Can electromancers raise dead or is that only a necromancer thing?

well interesting question...the true debate hear is not can they raise the dead but can they raise the dead with the same effiecency. Seeing how Frankenstien worked out...Electromancers probally can but really bad compared to the necromancerrs

Yes it is true. I want to offer my aid to my felow mancers. I am highly skilled in weather control and sheilding. I am experimenting on creating a staff that will summon lightninganywhere within a thousand yards. Anyways, I will be pleased to work for the Dark Legion. :D
