"YAAAAAY!!! GO CIR!!!" Kit yells drunkenly. He downs the rest of his bottle of beer, sneaks backstage, and appears on stage with Queen, just as Cir is about to leave.

Kit waves a piece of paper at Cir.
"I've got Freddie's autograph!" he shouts gleefully. Then he starts singing We Will Rock You, with half the words wrong.

"NO!!! NO!!! I DON'T CARE HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO GET HIM! YOU NEED TO GET MANDOS AND OZZY UP ON THIS STAGE TODAY!! IS THAT CLEAR!! AND ERU HELP ME, IF YOU CAN NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH THIS, I WILL PERSONALLY MAKE SURE THAT YOU, AND YOUR MEASLY SIDEKICK WORMTONGUE, NEVER WORK THIS SIDE OF MIDDLE EARTH AGAIN!!!"

'Wow, this place rocks'

*followed by his roadies*

'You know, I think we should try to find Elbereth, shes the one who said there was the smallest chance on earth I could become a rock Idol here, and well, that was chance enough for me to give it a go, I reckon she'll be over by that main stage... yeah the big one, lets move out guys.'

*Legoman walks towards the stage... slowly and with a bit of a limp (I dunno why)'

Elbereth hangs up her cell phone abruptly...and then notices Legoman and his entourage approaching the main stage.

"Legoman!!! I'm so glad you could make it!"

Greets him with the customary *kiss**kiss*

"Let's get you backstage so we can start setting you up" *flips open her cell phone* "Didi, Legoman is here...can you prepare his dressing room and make sure his crew is set up in 15 minutes...Thanks man!" *hangs up phone*

"I am so excited to see you perform...I've heard nothing but good things about you!!! Lego...you are going to be Big! I'm telling you...you got star written all over you!!!" *Legoman blushes at Elbereth's boastful compliments *

"Well, Cir is just about to wrap up. And Valar and the Dunedain have one more set. Oh...and then SB (aka Lorien) is scheduled to do a special performance right afterward... So you have sometime until you're scheduled to perform...Why don't I show you to your dressing room where you can prepare for the show."

*Elbereth guides Lego through the crowded backstage area toward his ultra posh dressing room.*

Meanwhile:
Valar and the Dunedain, and Ciryaher join forces to do a stellar rendition of "Back in Black"

Lorien comes running with two guitar cases in his hand. He reaches Elbereth and grins at her. Just then Valar and the Dunedain, and Ciryaher finish their song and Lorien walks on the stage. He pops the locks on the guitar case and borrowing a stool seats himself with his custom Gibson twelve-string guitar. Taking hold of a microphone he says, "This one's called 'Stairway to Heaven'."
Then he slowly starts playing and sings.

Meanwhile, dusk has ascended on the crowd, and the first of Elbereth stars fill the night sky...but the crowd continues to cheer loudly and bob to the Lorien's mellow tune. Several in the crowd have lit candles and are now waving it in the air to the beat the music.

On the outskirts of the crowd, people have gathered around the vendor booths to buy food, fan t-shirts, and get thier portrait done, or hair braided.

In one booth, Farmer Maggot the III is selling fried mushrooms, corn on the cobb, and mugs of fresh brew to hungry Hobbits who have formed in long lines outside of it.

In another booth, a portly dwarf can be seen creating custom made jewelry for an eager concert goer. And across from that booth, lines of teenage girls, both elf and human...are excitedly hopping up and down to get fan books, t-shirts and pins of Gary Gamgee,Ciryaher, Valar and the Dunedain, Lorien, and Legoman.

Darkness is decending on the hot summer's day. A cool breeze shifts it's way through the energized crowd, lifting them to a new state of euphoria. The party spirit has firmly taken hold and these guys are ready to let go.

Gary and the Hobbit band re-take the stage and attempt to capture that spirit. Into the mike he calls..

'You guys look like you really wanna dance, is that right'

A cheer rumbles it way to the stage. He goes on ..

'Okay then let's get the funk out'

At that the hobbits start playing. An irrepressibly cheerful guitar rift saunters into the air and lifts the atmosphere, gently but insistently. A banging fat bass line is being married to some seriously funky eltro drum synths. Gary sings...

Elessar, finnaly making his way back to the Prancing Pony forum, and sees the end of the hobbits' preformance, the curtain drops. There is a breif pause, as the crowd rests, and Elessar runs around the stage area. He puts He puts maroon and deep, dark blue glass (from disgarded bottles of ale and such) over the lights that light the stage (it's night, remember) He takes down the marshall equipment, and puts up his own Crate stacks. He and his newly arrived band set up the rest of the equipmet. They climb on the shrouded stage. The bassist picks up his Warlock, and begins to rub his fingers together in anticipation. The drummer checks his hair in his cymbal, an elaborate Z disturbing his view. Finally giving up, he sits back behind the huge frame of his 9-piece Yamaha set, and setretches his shoulders. Elessar himself finally climbs up, and picks up his red Epi. Les Paul. He sets it down to drop-d, and begins to search frantically for his lucky orange-tortex pick. He remembers, and reaches up to where he was holding it between his teeth. He whipes it off on his pants and nodds to a man standing beside the stage. The man gives an evil little grin, and runs off. A minute passes, and then all of the house lights go out, and all that they can see is the moon above the stage. The curtains go up without the audiance knowing. Suddenly the lights come on, and the eerie colours light pu the figures on the stage, each one dressed in black attire. They stand unmoving, until a guitar riff openes up the first song, Walk, by Pantera. As that song Ends, the sound off bells opens up "For Whom the Bell Tolls", by Metallica. They then play "peace sells...but who's buying" by Megadeth. They close out the night with Elessar's own twisted song, Chemical Addiction.

"Lets see Mr Roboto or the Beetles do that... *Throws his fist into the air, his first and little fingers sticking up. He hangs there a moment, and walks off stage with the rest of the band.

*30 minutes earlier*

Elbereth had stepped out briefly to purchase some food at Farmer Maggott III's stand and had just sat down to eat when the lights of the stadium went out.

"That wasn't suppose to happen" *she digs in her bag for her cell phone.*

Then all of the sudden there is a burst of light and Elessar and his band are on stage and begin rocking.

"Huh...I didn't book them for this time slot." *dials speeddial S*

"Sauruman! What is going on here. I thought Mandos and Ozzy was scheduled to play now...what is Elessar doing on stage."

Sauruman: (nervously) "Ummm....Ummm...Ozzy couldn't make it out. Tripped and fell on a rock while chasing his cat in his backyard...And Mandos refused to play without him. I had to find a replacement! Elessar was the only one to have a complete set that could fill that time slot..."

Elbereth: *sigh* (then watches Elessar perform his first number): "I should have your head for this...but you're lucky Sauruman...Elessar is pretty good. You just better have enought Elessar T-shirts shipped over here tonight...or Eru help me!"

Sauruman: "but...but..."

Elbereth: "No buts Sauruman...just do it! You know that there will be a big demand for those t-shirts after his performance...the crowd loves him. You're a Maiar for Eru Sakes...and a Mair from Aule's school...You should be able to handle this! *Sigh!*...Just get it done!" *hangs up phone*

"Sometimes that Sauruman gets me sooo mad! Errr!!!"

Elbereth then stuffs a fried mushroom in her mouth and continues to watch Elessar's electrifying performance.

Lorien's band retakes the stage and the guitarists start playing Metallica's 'Battery'. Then as the acoustic guitar parts are ending Lorien jumps from the top of the stack of Marshall amps and taking his Gothic Gibson Explorer starts playing. Then they finish the song and Lorien pulls out a Fender '62 and bursts into Pearl Jam's 'Alive'. For the last song Lorien left his guitar and taking hold of the mic starts singing Smashing Pumpkins '1979'.

Valar, dude. That was awesome! Battery and Alive are two of my all time favorites! Alive is like my 2nd favorite song of all time. Once I can nail the rest of the solo I will be playing it all the time (I have like 2/3 of it). I would had put it up in my set, but it didn't really fit the mood, ya know?

Thanks Elessar:D ! It took me a week to nail the 'Alive' solo and I don't even want to think how long its going to take me to learn Hammet's part in Battery (I got Hetfield's down, but I recently got a wrist sprain so I really can't move too fast on the fretboard). On a much much more cooler note for me I got two guitars of the new Gibson Gothic line (The Explorer and the V). So all you guys who know what they look like and what output you can get from them you can start being jealous. Very jealous.;)

Menal, a young, twelve year old girl with wavy light brown hair, big blue eyes and freckles ...sneaks back stage, gripping a newly bought Lorien concert booklet and t-shirt. Sneaking past security she stealthily makes her way toward Lorien's dressing room.

Lorien is strumming his new guitar proudly, showing Elessar all it's special features...when out of nowhere, Menal appears. With a piercing screech, Menal jumps Lorien crushing both him and his new guitar! She smothers him with frantic kisses...and rips at his clothing until she gets a piece of it...and then runs out to the dressing rejoicing in her newly taken prize!

Lorien gets back up from the ground gasping for breath and looking at his torn shirt. He whistles in amazement and says, "Jesus, what just happened to me? Hormones hit these kids too early these days!" Glares at Elessar who's laughing his brains out and rummages in a closet for a new t-shirt.

Outside Menel rejoins her two girlfriends...Nessa and Veanne, who are near the front of the stage cheering Cir and Kem as they wrap up their set.

"I DID IT! I DID IT!!! I TOUCHED LORIEN! *hold out t-shirt* HE TOUCHED THIS T-SHIRT!!!! *throws it on* I'M NEVER TAKING IT OFF!!! "

"Omigod Menel! Are you serious?!? That's great!", Nessa says hugging her friend.

*Veanne looks suspiciously at Menel*

Veanne: "I don't believe you! Do you have proof? Besides how did you get through the security."

Menel: "Veanne, you know I have my ways...And I did meet him and I don't care what you think! And just to prove it...here is a piece of his shirt." *pulls out the piece of Lorien's shirt, which both girls recognize as his...then Menel sticks her tognue out at Veanne*

Nessa: "So was he as sexy up close as he is far away?"

Menel: "OH, Nessa, he is even sexier up close!!! It's no wonder he is the SB!!!"

Veanne: "Oh please! Lorien isn't all that! Elessar is so much better!"

*Menal glares at Veanne*

Menel: "YOU TAKE THAT BACK VEANNNE!!!"

Veanne: "I will not!! Elessar is so much more sexier...In fact I'm going to find Elessar, & take his picture to prove it!!!."

Elessar is still chuckling to himself as he walks out of Lorien's dressing room and down the long corridor toward his tour bus. As he turns a corner he is instantly blinded by dozens of camera flashes.

Before he can recover from being blinded, he hears a loud screech, and is tackled to the ground, covered with quick kisses...and then his jacket is torn off him. And with another loud screech the apparition disapears before Elessar sight returns.

Lorien who was passing by to get himself something to eat notices the rather bruised Elessar and bursts into peals of laughter. "Looks like I'm not the only one who captured the teeny audience eh Elessar?" Still laughing Lorien walks back his hunger forgotten and grabbing his guitar walks back on stage wearing a sleeveless white t-shirt and black vinyl pants. Waving warmly at the crowd Lorien launches into Led Zeppelin's 'Bring it on Home'. Then Lorien launches into Soundgarden's 'Searching with my good eye closed'. Finally winding up Lorien takes up a Fender Strat and stepping closer to the mike breathes, "This one's called 'Bullet with Butterfly Wings'."

Speed-dialing his hotel room, he gets ahold of his two generals.

"Yes, Jahrdur, is that you? Good. I need you to...no, I jiggled the handle after I used it....it wasn't me; hold on."

"Kem, did you happen to not jiggle the--" Kem gives him one of the Looks.

"No, ask Ervurkea. But wait, I need you two down here pronto. There are strange adolescents running about tearing clothes off, and there's no telling who they'll get next. Ok? Good. Namarie," he says, and snaps his phone shut.

Five minutes later, a gigantic black man wearing a black zoot-suit and a fuzzy hat arrives accompanied by a tall, blone-haired man with a goatee and numerous piercings. They come to Cir and Kem and nod, then look authoritively as they scan the crowds for perpetraitors.

Valar and the dunedain come on for the next part of there set, he kisses Elbereth lightly on the way out, and she wispers 'good luck'.

He steps out to a wave of applause and a pretty much exausted crowed after 'the SB'.

He flips open the catched on one of his flight cases and takes out a taylor goldfish. Its starting to become colder as the 1st night is drawing to the end, and Valar can see his breath rise infront on him, and he sits down and pulls the mike closer.

"Ok everyone, i hope you have all enjoyed the first day *Screams of applause and waving banners* Well me and the guys just got a little set, then you can all go off the dance stage if you want to pull an all nighter, but don't worry everyone will be back tomorrow with some new acts too."

*Eying the screaming girls in they're 'Lorien and Elessar t-shirts' Valar decides to chill everyone out*

Valar and the Dunedain's performance of "Nothingman" ends with a huge display of fireworks...and the crowd applauds wildly.

As Valar and the Dunedains run off stage...Hempdread begins spinning some mellow tunes...and the crowd clears...heading towards the camps, food stands, and game tents.

In one game tent some young orcs have gathered in a dagger throwing contest...which turns rowdy, as one dagger misses it's mark...and skims the ear of large Uruk Hai. It took five large security guards to break up the scuffle...and five more to calm down the angry crowd.

In another game tent a group of dwarves and Hobbits have gathered for a game of riddles. Bets are made on who will outdo the other...Hobbit or Dwarf...and so far the stakes are high for both sides.

In the far plains toward the southern end of the concert field are where the camps have formed. And each community can be identified by the color and shape of their tents. Most men, have set up Green Canvas tents that are triangular in shape, but are very large. Hobbits have shorter, rounder tents...that have circular doors...and large chests of cooking supplies sit readily beside each tent. The trolls have set up their camp near the hobbits. Their tents are multi colored, square in shape, with wide flaps for doors. The elves set up their tents away from the general camp...in the trees by the edge of Fanghorn forrest.
The only group not represented by a tent are the orcs and the Uruk Hai...who have neglected to set up camp...and are busy drinking and playing orcish games to bother with resting for the next day.

OOC: Tears in Heaven is one of my all time favorite songs!!! Thank you so much for playing that Valar!!! :p

*15 minutes earlier*

It is 11:30am in Southern Fanghorn, the sky is once again clear blue and sunny...only a few clouds dot the sky. The large crowd has gathered on Fangorn Field and has now surrounded the front of the stage, excited to hear the opening act, Legoman, perform. Recently he had recieve rave reviews in Rolling Rock magazine, as the hottest new artist to hit Middle Earth since Valar and the Dunedain! Therefore the anticipation of the crowd was outrageous!

In the front row the three girls from Bree, Menel, Nessa, and Veanne, excitedly await his appearance, but none more than Nessa...who had secretly purchase a legoman pin when her friends weren't looking.

At the first note...the crowd burst into cheers.

Then as Legoman breaks into his first guitar solo...Nessa yells out loudly "LEGOMAN!!! I LOVE YOU!!!"

Her friends look at her like she is nuts...but she ignores them and continues to jump up and down...cheering loudly as he plays on. But by the time he finishes his last solo...the two other girls join the cheering as the crowd goes wild!

Lorien applauds for Legoman and follows his band onto the stage. Waving to the crowd he says, "Hope you all had a good time last night."
Then Lorien's band strikes up The Strokes, 'Last Night' and they quickly followed it up by Led Zeppelin's 'Dazed and Confused'. Lorien steps up to the mike and says, "This song which I'm going to play now is one of my big-time fav's. Its called 'Tonight, Tonight'.
As Lorien is saying this a 30-piece string section is setting up on stage and they are followed by 6 men who set up their guitars behind Lorien and his rhythm guitarist, who have pulled out 12-string Gibsons. Lorien nodding to the string section begins strumming his guitar and is quickly followed by the string-section. The 6 men meanwhile together crank out the rhythm of the song. And Lorien stepping up to the mike begins to sing.

Elessar's band took the stage again, dressed in flannel shirts, Dr. Martin's, and old, torn jeans. Elessar came last, and was dressed different than the rest. He was wearing a pair of better-looking black jeans. He was sporting a leather jacket, and a pair of sleek black sunglasses. His hair was cut short, shorter than the rest of the bands, and was died a strange pale-pinkish color. He walked up to the mic. "Well, I hope you all aren't tired of the good ol' grunge yet, we have quite a set for you....(he paused for a second, and looked down to the ground)... this is for Layne." The band readied, and began to play Down in a Hole, orriginally by Alice in Chains- the echoes of 'bury me softly in this womb- oh I wanna be inside of you' whispered through the night, bringing a dark mood to set upon the crowd. The next song was Smells like Teen Spirit, and the last agonising 'Deennniiiaall' froze the hearts of the weak among the audience. Then the Rooster was born, and no- he would never die. Elessar left the stage for a second, and returned with an old man who looked like he had been picked up off of the streets of one of the bad districts of Annuminas. The man carried a set of spoons. He was the Spoonman, and his spoon solo brought a roar of approval from the audience. The next two songs were an acoustic version of 'No Excuses'(can you really play it any other way?) and a powerful 'Blackhole Sun'. Elessar approached the mic, whiping sweat and tears from his eyes. "The next two songs are my favorites- like them or don't, it doesn't really matter.

A huge bass-line hit, and the people in the front rows were thrown back by the ferocity of the attack.

And then, all of the lights were put out, even the ones on stage. And one light was lit, one that wasn't before. It was right behind Elessar, and was a dark blue, almost purple hue. It made it so that you could see his shape, but nothing more. He was a shadow in the sea of blue, and the crowd was part of that sea. The bass guitar came on, and the electric and drums not to far after. The words came, not as lyrics or poetry, but as though they themselves were thinking them, as though they were their own thoughts, their own fears, their own desires, their own failures...

Then the stage crew clears the main stage and sets out two microphones. A single guitar is placed near the band to the left.

Valar then steps out on stage *the crowd goes wild*

Stopping in the center of the stage...he looks back and then holds out his hand...Then from behind a curtain...Elbereth steps out on stage.
She takes his hand...soft music begins to play in the background as they make their way to center stage...they each take a microphone...and looking into each others eyes...they begin...

As Valar gets off stage...a burst of thunder is heard...and fast moving dark clouds appear in the distance. Before long, the field is flooded with pouring rain. Much of the crowd takes cover near the entertainment and food tents, while others head back to the camp. However there is still a large group left on the field...getting soaked but not caring... hoping for the next performance.

Elessar's band appeared on the stage again, dressed in no particular fashion. There were bits and pieces of plastic bags tapped here and there all over guitars and amplifiers. Everything was silent for a second, then the bass kicked in, and the guitar one four-count later.

And then Elessar fell to his knees. One of the men in the soundbooth nodded to the other, and they turned the volume up from Elessar's guitar. A ball kicking solo followed, and left the crowd cheering for more.

The drenched and mud covered crowd cheers loudly for an oncore.
The rain is still falling steadily on the field...but it has lessened...and the thunder and lightening has past.

Towards the back of the crowd...a small group begin sliding across the mud filled field on thier stomachs. While others dance freely in the rain to the beat of Elessar's electrifying music.

Lorien and his band walk up on stage. Without a word the band launches into The Beatles, "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and quickly follow it up with Oasis' 'The Girl In The Dirty Shirt'. Then taking an acoustic guitar and sitting on a high stool Lorien says, "This one's called 'Tangerine' by Led Zeppelin."

Opposite the stage, Elessar stands on a lighting platform. Beside him is a 100wt amp, which is connected to two huge twors of speakers. A backstage light is turned up and into a spotlight that shines on him. Suddenly his fingers fly, and he makes a deafining statement with the solo from One by Metallica... openly challenging Valar.

Valar smiles at the Challange, he thinks to himself, 'lets see what this kid's got'

*Picking out his Custom Gibson les paul with twin PAF4 humbucking pickups, and black 16 semour duncan. Steps out onto a balcony built on the stage opposite Elessar. Patching in all his pedals, into his 8 white custon twin marshall stacks with Orange heads also in white.*

*Palm muting the strings Valar runs up the Fretboard From Bottom E right the way through to the Highest possible E in a 6 second riff. Bending into a harmonic that sustains with a Zack wylde style vibrato, he finger taps at blinding speed right back down again, clicking in the Vox wah, Valar slurs, pulls off, and hammers on 6 different notes in a run, while slowly hi-fi'ing the wah. With alot of emotion and aggresion he breaks into the solo from Jimi hendrixs Machine gun. The crowd can feel the eletricty as he falls to his knees guitar between his legs, and covers his face with his right hand while his left hand still moves up the guitar at amazing speed. With one movement Valar turns off the wah and distortion and plays the last few bars of stairway to heaven before the solo, and whiping his guitar back up to his face, engages the blues breaker and plays the whole the solo from the BBC sessions Stairway to heavan with his teeth.*

(Into the Mic he sings)

"And Shes Buyiiiiing a stairway...to....heavan..ooh oooh"

*He looks over to Elessar and nods, waiting for a reply*

Elessar nods. He picks up his guitar, and plugs it into the amp, bypassing all of the technology laid out by his feet. He tosses his pick to the audience. He rolls his neck, getting it comfortable with the leather strap. He fingerpicks the solo to 'Heartbreaker' by Led Zepplin. There are no effects, save those he can create with his fingers, and the distortion from the amp. However, at the end he bows, knowing that he had been defeated. He picks up a microphone and hastily plugs it into his guitar amp, the sound isn't that great, but it'll work. "Congratulations, my friend. You kicked my @ss and I know it. Someday, however, you will not be so lucky. Mark my words."

The rain begins to clear as Elessar finishes his song...and the mud covered crowd continue to cheer loudly. Then as Elessar accepts his defeat to Valar...a band of Elessar groupies form around the lighting tower that he stands on...and start chanting loudly...

"ELESSAR! ELESSAR! WE LOVE YOU ELESSAR!!!"

The crowd around the lighting tower continue chanting to a fevered pitch...Several security guard surround the lighting tower holding back the fans...but not soon enough. Veanne, Elessar's #1 fan climbs the tower and soon reaches Elessar...smothering him with kisses before three security guards rip her from Elessar...and carry her back down to the crowd below.

He turns away from the roaring crowd, and pulls his 3 inch leather strap over his head. He stood tall, still facing away from the crowd, and streched his arms out wide. He turned his palms up to the sky, and a huge bolt of lightning struck in the direction he was facing, illuminating his figure to the crowd. He rolled his head back and let out a cry, before falling inot the depths of the pit.

The crowd goes hush, whispers spread
"Is Elessar OK?"
"Was that part of the show?"
The crowd becomes unsure. People are on the edge of panic.

On stage, as the smoke clears, A dark figure emerges, Tall he was grey of beard with piercing blue eyes. From beneth his cloak he produces a silver wand. No, not a wand, Its a flute. He brings it to his mouth and begins to play. The sound brings a calm and a strange hush on the crowd as they strain to hear. Peace reigns.
Others from the back stage wander on to the stage as if under a spell, various musicians begin to take up the tune. The Man in black moves to the mike and begins to sing:

*back up singers appeare and take up the harmony*

The crowd after a moment of confusion goes wild as the Man in black walks off the stage and was not seen again. He just disapperaed.

" I'd heard the first two songs before, but where in the heck did tha last song come from???"

Elbereth is seen giving orders as Ambulance crews arrive and carry Elessar away on stretchers....a crowd of fans surrounding him as they carry him to the Medical tent.

When her work is done she finally notices the dark man on stage singing an unusual tune.

"Great Eru! Who is that!"
*Elbereth speed dials 'S'*

"Sauruman, did you hire any dark men to play at the festival?" ...*a nervous muffled voice is heard on the other line* "Are you sure you didn't hire him....ok then... Sauruman...makes some phone calls, find out who this dark man is, and if he isn't signed, sign him! The crowd loves him."

Elbereth then flipped her phone off and headed to the backstage area to make the last minute arrangements for the GRAND FINALE.

As the debri is getting cleared from the stage, after the Great Elessar's electrical and dramatic Exit. All the hobbits in the backstage area move to the west gate where they meet two men in red uniforms. The two men start handing out packsges to the hobbits, while Didi Proudfoot negotiates with the two men. As the hobbits fade from sight with their packages, Didi points over to Elbereth, who is seen on the eastside of the backstage with cellphone at her ear. The men nod and walk over to Elbereth and hand her a clipboard and a pen. Elbereth deep in her convertation signs the papers and hands them back, they rip off a copy and hand it to her and they leave. Meanwhile all hobbits have vanished. As Elbereth finishes up her call and read her sign copy, a look of rage crosses her face.

"WHO!!! ORDERED 37 LARGE MUSHROOM PIZZAS!!!!!:mad:"

Meanwhile, on stage another group crash the festival. Two old men with long white beards in blue robes and grey wide-brimmed hats, one has an old beat-up acoustic guitar. The crowd does not notice them at first then recognition slowly dawns.

Turning to Hempdread, who was now preparing backstage for the Festival's final performance, Elbereth whispers, "Hempdread, was that Alatar and Pallando?"

Hempdread looks up squinting at the two bearded old men in blue robes. "Aye Mon! Me believes it tis...we've been looking for those two for a long time, we have...but are they really there...or is it juss an illusion mon!"

*Still watching their performance* "Good question, Hempy... keep an eye on them...we can't loose them again." *just then the performance ends and the two wizards vanish*

"Too late, love! They're gone." Hempdread says pointing to the smoke overwhich the two wizards once stood.

Elbereth shook her head in dismay. So close she was to fulfilling her destiny. She then dismissed the ordeal and ordered some stage hands to clear the stage for the final act.

*The stage crew then clears the stage and a drummer and the back up singers take their places on stage*

The crowd then goes wild as Elbereth comes out and takes the mike from center stage.

“HELLO PEOPLE OF ARDA!!! I HOPE YOU HAVE HAD AS MUCH FUN AT THE MUSIC FESTIVAL AS WE HAVE HAD PERFORMING IT!!! And although this is the last performance of the night, I hope that you all will be able to take all the wonderful music and memories of this event with you wherever you shall go in Middle Earth!!!! ROCK ON ARDA!!! AND ON WITH THE SHOW!!!! *the crowd applauds wildly*

*drums beat in a constant rhythm…then a platform is raised from under the stage revealing Hempdread, surrounded by a massive multi layered keyboard, with a spinning table to the side. High above the stage Hempdread begins to play the first notes of the song, while lazors dance in time to his keyboard strokes.*

“AYE MON!! THIS SONG GOES OUT TO THE ENTWIVES, WHEREVER THEY BE!!!!”

As the crowd dies down and the sun slowly fades in the distant horizon, Hempdread takes center stage with a guitar in hand...taking a seat on a large bar stool.

"All you beautiful peoples! The purpose of this Music Festival is to prove that peace can be achieved in Middle Earth...if we put aside our pettiness and open our hearts to the Music Iluvatar has set about us, everything would be alrigh!!!! *he begins to strum the first chords of the song* Could you Imagine, Mon!!

Imagine there's no heaven,
It's easy if you try,
No hell below us,
Above us only sky,
Imagine all the people
living for today...

*the other performers from the festival come out on stage and begin to sing along with Hempdread*

Imagine there's no countries,
It isnt hard to do,
Nothing to kill or die for,
No religion too,
Imagine all the people
living life in peace...

I wonder if you can,
No need for greed or hunger,
A brotherhood of man,
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...

*the crowd begins to sing along loudly...lighters held high in the air*

*Then a grand display of fireworks goes off ending with a large blast that fills the night air with light...signally the end of what was a most incredible and unforgettable music festival*
