The White Council doesn't accept members anymore, as all positions are filled.

That is kinda annoying since that means there will only be five members of the White Council. Can't you have different orders and these people be the heads of their order?

Just saying, it kinda not fair to the rest of us. I wasn't here before, but since you say it got out of hand, you could restrict the number of people per order. Just a suggestion.
