The sun is setting toward the lands of the valar, the walls of the spa radiate with a cheery glow. Tar is sitting in her room in the palace of Rhun awaiting the guests who she personally invited....
people who I have not invited can PM me but there is no guarentee of entrance
*Mirina rides into Rhun, a black cloak covering her face. She rides to the castle, gives her horse to the stableboy, then enters the palace*
'M'lady!' Mirina exclaimed. Thank you for your genourous gift of staying here. I'm sure i'll enjoy it.

"No prob mirina! YOu looked very stressed." she says. Than she turns to Stephanie one of her winged handmaidens,"Lead Mirnia to the von maur complex, tell her that she can take a dress, cost is no option. Just charge to my account." "Mirnia, I hope you enjoy your stay however long it is."
Mirina is led away. She is then led into a room filled with dresses. Lots of dresses. Many of them green. Oh! her favorite colour! She tries on a dark green dress, with emeralds at the hem. She reaches for her pocket book, but her hand is slapped by the handmaiden. 'You'll not be needing that, miss', she says, as she takes her pocket book away. You'll get it back when you leave...'
Exasperated, Mirina walks back to Tar and explains about her pocketbook.
'Your handmaiden has stolen it!'

At that moment in walks Nenya. She is wearing a dark blue riding dress with embroidered roses on the hem. "Hello My Lady!" she exclaimes. "I'm terribly sorry for my late response. I accidentally fell asleep in my garden and lost track of the time." She looks over at Mirina and says, "I do not believe that I have met you before. I am Nenya, and I'm very sorry about your pocket book!"

Tar smiles and greets Nenya,than turns to her handmaidens giving Stephanie a stern look,"Give Mirina her pocket book back...IN Tact too." Immeaditly stephanie gave back the pocket book. "Calpurnia, I trust you more I think. Take Nenya back for her dress will you. Ladies make yourselfs comfortable in the spa, I am awaiting the arrival of one more geust."

Nenya thanks Tar for her hospitality and follows Calpurnia down halls and corridors to a large room. Calpurnia opens the door and invites Nenya in. "This is your room during your stay here. You will find many beautiful dresses in the closet as well as jewelry and every other convinience you may want." Nenya takes a look around the room. It is very elegant with a large golden fireplace on one wall, a high bed covered with the most elegant spread in the middle of the room, and stunning gold and mahogany furniture. "Thank you very much!" she says to the maid. "Right now I think that I just with to be left alone for a little while and rest - I am tired from my trip here." Calpurnia nods and leaves Nenya to herself.

Calpurnia comes back,"Did she wish to get a complementary dress?" Tar asks. "No milady, she was worn out." Tar sits down, her white dress, with a train of diamond and lace netting gracefully on floor. Waiting for the arrival of Kementari, empress of Arnor
Mirina grasps her pocket book, then tucks it in the folds of her dress. M'lady? When will Kementari be here? I'm anxious to get started...

"Don't worry....your at a spa...how can you???" Tar says cheerfully. "Calpurnia lead Mirnia to her room." Calpurnia flies through the halls with Mirina close behind. Finally they reach her room. Knowing Mirina is one for nature it is filled with brilliant tapestries with vivid color and portrayl of a forest that drape the walls. The furniture has a caribbean edge, and british elegance. It is of mahagoney. the bed is a matress on the floor, according to lothlorien customs, but richly dressed. Instead of wine in the room they're is water, since those in lothlorien are not to fond of drinking
O my.. its beautiful! Its elegant, and its excatly according to customs! Now, if you'll excuse me, I must sleep. I have a long time ahead of me..

"I guess we're not waiting for Kem," tAr says, but Mirnia and Neyna are resting and she wishes not to wake them. So she goes and and makes sure the food preperations are ready.
Mirina awakes, stretches, and wanders to find Tar. She has no idea where they are. She stumbles across a library. She grabs a book, and lies down on a chair to read.

Tar hears a noise in the library, Dengens private library.Who could that be ? she wonders. Tar peaks in and says,"Mirina,that's dengen's private library, he even gets after me for going in their."
Mirina jumps up, replaces the book, then runs out. I'm, i.. She stammered.. Sorry?

"Ahh, he won't be too mad. I'll tell him it was curious servant girl from a newly conqered territory." TAr says and smiles. "Sadly, Kem cannot make it. A war is going on in Gondor. She'll come as soon as she can.So as soon as Nenya is up we'll start. I trust you room is most pleasing."
That is sad.. Yes my room is pleasing. You do know your customs! Now if' you'll excuse me, I must message my captain, to send troops to Kementari's aide. Its part of the alliance. I will see you in about 5 minutes.

Mirina returns, her stomach grumbling. Hey, Tar? Is there any food in this spa joint? Mirina winked.

In your rooms...If you look closely just pull the tapestry closest to the window back and you'll find a authentically correct lothlorien style bath...IT looks kinda like galadriels mirror but you can touch the water

sure have fun! Tar begins to tap her foot anxiously, her hands, concealed by elbow length white gloves with a crown on the front of the glove near the hand in diamonds crossed across her stomach.
Mirina, in the tub, is relaxing. "The war in Gondor... terrible thing.." All the sudden, a handmaiden rushes in. M'lady! I'm sorry, my mistress sent me to give you this. It seems it was forgotten. The terry cloth robe was in her slim hands. I'll lay it here. If you need anything, please ring the bell.

Tar breathes deeply and adjusts her hair in its ornate form. Looks at herself and admires her jewelry
Several hours later, Mirina rises from the bath, and slipps and falls. She knocks over several bottles of bath oil, then slippes on the bath oil, hits her head on the tub, and is knocked out.

for some reason one of the lids from the bath oils hit the bell for service the handmaiden comes in..."Milady whats....Oh dear" Katrina says. and puts the terry cloth robe on mirnia and puts Ice on her head and asks one of the stronge fairies to get Mirina lying on her bed
Mirina wakes in her bed, with an icepack on her head, she dozes back into a sleep. (Hey Tar, we should invite more ppl... maybe some of the newer females)

Tar smiles and greets Morwen, "Hey we really haven't started yet but jackie one of my winged handmaidens will show you to your room." So jackie leads morwen through a maze of hallways to her room. she opens the door, it is lit by torches, the walls are a dark green, and her bed is a four poster made of oak. ON the opposite wall is fireplace of Stone and wood with somber paintings of heirs on the walls and an oriental rug on the floor it is a perfect medievil paradise. Than Jackie leaves morwen to herself in the room

The sky is an brilliant shade of pink as the sun sets on the distant western hills of the Misty mountains and a soft wind gently pushes the whispy clouds above. Then from a distance, a silver eagle approaches from the southwest, bearing a tired and travel worn Elbereth upon it's majestic back.
Landing, Elbereth is greeted by one of Tar's handmaidens, who then lead Elbereth inside the spa, where she is greeted warmly by the Dark Queen Tar.
"I was very surprised and pleased to receive such a kind invitation to your exquisite spa...you really have outdone yourself Tar! Your spa is amazingly posh and beautiful. I regret however, that I can not stay very long. There is a war raging in my lands...However, after all my fighting a nice bath and a back rub is just what I need! Thank you!"

Calpurnia led Elbereth through a maze of halls to a grand bedroom, with a walnut four poster bed, tiled floor, a crystal chandalier and paintings of great landscapes. The fireplace is of marble. "I leave you to yourself to relax for a while. " than Calpurnia leaves Elbereth to her room

Suddenly Nenya wakes up. She sits bolt upright on her bed and glances over at the clock. She has been sleeping for hours, and her head hurts like it had been constantly hit all the while she was sleeping. "What in the name of the Valar..." she says with confusion. "Tar and Mirina must be waiting for me! Oh dear!" She jumps off the bed and runs over to the wardrobe and opens it. Inside she finds her complimentary dress of pale yellow silk studded with the tiniest diamonds imaginable. Nenya's breath is taken away at the pure brilliance of it. She goes about the preparations of putting up her hair in a way that becomes her and then proceedes to finish her outfit off with diamond earrings and a small diamond pendant. She surveys herself in the mirror, and is happy with the effect. She then turns and practically runs to the main room where Tar is sitting speaking with a new guest. "Tar," she exclaims breathlessly. "I'm so sorry, I slept so long! I really don't know what is wrong with me, but my head hurts like I have a curse from the Valar. I really didn't mean to sleep that long." She looks at Tar and hopes that she missed nothing important and that she didn't keep anyone waiting.
Mirina awakes and walks from her room. Huh? War? Oh dear. Am I missing anything important?
She saw Morwen And Elbereth, and oh! Nenya was awake. How nice.
Hello! Mirina said cheerfully. How are all of you? I trust that you have fared well..

Nenya smiles at Mirina. "Oh, I'm doing well now. Except I slept for a good deal longer than I ment to, and I woke up a terrible headache. I'm sure it won't last long, though, because I don't think any pain could last long where there are massages and hot tubs everywhere!"
On the contrary, I slipped in the tub, and hit my head on the side... My heads thobbing also..

Kementari was supposed to be here, but with the war going on, she couldn't leave Cir.

"Oh, I see," Nenya replies. She goes over to a little table and picks up a crystal glass of red fruit punch and takes a long, refreshing drink. She then sits down in one of the chairs lining the wall and amuses herself by looking at the many woven tapestries hung on the wall.

Tar sees the broken silver and shrugs, than turns to Mirina and Nenya. "hello, you two are up finally. Well just our luck to of my newer arrivals are sleeping, no bother. You are free to wander the spa, just don't get lost and don't go into any private areas of the palace. Wait I did say we could take a peek at Empress Kementari's room didn't I? Well what are we waiting for!" Tar says as she begins to lead them toward empress Kementari's room.

In her room, Elbereth submerges herself in a nice warm whirlpool bath, with scented candles lighting the room with a soft glow. Closing her eyes she takes a deep breath and unwinds in the luxury of the bath.

as they go futher down the ornate halls, they're are three rooms, Tar-Ancalime's, and Kementari's, and Elbereths. First Tar Ancalime shows them her room. Obvioulsy the grandest of the three. With a huge bay window viewing the sea of Rhun. Mahogoney furtiture. The walls are an eggplant purple, with creme columns of marble. The bed is an exquisite four poster and she has two wardrobes. Then the go to Kementari's , which is about the same, except the walls are a regal red. and they do not go in Elbe's cause Elbereth is currently relaxing. After seeing the rooms of the most royal. Wives of the great and powerful rulers of huge empires. They go to the main dining hall were they await there other geusts

"Thank you for the wonderful tour Tar!" says Nenya as they sit down at the table. "You really have a wonderful spa!" A pretty maid with short curls curtseys in front of Nenya and offers her some wine. "No, thank you," Nenya replies, "but I would love some water." The maid nods and leaves the room. She soon returns with a tray on which is a large pitcher of water and a small crystal cup.

Two maids come into the dining hall carrying trays of food. They gracefully lay the trays down on the low table. Tar readjusts herself on her pillows of pure silk. 'that slightly resemble a roman couch with a far east flare

Talierin comes riding up on her horse, her dog trotting alongside them. "Please tell Tar I have arrived." she tells the doorman.
A few minutes later Tar comes out and greets her. "Talierin! How very good to see you!" Then seeing Tal's rather worse for wear look, she asks "What happened to you?"
"I... err... had a little accident with a swamp, and some orcs... Nothing to worry about, I just need to get cleaned up." Tal says as she dismounts Talemi, handing him over to the care of the stablehands. "Is it alright if Cafall stays inside?" she asks, gesturing at the dog sitting patiently at her side.

"As soon as all the guests are awake we are going to have an elegant seven course meal. Then After the meal we are going to get massages from the finest massuse and watch chick flicks, and romantic movies. than obvioulsy we are going to sleep. Than early in the morning you'll all be woken up by what ever servant assigned to you and well take a swim in a pool overlooking the sea. After the swim we all will get facials, manicures, and pedicures....after that the guests choose what we do"

"Well,elbe, this spread is from all corners of the vast mornclaur empire. Wild birds from the plains of Rhun are the main course in a sweet and sour sauce from the far east of the empire. The 1st course is wild rice soup from the blue mountains. The second course is a diverse berry salad from the woods down south. The dessert is a lavish dish of cheescake and strawberrys...of course the bar is always open."
Tar, I invited Anira.. she is back from her journey, and a spa trip will do her good! And she is my mother...
Oh! The schedule sounds LOVELY! I cannot wait...

Anira rides through the gates of Rhun on her chestnut mare. She rides up to the castle, and and knocks on the huge door. As a winged handmaiden answers the door, she asked for her name.
'I am Anira, Queen of Lorien' The handmaiden looks confused. But Mirina is the Queen. She says. 'Oh really? We'll just see what my daughter has to say about that, I AM QUEEN!' The poor handmaiden ushers Anira back into the room where Mirina and Tar are sitting, but Anira does not recognize any of the guests and hostess, or even her own daughter.

Mother, I apologize, obviously you have not been told. I took over the throne while you were gone, the alliance said someone had to take over... I apologize, I am now the Lady of the Wood.

I'm OK. That is what most think. In truth, I'm supposed to be a regal and elegant elf! But I'm not... Lorien deserves better. They deserve a power Queen, with the right ruling, and protection, something I cannot give to them myself. (OCC: When I created a council of Lorien, People spammed, even Sting! I am not trusted on this forum, not invited to RP's arg...)

Anira, well, I don't know. She tends to go away, leaving things in havoc. I take over anyway, I figured it might be better if I was just lady. I also do not want to give it up, the honour, the feeling. Maybe I misspoke. Maybe galadriel does flow through me, just I ignore it. Tar, how do you gain respect?

Nenya is sitting in the main hall when Calpurnia enters. "My lady," Calpurnia says, "Tar wishes me to inform you that the banquet will be starting shortly."
"Thank you!" Nenya says to the maid. She then rises gracefully from her chair and makes her way to her chamber. When inside, she opens up the large wardrobe and takes out a light green dress with dark green slashes throughout it. She puts it on, re-does her hair in a sort of twist, and then puts on some matching slippers. She then sprays on some spring-smelling perfume. When all is finished, she makes her way down the hallways towards the banquet chamber.

In the hall preperations and final touches are being made. The food is being served and the stage set up for the amazing josh groban. He is the dinner entertainment. Josh is a well known Pop-operaish singer...his voice is so good.

The table, unlike the snack table in the main hall is a triclinium table. The guests rest on lavishly decorated couches, very roman style. The table itself is a poem of beauty. On the table is a mosaic of Atlanta and Hipponemes. that is protected by a glass tinted greenish. The table is dressed with a runner from the far east territories and the food is most enjoyable. directly infront of the triclinium table is the stage. Josh Groban is currently behind the curtain warming up his voice. The banquet hall is itself a work of art....the walls are filled with huge frescoes and the celling is a mixture of Painted glass and intricate frescoes.

Nenya was enjoying a long walk around the wonderful Spa-Von Maur Complex when she was confronted by a beautiful little faerie. "My lady," the faerie said with a curtsey, "The Lady Tar wishes for all the guests to make their way to the dining room. It is time for the banquet to start."
"Thank you", Nenya replied. She then followed the faerie back to the dining room and took her seat at the table. She was very excited for the night to begin.
Mirina arrived, her head all better, and sat down, trying to remember the correcto protocol for formal dinners.

Nenya looked with delight at the plate of food set before her. She, too, began to eat with a relish that would have surprised even Eru. Suddenly, as though coming from the very walls themselves, a strand of music began to play. It began quietly at first, but then began to build into wonderful melodies as it filled the hall with beautiful sound. Nenya's heart was so moved that she forgot completely about her food, stood up, and began to dance to the hypnotizing waves of music.
Mirina stayed seated. It was music she had heard before. She was not surprised that Nenya was dancing... but she couldn't remember where she had heard it...

Josh had been singing while dancing with Nenya, but as soon as Anira came in he stopped singing but kept dancing. Nenya felt sept away on the wings of moonlight. Suddenly, as soon as Tar stood up, Josh smiled at Nenya (who smiled back) and disappeared behind the curtain again leaving a kiss planted on her lips. She stood as one enchanted and awestruck in the middle of the floor. :D

As soon as all the guests began to eat, tar signaled to the orchestra and Josh Groban to begin the dinner entertainment. The music was like a peaceful melody accompnied by an angelic voice whosse face was just as sweet. All the girls commmenced into thier own conversation, Tar had begun to speak to arathin,"Well, I do have standards, only the best arathin. I do not live the rough merchant life, nor could i near survive. Or is that still your husband's profession?" some of the talk at the table, was Anira and her daughter haveing a minscule argument. Nenya did not talk but daydreamed of the kiss from an angel.For her food was barley touched.
Mirina shook her head, and went bac to her meal. Josh was pretty cute, singing up here, and she WAS the only single....:o

With the remaining guests present, commence unto the gardens. The pass through palacial gardens, as grand as anything is in the the Valar.
Elegant Topiaries lined the gardens, several of Tar-Ancalime's guards stood alert, unnoticable to the casual observer. Roses lined the the entrance, and various flowers and shrubberys made it appear immortal.Within the middle of the Gardens was an orchard,filled with rivendellian peach tree's, lucious apple's, and varied fruits. Several slient servants watered and tended the gardens. She led them to the actual room, for a small shower had developed.

Nenya woke up feeling quite refreshed and happy. However, she was feeling a little bit sore and decided to call for a masseuse. Having been assured that the masseuse would come to her room any minute, she changed into a white bathrobe and waited.
"Masseuse!" came a cry at the door. Nenya opened the door and was soon submersed in a heavenly massage.

Tar stays outside in the garden room, and sighs, it's been so long since she has communicated with her husband. cold from the thought she tightly wraps her cloak about her, and retires to her room.

Nenya's massage was done, and boy had it felt good! :p After the masseuse left her room, Nenya got into the bubbling jacuzzi and took a nice, long, sudsy bath. After that, she began to get ready for another day even though it was late at night - she wasn't tired at all as she had slept so much already.

The Sun rose on rhun, giving it an erethral glow. Birds chirped around,and the garden became alive with millions of gorgeous flowers. The spa was the most gorgeous building. It stood out on the horizon, like a great monument to a pharoh. Tar was up, busily getting ready for her long day a head. She put on a simple, white lace dress. It was sleevless. She let her hair down, wrapped her shall about her, and called calpurnia to her.
"Wake the others, they must see the garden at this hour"

"wha, wha?????" said ani as she heard someone knocking at the door. " i'll come down in a second!!! ok ok!!" and she started to dress herself in a sleavless green silk gown and wash her face. She hurridly brushed her hair and let it hang down, for she wanted to see the sun rise. Kissing her bf good bye( he was still asleep) she hurried out of the room.

Arathin was already up when the messenger called. She was dressed in a loose, airy, cotton black gown with long flowing sleeves. Her hair was up in many intricate braids about her head. As she walked into the garden, she was overcome by the immense beauty of the live about her. Coming up behind Tar, she said not a word that might disturb this beauty.

Nenya finished getting ready and made her way out of her room to see what was going on. She was dressed in a light blue gown of soft silk that rustled and swayed at every move. Her hair was curled down in soft waves about her shoulders and accented her ears upon which were tiny diamonds. Around her neck she wore a diamond pendant.
"Excuse me M'lady!" Came the timid voice of a servant. Nenya turned her gaze to the slim faerie in white. "My lady, Tar, wishes for you to see the sunrise in her garden. It is magnificent."
Nenya smiled, thanked the servant and made her way towards the garden. She opened the door and was immediately transported into a world of innocence and beauty. The roses, chrysanthamums, petunias, lilacs, lillies, indeed all the flowers had an essence of immortality and unrealism about them as the morning dew dripped like tears of happinness off of each and every petal. The air was full of inspiration and sustenance, and even the very stones seemed to cry out with joy and a secret sadness. Nenya stood as one turned into stone at the head of the rock path, transported into a wonderland.

standing there beside Tar, Anira was truly amazed and was speachless. only once in her whole life before she had been speachless and this practicly took her breath away. she thought to herself 'wow, if only the rest of this creul world was like this very garden. so sweat and innocent. and so very untouched by the rest of the world.' she took a deep breath in and enjoyed this wonderful place. but as the sun came the rest of the way up, Anira's stomach started to rumble just a little...;)

In the garden room was set up amongst the roses and vines a beautiful little table and chairs covered with delicous pastries and danties. The China seemed to reflect the garden air and everything smelled of flowers - Nenya could hardly eat because of the beauty. Instead she breathed for nourishment and there found sustenance.

The singer turned and looked at her, a smile playing on the corners of his mouth. "I simply told My Lady that her maids' services were very, well, enjoyable."
"Very funny!" Nenya stormed. "You are a player - no doubt about it! What WAS that little kiss you gave me last night then? Simply another way to get something?" The dark brown wells of Nenya's eyes were stormy as she stared down the masquerade in front of her.
