I would like to know how ô û ê î, Kh, lh, gh, and all those wierd letter combinations are pronounced. I know ae and dh but not any others. If anybody could help me out I would be most gratefull.

If you'll go to the back of the Lord of the Rings, you'll find Appendix E which answers all the questions you have asked. The information is in Apendix E, Writing and Spelling - I

there is also an appendix in the back of the sil. that answers your question too.
I'll save you the trouble. They mean long (even extra-long) vowels. lh and rh are 'voiceless' (can't demonstrate over the 'net). dh is like th except voiced ("these" instead of "thin"). Don't know about the others.
