Vader would kill a Nazgul.

Gandalf vs. Yoda...? That's a hard one... I'd say Yoda would beat Gandalf the Grey, but not Gandalf the White.

Luke would probably beat Aragorn, but that's only because he has the force.

Arwen, even from the book, could no doubt beat Liea.

Eomer vs Han?!?!?! I don't even know what to say about that...

The problem is you have to take the force into account. I'd say Aragorn would beat Luke hand to hand without the force involved, but once you add it things get messy.

Vader could kill a Nazgul IF the nazgul wasn't mounted (on a horse or bird). But even then it would still be a heck of a fight
I dont want to think about Yoda vs. Gandalf. I can't decide
I think Aragorn could take Luke. The force could prove to be a problem BUT Luke wasn't that adept at it.
I think Arwen would take Leia but Leia would be able to run and hold her own for a little bit.

And Frodo would easily beat R2. unless it was some sort of cuteness contest or something.

Vader>Nazgul...Vader has the force, all the Nazgul have is fear, which vader could overcome.
Yoda-Gandalf...Stalemate, it'd go on forever.
Luke>Aragorn...The Problem is, even if Aragorn came close to him, Luke would just melt his sword with a lightsaber and then finish him off.
Leia>Arwen...Leia has a gun, Arwen doesn't.

lotr people are way better...and at least the actors who play the parts in the movie can speak their lines with a bit of emotion. i'm sorry, i liked star wars, but they say their lines as if they were reading to a computer! its all dead.

Sauron vs. Palpatine = Sauron, but just because I don't like Palpatine. But still, Yoda did say not to underestimate the powers of the Emperor. oh well.
Vader vs. Nazgul = Vader, if a Merry and Eowyn can kill the best of the them.
Yoda vs. Gandalf = Yoda, no doubt about it.
Luke vs. Aragorn = Luke, even though I hate him, he did beat Vader.
Leia vs. Arwen = Leia, no doubt about it.
Eomer vs. Han = Han, because he's cooler.
R2 vs. Frodo = R2, no doubt about it (if he could get past his programming for not killing anybody).
Obi-Wan vs. Legolas? Oh, please. Obi-Wan!

I doubt that. Although I've lost something of my fanaticism following Episode I :). I waited 4 hours in line for the advanced tickets for Episode I, and then 8 hours outside the theatre to see the film. You see, you might think that's just stupid, but at the time people actually thought Episode I was going to be the equivalent of the original Star Wars movies, and so there were like hundreds of people partying around, all dressed up. It was a lot of fun, with like every other person having a camera, hoping to capture a historic moment on camera. Thier happy expressions changed slightly after the movie was over... :) I watched it another 3 times in the theatre just to make sure I wasn't bull****ting myself with hype. But nope, it just wasn't a good movie :(.

I agree. I was definitely dissappointed with Ep. I. Have you seen AOTC yet? Also, I was saying that I'm the biggest SW fan here because I know the most trivia. Not because I'm one of those crazy people who camp in front of theaters. Whoops!

My trivia skills have waned, I'm afraid... Do you go into the Expanded Universe much? I used to keep up, but stopped a couple years ago ;).

I saw AotC, way better then Episode I, but it's still got nothing on the original trilogy. If Episode III improves on Episode II as much as Episode II improved on Episode I, maybe we'll get one movie truly worthy of being calle Star Wars.

LOTR would definately win over Star Wars any day! The original Star Wars trilogy was good, but they just ruined it 4 me w/ The Phantom Menace. I did like AOTC though... But Lotr is still better. The only one of the SW people I think would win is Leia. She was kicked butt in the original trilogy & besides, Arwen never did anything in the books besides marry Aragorn.
