found your seats. Excellent, excellent."

[Aredhel]

She looks around once more then sees Menchu and waves.

[Lorien]

Lorien nods a hello to Aredhel and gets up to get a couple of glasses of wine for himself and Adeilya.

[Aredhel]

She nods a hello back, wondering if she seen Adeilya before.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee rearranges some flowers to pass the time.

[Goldberry344]

*Goldberry checks the time* not too much longer, Elb. We're just waiting for the cue...

[Tar-Ancalime]

Tar shuffles about nervously and stares at the spike heels, "Elbe! How do I walk in these forsaken things again!"tar asks than she trips over (but hair is still up!).

[Valar]

OOC: Ciryaher is going to marry Elbereth and myself.

*Valar touchs his top hat and checks his stubble in the mirror:rolleyes: .*

"Nearly ready guys."

[YayGollum]

*Truor looks at his dusty armor after being knocked over* "That's what I get for trying to look nice! Argh!" *he then runs to the kitchen to sample everything to make sure everything is safe*

[Tar-Ancalime]

"Confounded...opps," tar says seeing the mess of the armor *whistles*."neways,v. nervous Elbe!"

[elenya]

Elenya, who can't stand to sit still for too long, goes off walking looking at the hall and it's flowers while keeping an eye on the still slightly tipsy Narya. The hall looks beutiful with all it's flowers and decorations.

[Goldberry344]

Tar, just PRETEND they're boots, and it will all be ok...if i can do it you can do it. i mean, you know how clumsey i am! ;) "

[Tar-Ancalime]

"I'll do that golddyberry!" tar says matter of factly.

[Goldberry344]

":) it works" *Goldberry suddenly grabs a chair to keep from falling* "promise!"

[Tar-Ancalime]

"umm...are you sure goldyberries?"tar questions goldberry's suggestion.

[Elbereth]

*Chopin's "Cannon in D" is cued, and the guests all take their seats*

Elbereth looks at herself once more in the mirror and takes a deep breath... "This is it!"

EverEve excitedly runs into the room, shoes in hand. "Elbereth hurry up...the ceremony is about to begin."

"I'm ready...don't worry Eve." Elbereth says calmly. She then steps down from the stool.

EverEve then puts on her shoes,takes a hold of Elbereth's long graceful train and follows Elbereth out of the room to meet the rest of the girls who are lining up outside of the chapel doors. First in Line is Tookish who is happily carrying a basket of rose petals, then Tabby (one of Elgee's cutest cats)wearing a red satin bow and carrying a beautiful white silk pillow. Next in line is Elgee, who pulls out a comb and gives Tabby a last minute brushing. Goldberry is right behind, then Tar, and after Eve aranges Elbereth's train behind her, takes her place behind Tar. The girls eagerly await the wedding march to begin.

Then from the kitchen, Truor comes running...his armor rattling loudly as he goes. "Phew! Sorry I'm late guys! *wipes icing from his face* By the way Elb, the food is fine."...Elbereth gives him a suspicious look. Truor smiles innocently and falls into the line next to Elgee.

Meanwhile, Valar and Eomer take their places at the front of the long golden aisle to await the entrance of the wedding procession. And Cir dresses into his ceremonial robes and takes his place at the altar, as the priest.

*The crowd mumurs in anticipation.*

[Elbereth]

Elbereth looks proudly at the girls (and Truor) softly chatting in front of her.

"They all look so beautiful!" she says to herself...then she realizes something..."Wait! Wait a second....Something is missing...*gasp!* THE BOUQUETS!!! WE FORGOT THE BOUQUETS!"

EverEve, being the super maid of honor that she is...runs out of the room at elven speeds and returns with the box of bouquets in a matter of seconds...hair still in place. (Wow! That hairspray is really powerful stuff!)

Eve hands the bouquets to everyone. As she goes to hand Elbereth her bouquet...Elbereth embraces her in a hug. "Thank you so much Eve! You're the best!"

[Narya]

*using one of the silverwares as a mirror, Narya tries to fix herself up when she hears the song*

It's starting...*gasp* *She gets another glass of wine drinks it down and got another one and drank that down as well, then hurried to her seat next to Elenya who has been doing everything she can to stop Narya from getting anymore wine* Don't worry, I'm ok...*Hik!*


Now where is that date??? *hik!*:D

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher smooths his embroidered sash and stands rigidly with his hands behind his back. He sweeps his eyes across the guests and smiles thoughtfully at Kementari.

He enjoys the music with a soft tapping of his foot and waits.

[elenya]

Elenya snatches the extra wine glass Narya brough back and downs it herself to calm her nerves from trying to keep the stuff away from Narya!

The hall is silent except for a few murmurs as they wait for the procession to start...

[Narya]

*as Elenya takes the wine from her hand*

Oh sorry, didn't know you *hik!* wanted some *hik!*

*She covers her eyes from the twinkling little lights*

I wonder where Goldie is, we have a Big Night after this and the orders will be pouring in soon. Where's the bride? *Hik* Better yet, where's the groom? *hik!*

[Arathin]

Arathin stands off to the side of the chaos, watching. She smiles silently to herself as she watches. Her gown ripples lightly in the breeze as she watches how happy Elbereth is.

[korhall]

korhall wipes a tear from his eye and is slightly startled to see pheonix suddenly beside him. she says that she is supposed to be crying, not me. oh well we can't be perefect.

[Goldberry344]

*Goldberry places herself with the other bridesmaids in the doorway while the music plays and the flower girl waits for her cue* whisper..."Yes, tar, im sure it works...most of the time..." *wobble*

[HLGStrider]

"Such a lovely day for a wedding... " Elgee tells Truor... "Sorry about your armor... Maybe you can catch when Elbereth throws her garter!!!"

[Tarien]

Tarien dismounts from her cat, looking the resplendent Lady of the Noldor she is. Her long white dress trails behind her, with it's obsidion-bead design sewn into mallorn leaves, giving her the Panda's black-on-white look.

Suddenly she realises she is late, and speeds into the hall, taking a seat far back so no one notices she is late, and straigtening her sparkling mitril tiara in her golden-blonde hair, deciding to place her present after the ceremony. (Getting here was a bear! Sorry I'm late, Elbereth!)

[Elbereth]

As the music plays on, Elbereth becomes more and more nervous.

"Where could my father be"...she thought. He was suppose to walk her down the aisle but he is nowhere to be found. Elbereth then closes her eyes and prays for him to come.

Then suddenly the wind picks up...and from the sky, a bright light ascends upon the entrance of the Golden Hall. The wedding party who is standing behind the closed door of the chapel are temporarily blinded by the light...but as their sight returns they are surprised to see an elderly man dressed in white standing next to Elbereth.

"You didn't think I would be late for your wedding my dear." The man in white said taking Elbereth's arm.

"Well...Of course not, Dad." Elbereth says jokingly, her butterflies begin to ease.

The Great man in White then turns to the rest of the girls (and Truor)..."Well then...let's get this show on the road!"

*The orchestra is then given the signal to begin "The Wedding March"...the doors open and all eyes in the room turn to the back of the chapel as Tookish leads the procession down the long aisle.*

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher stops tapping his foot and has a brief conversation with Kementari through eyesight...strangely, this conversation appeared as a series of winks and smiles to all who noticed.

[Narya]

*Narya couldn't hold herself any longer, she stands up gracefully, before tiptoeing toward the comfort room again, then finally deciding that she's not going to last in that situation, tries hard to slip out of the backdoor unnoticed*

And just when someone finally got interested with me...

*Gandalf_white confused at why Narya hasn't returned to her seat started talking to Elenya, who is by now a bit tipsi herself*

*Narya rushes towards the garden hedge and starts throwing up!*

Oh Goodness!!! I need a brush!!!

*So she decides to leave the ceremony altogether to brush her teeth since she smells like puke anyway*

I'll come back when I'm sober...

Ciryaher rolls his eyes and thinks to himself, People should make sure they know they're drinking wines from Eregion BEFORE they drink them...and since when do people get drunk BEFORE the reception. Totally rude. I shall have to give her sunburn if she stays out any longer.

He sighs inwardly and shifts his weight.

*seeing the look of disappointment in Ciryaher's eyes, Narya felt uncomfortable indeed!*

* she said in a rather loud voice, louder than she intended, and louder than what was allowed. Half embarassed by her actions, she calls for her palfrey and rides towards the pub, to get some coffee*

Ciryaher wonders if he should cause illusions to terrify the drunkard, but decides he has more important things to do. With a final, infinite look of scorn and distaste, he sees Narya leave, and then returns his thoughts to the wedding at hand.

*Eomer walks to Valar
"Well well, my friend It seems that it is time."
"Yes Eomer, but i'm so nervous, why are you so carm?"
"Because i'm not the one getting married lol hehehe"

*Eomer takes out the ring. The ring made of pure gold, from elven smiths of old. As he holds it up, it shines.

Elenya notices Cir watching at Narya leave and gives him her own "evil eye".

"He can just wait till we gat a hold of a mic at the reception." she mutters.

[Aredhel]

She wipes away a tear, from the corner of her eye with a silk hankerchief as she watches Elbereth walk down the aisle.

[Valar]

*Valar and Eomer arer stood next to the alter, Eomer with his cheeky grin on his face is bobbing up and down on the balls of his feet. Valar is stood there, more nervous than ever, but getting happierby the second a he knows that he will soon be wed to his beloved.*

*One last time he looks at his fathers pendant around his neck. He wispers*

"Well, i'm finally going to be happy"

*As Elbereth draws closer, Valar turns around slowly.*

*What he see's amazes him, Eru's most beautiful creation, Elbereth herself. A wave a emotion engulfes him as he stands in awe of his beautiful Elbereth and his eyes shine and he smiles.*

*Elbereths father lets go of her arm and walks to the left and Elbereth and Valar meet infront on the Alter.*

*Cir ajust his robes one last time*

"Dearly beloved.........

*Truor quietly steals out the back door to start preparing for the reception* "Phew! That was close!"

She now tunes in to Ciryaher, still wiping tears away.

-Here Aredhel- whispers Menchu while taking out a tissue.
Then looks at Elbereth and smiles from ear to ear. Tells Ari Valar looks like a leaf shaking...

Elgee tears up a little but forces herself to stop to spare her mascara.

[Ciryaher]

"Beloved friends; guests from all corners of Arda! We do come together upon this glorious day to celebrate the entrance of Elbereth and Valar into the sacred realm of Marriage.

Love comes in many forms that we know of...a father to his son, a soldier to his comrade, friends amongst eachother; but the most powerful and influential love is that romantic love shared between two people. It is sometimes a difficult love; and not every day will shine with great radiance...but live not for the day, and anticipate the sunset instead.

My friends Elbereth and Valar have found this sacred love; praise to Eru that such love was given to we the creations of his thought!"

Ciryaher stops and smiles at Valar.

"Valar, good friend of the Southern Kingdoms, you come to this place to marry Elbereth, but it will be no light task. You may build a great and wonderful house only to be broken in calamity; you may sow the seeds of progress and peace in your lands only to be ravaged by war; you may be pure of mind, body, and heart yet your body and hers stricken with ill or grievous hurt.

Being aware of the things that may go wrong--great or small--do you, Valar, accept the responsiblity? Do you swear to remain true and treat your lady with dignity and respect, greater than you would give yourself? Declare now your love and intent for Elbereth of Arda!"

[Aredhel]

She laughs through her tears as she takes the tissue and wipes them away.

[Tar-Ancalime]

A tear rolls down one of Tar's cheek, and she wishes that her husband was here with Tar.

Kem sobs her eyes out.. "Aw i love weddings"

*Goldberry composes herself standing with the other bridesmaids, most of whom are sobbing.* *whisper* "c'mon valar..say it..." *choked back sob.*

*trying to look dignified as tears streamed down her cheeks, Eve smiles at the happy soon-to-be husband and wife*

[Valar]

* Valar shuffles his feet and looks back at all the people watching, but then he looks into Elbereths eyes and it all becomes so simple*

" I swear to almighty Eru above, that i will stay to true, that i will in every waking moment love you and protect you. By my word as warrior and a man, i swear myself to you."

*Valar breaks into a smile*

"In other words my dear I Do"

Ciryaher held up his hand that hand previously been held closed before Valar; and behold! There was a golden hemisphere laying with the seemingly flat surface up.

He then turned and smiled at Elbereth.

"Lady Elbereth, you have heard the sacred fundaments which I have uttered to Valar. You too are responsible for respecting, caring for--and above all--loving Valar. Be it through good times or bad, storm or sunshine, ailment or health; you must be there for your husband, as he has vowed to be there for you.

Elbereth, will you undertake the responsibility which I have put before you? Do you swear to remain true and treat your husband with dignity and respect, greater than you would give yourself? Declare now your love and intent for Valar of Rohan!"

[Elbereth]

Taking a deep breath, Elbereth turns to her beloved Valar...his bright blue eyes burning with love for her.
Her heart swells, and for a momment Elbereth forgets what she has to say. Valar then takes Elbereth's shaking hands, which eases her nervousness and then suddenly everything becomes clear again.

"I swear to my father, the everlasting Eru, that I will be faithful to you always. I swear to love, honor and respect you with unfaultering devotion. And just as the stars shine above in the skies, my love for you shall forever be unwavering. I swear myself to you."

*smiles, as her eyes fill with tears*

"Valar, my love... I do!"

[Elbereth]

Surounded by the mingling silver and gold glow of the spheres...Elbereth and Valar's souls connect...and from within the circle of light, it appears as if everything outside of themselves have faded away.

Valar then takes Elbereth in his arms and they embrace in a long, passionate kiss.

And as they kiss, the silver and gold lights rain down on them and they glow with a radiant light.

[Beorn]

A messenger came in, and said:


I have news great and grievous. The grevious it may be to you and I, but not to the sender.

I come from Beorn of Gondor. He has passed on, as seen here (http://www.thetolkienforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4251). He made his Last Will and Testament, and in it named Valar the King, and Elbereth the Queen.

But, he said to me, ere he sent me off to carry this news that all should rejoice, for he is in a better place now. He urged that none grieve, but be happy for the gift given to King Valar of Gondor, and Queen Elbereth of Gondor.

He thanked you for your friendships, and he hopes, again, that you will celebrate; do not grieve, for he is where he has wanted to be for a long while.


And, I urge you, celebrate this joyous occasion, for it is truly that. Relief to the hard-worked is sent from the Great Ones, above. More importantly, the granting of land to Valar and Elbereth is a joyous occasion.

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher nodded silently and whispered to himself, So falls a good friend, but at least he died in peace...Alas that he was of the folk of Beorn and had not the longevity of the Edain.

*Eomer's grin drops down.
"Tis a good friend has fallen. Beorn King of Gondor. Was a mighty King, A noble, brave warrior, may Gondor and Rohan never forget him. "

Dear Valar and Elbereth, I am happy to hear that the wedding went on without any problems and I have been informed that you have recieved news of Beorns death. Your time has come to take up the throne.
I would like both of you to come to Gondor after the wedding recption and recieve the crowns of Gondor, all your friends are invited too. After that you may go on your honeymoon (if your going on one). I will orginase for someone to watch over Gondor while you are away, for I can't stay, I need to be away, for Beorns death has effected me in many ways.

korhall stands and applaudes the newly married couple and sets of some small fireworks. then hearing the news of beorn's death he summons the immage of beorn on the back of a flameing dragon flying off into the sunset. that is the way that we do things where i come from. it is the only true way for a king to go. then he says "because beorn is not here to drink to the new couple we must do it for him. a toast to the newely weds!"

[Kementari]

:( She runs to Cir weeping. Through her sobs she whishpers "Namerie nin nil"

She sits for awhile, still mesmorized by what she had seen, or, in other words, what she had not seen for almost Five Ages: the light of Telperion and Laurelin. Then she sadly stands up after hearing the news the messenger had brought. More tears come to her eyes.

"I wish I knew him more,"she says, now openly weeping.

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher whispers something to Kementari and leaves the altar with her, heading for the exit.

Elessar, forgotten by the rest of the crowd, gets up and leaves. Few note his absense.

[Valar]

*Valar stood among the pain and the joy, not knowing how to feel. For he has just been Wed, to the most beautiful women on Arda and the deepest joy was in his heart for that. But News of Lord Beorn greived him greatly, for he was a good friend and a Great king, and pain was in his heart for that. But A greater weight came bearing down on his shoulders, he had just been crowned king of Gondor....something too incomprehendble for him. The mixture of Emotion was getting too much for him, then Elbereth took his hand..."Valar..." He felt his pain subside for a moment and he could see clearly what he must do.*

"Friends, today has been the strangest day for me. So long i have been the lonely warrior, but now i am Wed to the my most beautiful Elbereth. And now as you all have heard, we have been deemed with being king and queen of Gondor, an honour unexpeted, but most welcome."

"In light of certain circumstances, i'm affraid the wedding will be cut shorter than expected. All usual customary precidings will still follow, and we shall be here to open the party, as i expect most of my friends would like."

"I thank all of you for coming to this most joyful and sad occosion"

*Valar walks over to Eomer*

"My friend after this is over, would you care to ride with me to Gondor, i desire your council"

[Aredhel]

She wactches Elessar leave, wondering why so soon. She walks up the aisle and stands behind and slightly to the right of Eomer.

Tookish is so moved by the occasion, she cries.

Lorien was in two minds. On one hand he was happy for Valar and Elbereth but on the other hand he mourned for Beorn who he did not know so well but nonetheless admired him greatly for his wisdom and wise ruling. Silently he whispered to Adeilya beside him and left to take a walk outside to clear his mind.

korhall turning somber starts singing a slow soft song of parting:

to everyone: beorn is not one to be pityed. he is in a much better place. if anything we should envy him. he lived a great life and died with his honor. none could ask for more. but if his passing has reminded you all of the mortality of our existances and encouraged you to lead a more full and exciting life, then his death carries with it an inhearant nobility. you say poor beorn, i say poor us.

now let us give our great friend beorn a good send off, where i come from it is coustemary that we celebrate the life of the fallen. and while we are at it we should celebrate the most important day in the lives of two beautiful young people. two who have been joined into one, through the most sacred union of holy mattrimony. so let us go and party to honor our friends, those here and those passed. so on that note...
*yells* hey valar, you got a reception to open and presents to open, mine's a scorcher(mutters: if you catch my drift). elbereth we need some flowers flying from you soon so lets get this party started. and remember getting drunk and having a great time here is not only fun, it's our duty to our friends.

Ciryaher yells from outside, "It's high time we Men gave thanks to Eru for our greatest Gift! I say on with the festivities, and let us remember the Lord Beorn as we loved him most, each in our own way."

Kem heeded Cirs words and looked at the happy couple and hope was brought back to her. These two were choosen well as heirs for they were wise and kind and would maintian the countrys present peace and prosperity. Though she would miss Beorn alot she knew he had undoubtably gone to a better place, so she dried her eyes.

[Tar-Ancalime]

"ok kor, jus wondering. and ciryaher bless the gift of men!"

[Arathin]

A tear tricles down Arathin's cheek. She gets up and, wishing Elbereth and Lorien many happy years, she mounts her stallion and rides off.

*Eomer sat down with some few tears down his eyes. He got up
"Yes I agree with Cir, this was meant to the celebrations of the newly wed couples. Though may we never forget Beorn the Great"

*Elbereth mourns the death of Beorn silently to herself as the the others talk around her. *

Indeed it was a great shock to be had. At the very momment of her greatest joy, she received such sorrowful news. And it still hadn't settled in her mind that she will soon be Queen of Gondor, a land she had admired and loved from afar since its creation two ages ago.

However, as her momment of silence ends, she is aware of the impatient guest about her.

"Everyone, if you will be so kind as to make your way into the banquet room in the North end of the Golden Halls...we can get the reception underway!"

[Tar-Ancalime]

"Party!!" Tar says with joy.Tar loves to party.

[Elbereth]

The guest then make their way to the grand reception room, where there is fine foods, great music and surprise entertainment that awaits them all.

[Tar-Ancalime]

"WOW!" Tar exclmaims while walking into the reception.

[Elbereth]

As the guest enter the ball rooms they are confronted with two breath-taking crystal chandeliers...beautifully decorated silk covered tables are scatters about the room and there are two large buffet tables lining the walls to the left with various varieties of foods.

Across the room the stage is set, and off to the side Hempdread is set up, spinning music, and dancing to the beat. There is a wide dancefloor set up...the lights from the chandeliers dances on it's shining surface.

Two young hobbits are the first to attack the buffet tables...filling their plates with mounds of food.

[Tarien]

ooc: Dad hasn't let me on in a while sooooooo:

ic: Tarien sits amazed by the mingling of the lights, something she had not seen, save out of memory, for Ages.

Tarien shakes her head at Beorn's death.
'Just another soul I'll only meet after time. Why must the Gift of Men always be so swift?' She whispers bitterly. Then she hears Ciryaher's statement, and looks up.

ooc: back to the present-
ic: Tarien is swept along twards the reception, noticing with humor that the hobbits are running for the buffet. She walks past the others, trying to find Elbereth and Valar. When she does, she presents them with their gifts.
'Elbereth, you are beyond gems. But here is something I take joy in, and I hope you can as well.' She presents Elbereth with a hand-carved rosewood oboe with gold keys.
'Valar, I....here, I can't think of anything to say, really.' She hands Valar a small crystal pennant, glowing with clear star-like light, in the shape of Elbereth, hanging from a mithril chain.

She wanders off in search of her father, Eru, who she hasn't seen in a while. She finds him, bows slightly.
'It's not often you grace us here with your prescence, father.' She says, while the clear gem bound to her brow by the tiara begins to glow brightly.
'Yes, but how could I not come for this?' He replies.
'I don't know.' Tarien smiles. 'Fair journeys.' She returns to the reception, briefly wondering if they have any bamboo at the buffet.

[Ciryaher]

Ciryaher hesitantly walks towards the newlyweds, fumbling around in his pockets. "We got you, er, something...let me, um, see if I can, uh, find it..."

He continued rummaging, and then drew out his hand with a smile. "Here is what Lady Kementari and I give you, though it won't last very long," he said, and opened his hand.

Valar and Elbereth looked at Ciryaher's bare palm, and then at his face (which was still smiling). Valar spoke up, "Yes...what exactly is it?"

Ciryaher chuckled, "Step outside."

When they did, they saw something they hadn't really taken notice to before. The sun was bright and warm, the air pleasantly fragrant. Out above the horizons were clouds...but they seemed to be flattened, as if something was holding them back. The trees seemed a lively green, and flowers had burst into vivid color everywhere. The Emperor said quietly, "You picked a bad day as far as weather is concerned, so we thought you would enjoy a nice bit of sunshine and the vegetation blossoming with life."

[Tar-Ancalime]

"elbe, i almost forgot, this is the gift from both dengen and I. He says he is sorry for not making it." Tar hands elbe and valar a large silken bag."hmm." Elbereth says while opening the gift. Elbe sees a mosaic with semiprecious stones and valubale metals and jewels that is designed like the rivendellian palace in LOTR. "Tar, it's lovely!"Elbe exclaims.

[korhall]

korhall and pheonix walk up behind the newly weds and waits untill they aren't kissing each other to vigorusly and korhall clears his throught "ahem! hey you two er thought that this would be an appropriate time to give you your gifts. *pulls out two boxes* valar here is yours"
pheonix: "elberethe here is yours"

the new couple opens the boxes and each pulls out a picture of the other, in a frame of rune carved silver.
korhall: "valar, i made yours and pheonix made elbereth's. these aren't just ordinary pictures, they can be used to talk to your spouse. if you read the runes, they say 'to the one i love, let me know and talk.' this will let you talk to each other no matter where you are. they will also tell you when they are in trouble. i thought that since you are on the road alot that your hearts should be closer than your bodies."

pheonix: " we know that being apart can be lonely and painful so we thought that you could use a way to talk to each other when you aren't together."

Elgee gives them strings upon strings of pearls... Then cooks them an oyster dinner from the oysters who sacrificed to give the pearls.

Goldberry hands Elbereth a box. "its for you and valar!" inside is a mithril egg beater. "its as light as a feather and as hard as dragon scales!" ;)

[Tar-Ancalime]

[Talierin]

Talierin gives them a small box. Inside is a single acorn. "Plant this, and water it well, and within a year it will grow to full size. It is a special kind of Oak I have grown, its appearance is a surprise." she says.

[Elbereth]

*smiling brightly Elbereth hold back tears of happiness*

"Thank you Tarien, Cir, Tar & Dengen, korhall & pheonix, Elgee, Goldberry and Talierin. You all are so wonderful! And thank you so much for your wonderful gifts. They're all so lovely and kind. I even love the mithril egg beater! *smiles slyly at Goldberry* But seriously, I don't think Valar and I could ask for better friends. Thank you!"

[Eomer Dinmention]

*Eomer got up and went to Valar and Elbereth

"I wasn't sure what to give you, but i then thought of something for your 3 family member" *Eomer winks

*Eomer, Valar and Elbereth step outside. Out side there is a young pony around 3 months old. The pony is white and golden.

"Here is a pony called, Earindol. She is about 2 - 4 months old. So when your other member is old enough he/she will be able to ride young Earindol"

"What 3rd member are we talking about Eomer?" Elbereth asks

*Eomer starts walking back in, then turns around

"Little child of gondor, of course hehehe"

valar, elbereth, i think i speak for everyone when i say that we hope your marriage is as happy and wonderful as you want it to be. we know that there will be rough times ahead as there are for all of us, but remember that you have friends to fall back on whenever the road gets tough.

but now if i'm not mistaken it is time for you two to get out there on the dance floor and dance. pushes them onto the dancefloor and starts doing a terrific rendition of louis armstrong's what a wonderful world. then he hands the mike over to the music master and dances with pheonix.

OOC: Chippy & I have been planning this for a while. We wanted it to occur when they got married, so I announced it just wafter the binding moment....

IC: A wierd calm is spread over the whole of the world, as the mourning of the passing of Beorn finished. Everyone's hearts were lighter, for Beorn was finally where he wanted to be.

She opened the box to find a beautiful necklace of silver and diamonds. Turning to Valar, she gave him a box full of chocolate and candy. (Sorry Valar! I didnt know what else to get you!)

Goldie decids she is tired. she lies down in the middle of the dance floor for a nice ardvark catnap. she then decids that the floor is really uncomfortable, she gets up, dusts herself off and gets a rootbeer.

"Thank you EverEve...that is very sweet of you."

and then whispers in Eve's ear..."Thanks for getting Valar the chocolate...this will be a gift that we both will be able to enjoy " ;)

Elbereth then takes Valar by the hand and they sneak off the dance floor and manage to break away from the crowd briefly.

"Finally, we have a brief momment to ourselves." *gets concerned look on her face* "Valar, my love...you have been so quiet. I know that Beorn's death was a shock to us all...I just need to know you are ok. And please know, my love, that whenever you are ready, I will go with you to Gondor, so that we may pay our respects to the late king. I am sure the party will continue on well, even after we are gone. "

*Valar smiles, but remains silent for the momment...he instead takes her hands in his and kisses them gently*

[Lorien]

A messenger enters the hall nervously and bowing to the newly-weds hands them a package saying, "From Lorien and Adeilya. Master Lorien regrets he had to leave your wedding abruptly." As the package is opened two beautiful identical necklaces are revealed with circular black gems in the middle surrounded by a ring of smaller emeralds and rubies. A note is pasted on top saying, For the newly-wedded couple. These necklaces indicate signs of vitality of your partner. Milkiness of the black stone means your partner's life be in mortal danger. May you both live long and happy lives with eachother. The messenger bows once again and leaves.

[Aredhel]

As she enters the room, she gazes up then around when she spots guests giving the couple gifts.

"Shoot, I knew I was forgetting something,"she says quietly. She slips into a corner, and takes a something off from around her neck, and takes something out of her pocket. She walks up to Elbereth and Valar.

"Here," she says, holding out her hands. In one was a heart shaped amulet with ancient runes on it, in the other hand was a diamond shaped mithril stone with a barely noticeable thread attached to it.

Smiles at the lovey-dovey newly-weds. Turns to find Elgee and says "Its funny, Im the maid of honor and somehow managed to show up without a date.":p

The Curtain opens with a burst of fireworks...and all eyes turn to behold Eru, in all his splendor. With a brilliant white guitar in hand, Eru breaks into a the most amazing, holy rockin',rendition of "Stairway to Heaven".

Everyone in the room is at awe by his outstanding skills.

(Not since the late Jimmy Hendrix, had someone been as unearthly cool)

*Ciryaher still can't get over the fact that Eru is playing at a wedding reception...and then he wonders if Jesus, Buddha, Mohammad, and David will be doing a group karaoke...*

*Elbereth walks over to Cir who staring in wonder at Eru*

"My dad is pretty good, isn't he? I'm so glad he could come to my wedding. It is rare that he comes to Middle Earth at all...and to take shape in earthly form was just such a gift. But he promised me he would give me away at my wedding, so I'm not very surprised he came. But I had no idea he would perform! What a treat!"

*Elbereth smiles ear to ear as she listens to her father perform*

when eru has finished, korhall walks up and wispers in his ear. eru nods and korhall whipping out his axe starts to play valley of the damned, by dragon force, with eru. eru, who seems to be loving every second of it, starts to get crazy. when korhall and eru start doing the vocals, the crowd goes nuts. once the song is finished korhall and eru start taking requests from the guests at the wedding.

[Tar-Ancalime]

"I do have quite afew palaces but I must admit i've never seen Eru preform,"tar said confindently while downing a cosmopolatin.

[Aredhel]

"I have never seen Eru at all, let alone him performing," she says, from where she was standing by Tar, still in awe.

*when Legoman hears the awesome guitar work he manages to run all the may from the church where he had somehow been left and makes it in time for the next performance which he spends grovelling (partly in awe, partly out of breath) in front of the genius*

[Lorien]

Lorien hearing the music turns into his wraith form and gets over to the hall ultra-fast. Then he whips out his Gibson Les Paul and after whispering in Eru's ear, they both break into 'Dazed and Confused'.

*AS other people start to dance. *Eomer gets up and walks to Adrehel

"Why, of course," she smiles and takes his hand. She didn't hear what Tar had said.

Tarien smiles. Hearing Dad was a treat, to be sure.
Perhaps Mandos should have come, as I've heard he is quite good on the guitar himself. Must have taken lessons. She thinks, then sighs, reflecting that she dosen't know if the rumor is true or not, because she hasn't been to Valinor in, well, Ages. She makes a mental note to drop in.

[Elbereth]

*Overhears Tarien*

"Hey Tarien! I'm glad you can make it. Wasn't dad good...I think he may perform a little later after he has eaten a bit"

*looks over at Eru who is now filling his plate with many of Middle Earth's most delicious dishes that are offered at the buffet tables. Eru had never eaten Middle Earth food before...and his eyes became large with the thought of it. His mound of food soon rivaled that of the hungry hobbits who attacked the buffet tables earlier. Elbereth supresses a giggle.*

"It is a shame that Mandos couldn't make it. He was just so busy...but he sent a very nice toaster oven. Oh and he also sent us a card with his picture in it." *takes out pic and shows it to Tarien*

Tarien starts giggling..."Can Mandos ever take a picture that doesn't have red eye!"

"Ah, the dreaded curse of Mandos!!!" Elbereth says laughing. "No one in Mandos can take a picture there with out red-eye."

[Eomer Dinmention]

*Eomer ignores Tar

*Eomer takes Adrehel and they start to dance.
AS they dance all of the other dancers move away.

"Comon lets see the bride and groom dance. Comon Valar show us ur moves"

*Gapes as Eru's mound of food gets higher and higher* Turning to Goldie she says "No offence taken, but I didn't know a single creature could eat that much....I didn't even think the great Eru could handle that much......"

Tarien giggles, adding several bamboo shoots to her father's plate. Eru munches one happily, causing Tarien to fall over laughing.

*Elbereth puts her arm around her father affectionately*

"Dad, you better not eat so much...we haven't even gotten to the cake yet."

Eru winks at Elbereth knowingly. "Fear not daughter, there will be room to spare for your cake."

*Eru then takes a seat and begins chowing down on the mound of food.*

Shaking her head, Elbereth kisses her father on the cheek before going out on the dance floor to join Valar, who was busy head banging to Led Zepplin with Eomer, Legoman, and Cir -(who had returned from Gondor, where he paid his last respects to Beorn).

Tarien laughs at Eve.
'You forget, I am Jun-Yi the All-Directional Panda. Of course I eat bamboo! Tarien is my avatar, one I maintain in Middle Earth. But with such a heavenly host, I can for once let that guise drop a bit! And I can't fool my father, regardless, nor my sister.' (I guess I we are sisters, Elbereth. If not, will edit later!)

korhall takes the stage and after his past performances the band talks him into playing guitar in all of the songs for the rest of the evening.

getting a look from pheonix, he says into the PA, between songs. hi everyone, for those of you who don't know me, i'm korhall the rock wizard. after a chat with the band, i agreed to do a few things. but first i'd like to take things down a little bit for the first dance that our new couple has. this is one of my personal favorites *starts playing a terific rendition of "you were there", a little known song but one that is fitting.

Tarien looks around for someone to dance with. An aardvark, perhaps?

*Korhall breaks into Guns & Roses' "November Rain"*

Elbereth then crosses the dancefloor and holds out her hand to Valar. He takes her hand and then leads her out to the center of the dancefloor...where they dance under the soft twirling lights of the mithril disco ball.

As the song continues on...more couples begin to fill the dancefloor. But regardless of the crowds, Valar and Elbereth seem to be oblivious to it all as they are lost in each others eyes.

Then as Korhall reaches the guiar solo...it appears that Valar and Elbereth begin to float in the air as they dance. And it is only toward the end of the song that they touch the ground and become aware of the amazed faces around them.

and tar, i got you an aardvark, you should be happy. <korhall keeps playing but also whips out a dagger and blocks all of goldie's atacks, when she stops korhall puts the dagger up and continues playing.

korhall gets a sudden urge to play some rock and plays "don't fear the reaper" he is now happy and keeps playing requests

"Oh, it is really beautiful at this time of year,"she syas with a smile, remembering her home,"Those peach trees that Tar loves so much carry fruit all year round. You should really come and visit some time."

"Hello everyone! I want to take this time to thank you all for participating in Valar and my wedding. It has been such an honor to have all of our friends her to celebrate with us this special day.

Now I had a long speech prepared for this very momment...but I am going to spare you all and get to the part of the reception that you have all been waiting for...the tossing of garter belt and the bouquet. So if all you single women will take your places...we will get the festivities underway!"

*all the single girls rush to the front of the stage in a frenzy*

*Eomer walks to the punch area, picks up the punch and then walks over to Valar and tips it all over Valar
*Eomer laughs out loud and quickly runs back to Adrehel acting as nothing happened"

She laughs,"I can tell you were so tempted to do that!"

I'd only been on the sight about a week when my birthday happened and a bunch of people I didn't know (I didn't know anyone besides Grond, Elessar, Ciryher, and Harad and barely them back then... and them only by what they'd posted... they didn't know me.) started a birthday thread for me. That was really really nice.

Unfortunately, size presents a serious problem when trying to dance with an aardvark, which both Vala and aardvark almost immediately recognize.
