Usually chapter discussion last between 2 through 3 weeks to give anyone the opportunity to participate.
Remember, the person who does the intro of a chapter must:
1. Post the Additional Readings regarding that Chapter that are find in HOME.
2. Try to find pics that would help enlighten and broaden the discussion. Ex: maps would be a great addition to the thread in general.

Alright folks, I need volunteers to do the following chapters:

13. Of the Return of the Noldor: Grond. Date: 26 Jul 03
14. Of Beleriand and Its Realms: Grond. Date: 16 Aug 03
15. Of the Noldor in Beleriand: Grond. Date: 6 Sep 03


As you can see, they were supposed to be done by Grond, but he's been gone now for quite some time, and only pops in here now and then (more then than now :p).

So who would like to volunteer? Beleg? Indy? Idril? Bucky? (and a ton of other people)

I'd like to see people that haven't done an intro before, so that we'd have more diversity.

I could try to do either one of the other ones. The only problem is that I only have volumes 1-5 of HoME, so I do not have immediate access to any of the later volumes.

Elfarmari, could you do #14 for the assigned date, which is September 6? (actually, #15 is Sep 6 but we've fallen a little behind and chapter 17 has mistakenly been done in advance)

It is not that important whether you have the proper HoME volumes or not. The additional readings can be added later. The important thing is that the chapter is discussed.
