Frodo: Elijah Wood's "i hope my pathetic tortured expression will garner some audience sympathy, coz this script really sux" expression

Sam: "Am i supposed to be Gay or what?, i'd better keep a poker face so i get get another job " expression

Arwen: "let me mumble some English, and if they complain, i will say it was elvish" expression

Bill the Pony: "I am glad to be leaving this movie coz it really sux " expression

I don't really agree with anything you said:rolleyes:,Sam's expression was sympathetic,Arwen's lines in Elvish sounded pretty nice and Frodo's expression after they got out of Moria and at Parth Galen actually did bring out a tear from my eyes...:(

I think this thread is started by the only person on the entire forum who actually believes Bakshi created a better movie than PJ (not just closer to the books), and so should be considered in that context.

ps, why is everybody whispering and hinting at things that nobody seems to understand, nudgenudgewinkwinksaynomoresaynomore?

I think the script was pretty good, but I agree with your characterization of Woods' acting. Sheesh.

Sam did a good job....Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!

Arwen - how dare you criticize the Major Elf Babe ! May you be run through with a curved, notched, elf-babe blade for your blasphemy!

:D

Cheers,
Orm

eew, that made me think of Lurtz, what a crappy character

I don't know, I thought that Lurtz was rather spectacular. He certainly made an exceptional orc - although I didn't think that even the Urak-hai were that tall. Still, for the type of reaction they wanted from the audience, Lurtz filled the bill. I only wish they had given him a more orcish name. As it was, I kept seeing the Addam's family butler, Lurch!

haha! that's so funny. As someone said before, I forget who, 'Lurtz is the Darth Maul of LOTR'. but I suppose it was a sorta good idea to have a 'certain' orc kill Boromir then just some other one.
