[Neothen]

* Neothen walks into a small bar and went to the counter. He ordered a room at the end of the hall. Neothen put all of his things in his room and went back out to get a bite to eat. When he was finished, Neothen went back to his room but only to find his things scattered everywhere. He gathered what was there and checked it twice. Everything was there except for his platinum ring.*" WHERE IS IT? "* Neothen checked his things again but it wasn't there. His most powerful item was stolen. Neothen wrote a letter and nailed it to a pole outside. It read, " I am looking for a couple of travelers to aid me on a journey. please meet me in the prancing pony by noon tomorrow."

[munchkin]

*Munchkin walks into the pracing pony. It is 11:42.* "Hello, Neothen. I read your letter on that post outside, and would love to join you on your journey."

[Oren]

*Oren trots up to the Prancing Pony on a pure white horse. She dismounts her horse and reads the note on the door. hmm...maybe this would be fun....I haven't been on a journey in a long while she thought. She brought her horse to the barn and tied it in a stall. Then she turns to go to the bar. When she enters she sees a tall man in a cloak and a dwarf standing beside him. There is no one else there and she decides this would be the party helping Neothen...*
"This is the party helping Neothen I presume? May I join?"

[ILLOTRTM]

Valanthe enters the Prancing Pony after reading Neothen's letter the day before. She walks up to where she sees a small group standing together. Seeing as it is such a variety of creatures, she assumes it is the group she is looking for. "Good afternoon, all. Off on a mission, are we? Well, I'm in no immeadiate buisness now, I would be happy to help you out!"

[sauronbill]

A man enter the Pracing Pony. He is just wearing a brown cloath and he doesn´t carry any weapon. He looked at the little company with a dissapointed look...´´Where is the one they call Neothen?´´, he asked not having the courtesy of greeting anybody......

[*Lady Arwen*]

Lúthien, a young elf maiden, who had been wandering around Bree for some days and had seen the note. She had decided to join for something of her's had also been stolen... She entered the Prancing Pony and joined the group. She had her hood covering her face so that none yet had noticied she was an elf. "Might I join you company? For something of mine has also been stolen, my golden ring. Given to me by Master Elrond. It was very valuable to me, it was stolen yesterday. I think the person that stole your ring might have taken mine too. How I know you ring was stolen, was because my room was right next to yours. I heard you shouting."

*a dark character walks by, reading the notice, he takes a single glance at the assmbled group and then immediatly quickens his pace and strides off in the opposite direction.*

[Neothen]

" You are all welcomed to come. I have learned that this thief has stolen many items here. But what he stole from me has terrible power. The ring of the ancients holds all the power of the past kings of Doroth. If the thief finds out how to use it then his power may exceed my own. If anyone knows where he went then speak now."* Neothen was worried and angry at the same time.*

[Phenix]

Phenix had been siting quiet in a corner drinking his beer but when he heard neothens word he walked over to them
" I hear that are looking for a thief... maybe I can help"

[Neothen]

" Tell me what you know we must hurry."* Neothen was tense all over.*

[Phenix]

" I used to know on of the thiefs... he was my partner untill he became a thief.I can help you to find him... for a small price of course"

[Neothen]

" Lead the way master elf."* Neothen handed the elf a bag of gold coins.*" What is your name sir."

[Phenix]

"Phenix blackwood, Sir...and now if you just follow me...do you all have horses?"

[munchkin]

*Yes. I have a great horse.*

[Oren]

*oren sighed and mumbles to herself* "well, thanks for the answer..." *Then she looks at Phenix. She notices him from somewhere...she can't quite remember where though, then says in a dull tone* "Yes, I have a horse..."

[ILLOTRTM]

Valanthe snorts "Do I have a horse........ " She looks around her at a Beorning, a man, a dwarf, an elf and a hooded figure that has not yet revealed herself. However, her own elven senses are telling her that she is of her own kind, but cannot be sure just yet. She glances outside of the window at Mardnab, her horse, who is tied to a poll. She grins at the horse who is looking inside with interest. "Might we be going soon? My horse is rather restless...."

[Neothen]

" We will leave as soon as I know our other travelers names."* Neothen turned to the man in the brown cloak.*

[sauronbill]

´´My name is not that important, king of Doroth´´,said the man in the brown cloak.´´Finally i meet you Neothen, you are quite famous in Middle Earth but now that i look at you, i think that you are not as strong as they said.´´The man looked at the company.´´I thought a mage would have a better taste on friends, but you really have a thing for loosers. I am about to send you the best i got, and you think this group of childs is going to resist?´´said the man laughing......

[Oren]

*Oren took offence from the man's words. She took he bear form, growling at him.* "Careful what you say..."

[Phenix]

Phenix quikly turnd around an layed a dagger against the mans throat "you were saying?..." he didn't seemed to notice the bear behind but stared in the mans eyes whit a cold, deadly look

[Neothen]

" Lay down your weapons. If you want to chalenge me we could have a match of swords right now but don't question my abilities. If you treasure your pride then don't insult me on my own dilema."* Neothen was not in the mood to be insulted. making him angry would be the last thing you want to do.*

"My name is Ganfred. If you haven't guessed, I'm a dwarf. Whatever you do, don't insult a dwarf." *Walks over to grab a drink from the bar.*

The man looked at Phenix deep in his eyes, and a momment later Phenix flew across the room hiting a table while he landed. Then the man tuned around to Oren,´´´Sit down bernie´´,he said raising a hand, and Oren felt a sudden force that made her sit down and stay there. The man turned around quickly and grabed Neothen. But now the man was no longer a man. The color of his face was grey now, and his eyes were as red as fire. He even grew in size and something that looked like spikes seemed to grow in his back ripping the cloak and letting see the body of a demon.

All this happened in a matter of microseconds. Neothen looked at the demon´s eyes and he saw hell it self reflected there. And he also saw his own family dead long ago, being still torture. ´´It wasn´t enough,´´said the demon with a voice that was more somekind of howl,´´that your family and your love died by the hand of darkness. Now i also have to take care of this bunch of clowns that you name ´´friends´´. I have only came to give you an advice Neothen´´,the hands of the demon hold Neothen harder and the heat from the hands was burning Neothen´s arms,´´whatch your back, for every time you turn around one of your friends will be dead, i promise. And when you find that ring and i take it away from you, I´ll promise you that your people in Doroth will have a special place in Hell. You kow, like your family does....´´´After saying this the demon threw Neothen against the wall leaving him almost unconsious. The demon turned around to the travelers that were horrified with this scene.´´Have a safe trip´´, he said smiling, and then he dissapeared in somekind of gray smoke while all it was heard was his horrible laugh.....

[Neothen]

* Neothen got up from the floor rubbing his head.*" All demons love a good entrance but it seems we have another enemy instead of the thief. If he finds the ring all of the netherworld could be opened. I'm sure the thief has collected other powerful items as well. Phenix, please lead us to the thief as soon as possible."* Neothen brushed off his robe cursing in another language.*

[Oren]

*Oren felt the power holding her down. She then rushed over to Phenix and Neothen.* "Are you okay? We really should avoid him at all costs" *She then goes over to the bar and gets a glass of water for each of them*

[munchkin]

*Walks back over to the group with his beer in his left hand and his cane in the other.* "What's going on? Am I missing something? Oh, the hooded guy attacked you guys." *Takes a sip of beer* "I thought he would be the type to do something like that."

[Phenix]

" okay let's move...the thiefs' encampment is only 1 mile avay from here...but be carfull he usually surounds(SP?) himslef whit a lots of mens..." they al went to get their horses and followed Phenix out of the city and towards the forest.

[Oren]

*Oren follows Phenix on her horse. A tear comes to her eye. Something has been on her mind latley. She wipes it away, hoping no one saw it*

[munchkin]

*Ganfred fgets on his horse and follows Phenix and Oren away from the prancing pony and into the forest. He is still confused about what happened at the prancing pony and can't figure out why he just "happened" to go get a drink while this was going on, and can't stop thinking about it.* "Just focus on the long jouney ahead." *Ganfred is saying this in his mind.* "The long journey awaits."

[Neothen]

* Neothen rode on a white horse looking around for signs of anyone.*" When we get to the camp I want everyone to keep out of sight. I don't know how many men are backing up this thief."

[munchkin]

*Ganfred rides on into the forest......* "Yes. Listen to Neothen. I mean, who knows, they could have an army, and we have know idea what they are capable of."

[Neothen]

" Ganfreds right, where theres a thief theres usualy a gang not far away. We must move quickly to retrieve the ring and the other valuables."

[Rogue666666]

Meanwhile, on a path not far away a mysterouis figure watches unoticed by the travelers. He makes no noise as he swiftly follows them on their journey. Under his dark shroud their is a flash of light as the noon day sun glints off his hidden blade.

[Neothen]

* The company rides on until they found the first sign of life.*" Everyone find some form of cover."

[munchkin]

*Ganfred rides on until he hears a strange sound.* "Did anyone here that? Am I just imaging something?" *Ganfred shrugs his shoulders and rides on........*

[Phenix]

"hold it" Phenix said " I'll scout a head you guys can set up a camp" then he jumped down from the horse and ran into the forest.

[munchkin]

"Ok. You do that. I'll stay with the others and help out. When will you be back, Phenix?"

[Oren]

*Oren dismounts her horse and ties her to a tree. She gave her a bowl of water and a handful of oats. She pulled out a small bag and ate some berries she had brought. Oren then heard something rustling in the leaves. She turned that way. She knew people had heard things earlier. She took bear form, taking precaution. She smelled something weird. Like another human... She grew worried. She sat down, her eyes glazed over...*

[Neothen]

* Neothens eyes glazed over white for a second. He thought he herd something.*

[munchkin]

*Ganfred thinks for a moment.* "I think there is someone or someones in the bushes to the left of us. Its proably the hooded guy and whoever he's gotten to go with him. I'll go check the bushes and see whats going on." *Ganfred turns to the left and walks slowly towards the bushes and possibly where the hooded guy is.......*

[munchkin]

*There is a rustling in the leaves as Ganfred comes out of the bushes, holding an arrow in his left hand. He walks back to where the group is.* "I didn't see anyone. They proably ran off after they heard me walking towards them, because I found this. It looks like possibly an arrow that they left behind." *Ganfred sits down.* "They shouldn't be too far ahead. Once Phenix gets back, we should leave at once. Maybe we can find more stuff that they leave behing, or possibly the Ring of the Ancients........" *Ganfred takes some venison he had in his pack and starts to eat it.*

[Neothen]

* Neothen picks up the arrow.*" I have never seen an arrow like this before."* Neothen throws the arrow and it lands in a stump.*

Suddenly three dark figures alll exactly the same except for one leap into the clearing were our travelers have set up camp. brandishing sabers they approach the group in what is definetly a hostile attack. Suddenly, they stop.

The tallest of them takes a step forward and begins to speak, though his face can not be seen under the dark shroud.

" You were fools to come this far into the land of theives. Now turn back or die....."

[Neothen]

" Believe you are mistaken I am only here to retrieve my lost ring. But if you want to attack us than go right ahead nothing is stopping you except maybe my sword."* Neothen drew his sword and held it infront of him.*

[*Lady Arwen*]

Lúthien had spent all this time with them, but always a bit away from them. Most had forgotem she was even with them, for she moved silently and no one heard her.
Now she step forward and took out her sword, an elven blade. She spoke to them in a language the others did not understand. The 3 dark figures took a step back, as if scared of her.

[Neothen]

" All three of you are fools to challenge us. Even now one of our own is coming back. Ganfred, go find Phenix and bring him back here as soon as possible."

[munchkin]

" Ok. I'll go right away. I think he went in that direction." * Ganfred points straight ahead.* "If I'm not back in 2 days, send a search party for me and Phenix." *

[Phenix]

even before Ganfred had left the company a arow flew over their heads
han penetrated a tree beside the three stangers

" you should really try to be more friendly you know" they al heard Phenix say from a tree behind him.
" now run home to garth and tell him that we want the ring back...okay..."

[munchkin]

*Ganfred walks toward Phenix.* "Hi, Phenix. I was just about to go look for you, when you showed up. Did you find anything intresting or anything that will help us?"

[Rogue666666]

*Through the darkness that covers his face you can catch a slight hint of an evil smirk*

"So" The leader says, " You have elves with you? Then it shall be all the sadder when they die."

*with that, the three dark figures dissapear into the woods, moving swiftly to follow their masters evil biding*

[Neothen]

" I don't think we'll be safe for much longer."* Neothens eyes glazed over again. Without his ring he will take Deity form. That isn't a bad thing, but without his ring he could die trying to perform the transformasion. If he's secsesful Neothen will become more powerful than his ring in order to retrieve it.*

[Mablung]

*Lolik sighed and walked out into the clearing with the rest of the company and pulled off his mask.*

I suppose that group of thieves is gone now. They tried stealing my horse last night and I've been on their trail for it. You look like you are after them as well too though mind if I tag along in that case? You may call me Lolik and I know this area very well.

[Neothen]

" Thank you for joining us. We can use all the help we can get. I think we should advance on them instead of waiting for them to attack us. Lolik could you track them down and Phenix when we get there bring me to their leader. I would like to pay him a visit."* A strange look apeared in Neothens eyes.*

[Kellivara]

*the entire party jumps at the sound of an ominous, barely audible snicker coming from the dark shadows of the forest* *Kellivara strides into the middle of the party* "Well then, if you are planning an all out attack, it would be of much help to have a drow on your side. My blades have been inactive for far too long, and I would enjoy a battle about now. And just so you know, you really need to heighten your guard, I've been trailing your party since you left the tavern, and I would never have been detected had I not come out into the open. Had I been fighting against you, you would have every one of you been slaughtered in your sleep this coming night. And I advise you to let me take first guard shift if you are to rest tonight, for I am not the only one that has been trailing you." *Kell whistles into the woods and a midnight black horse with no bridle nor saddle trots out of the woods* "And I am also greatly surprised that even my horse went undetected. pitiful."

[Mablung]

Lolik turned to Neothen. 'Mmmm well it looks like the group is growing constantly.' Then he turned back to Kell. 'You'd do well to teach your horse not to wander off I saw him down by the stream getting some water not to long ago. I simply assumed it had belonged to these here when I found them but obviously not. Anyway as Neothen said its not safe here should we move on?'

[Neothen]

" Are you sure you were undetected, because I could sence your presence a mile away. Thats why I put up no guard. But anyways I'm glad you've joined us."

[Kellivara]

"ok, with exception of those who can sense my presence, for I know it is very hard to miss." *turns to Mablung* "she didn't wander off, I was sitting about 5 feet from her, you didn't see me why?" *turns back to Neothen* "And THAT is what I meant by undetected"

[Mablung]

"Well I didn't get a good look I was more concentrated on the thieves who were at the time trying to steal my horse and keeping them away from yours whom they were approaching why didn't you notice them?'

[Kellivara]

"who says I didn't? why else would I need to be that close to my horse when all she was doing was drinking from the stream? Had they gotten any closer, I would have revealed myself, and she would have shortly been out of danger." *snickers* "thanx for the un-needed help"

[Neothen]

" I know what you mean by undetected. Everyone prepare to leave. We're going to pay those thieves a visit."* Neothens eyes went white again. this time it gave him pain. The next time this happens Neothen will transform.*

[Mablung]

Lolik shrugged. 'Not as though it was hard work these thieves prefered flight over fight. But did you notice how they had been following yo? Checking the trails in the morning they had been.'

[Kellivara]

*turns to Lolik as she mounts* "yes, I did notice, they aren't a problem for me" *turns around and looks down at Neothen while everyone else is preparing to leave* "I leave now. I will return when I am needed." *Kell's mare rears and, turning on its heels, thunders down the trail a short ways before veering off into the forest to one side*

[Neothen]

" Lets move!"* The company rides down the road for aboout an hour until they spot a camp guarded by many men. Neothen stops everone and tells them to lie low.*" I will only attack when I see their leader."

[Mablung]

'I shall return shortly. I can pick up the leaders trail and see if he is in that camp or not.' Lolik then dismounted his horse and stole silently into the woods.

[munchkin]

"Umm.........I think I see there leader. He's right over there." *Ganfred whispers and points ahead and a bit to the left.* "Is that him? I can't see very well."

[Oren]

*Oren looks, in bear form* yes, that is him...I would know that face anywhere...would brake any mirror...*Oren smiles to herself* He is on guard though, it may not be wize to attack right now...

[Phenix]

Phenix, still a bit angry on him self for not noticing Kellivara, walked over to them

" yes..it's definitly him...he has unussual(sp?) many guards, it's something weird about it...we beter take it easy as we atack"

[Oren]

*Oren nodds her head* he must know that we are near...not that he wouldn't think we were comming, but I don't see why he needs so many guards...

[Mablung]

Lolik comes back out from the forest. 'If I had all the loot he had I think I would have a heavy guard like that as well.'

[Neothen]

" Why don't we attack from all sides to make them think theres a lot of us. I will slip in while the fight is going on. Then I'll take care of the leader."

[Mablung]

'Works for me who is going to attack where.' Mablung then took his bow from his horse's saddle and put the quiver on his back.

[Oren]

*Oren sighs* okay...whatever works for you...

[Phenix]

the companinons(SP?) splited up and aproched the camp from four directions but befor Phenix left he walked over to neothen:

" neothen... you should be carfull as you encounter garth, he's a very talented close combat warriror... he probubly have som kind of trap ready for us if we would come in...so watch you steps"

whit those words he disapered into the shadows of the forest

[Neothen]

" This will be a good chalenge for my sword."* Neothen, said as he aproched the camp.*

[sauronbill]

The company was getting ready to attack, while not too far from there a tribe of short strange looking creatures was camp near by. The shaman of this tribe(almost as big as a man), was resting in the grass, when his thoughts were interrupted by a red portal that appeared right at his left. From the red portal came out a horrible large demon(you know who it is). ´´Mogroc, i have a favor to ask you´´, said the demon to the shaman. They looked like old friends, but the shaman wasn´t very happy with the come of his friend. ´´Everytime you ask a favor, is not good,´´said the shaman,´´i am busy now you know.´´
´´Cut the **** Mogroc,´´said the demon laughing,´´you owe me many favors to say no to mine. This is serious.´´
´´All right,´´said the shaman more calmed now,´´what is it about?
´´There is a small company(but very powerfull don´t get confuse), that is camping nearby´´,said the demon looking in the direction of the company,´´they are getting ready to attack a camp of thieves. These thieves have a very precious thing that is very important to me. What i want you to do is....
´´To kill the company and the thieves and bring that thing to you´´, interrupted the shaman.
´´No stupid,´´said the demon angry,´´you are far away from defeat a company like that. And i don´t worry about the thieves, they will never learn the real power of what they got. They´ll problaly sell it to the first merchant that they see. No, i´ll take care of the thieves. I need you that when they start the attack(or before if you can get there fast), to attack the company. Just entertain them, i don´t even think you´ll loose a man. Now be carefull with them. Just attack them to give the thieves time to get out of there. Then retreat your men. That´s all i ask.´´
´´Very well,´´said the shaman,´´the favor seems easy and no dangerous at all. But why do you want the thieves away?Don´t they have what you want?´´
´´Don´t worry about the thieves, i´ll catch with them in time. I prefer my thing with thieves than with that stupid company.´´
´´I don´t see the danger in this mission.´´
´´You don´t know Neothen, or any of his friends,´´said the demon with a smile,´´if you knew anything about them, your hands will be shaking right now. Anyway we´re loosing time, go with your tribe and remember your instructions.´´said the demon at the time that he dissapeared inside the portal.
´´Just attack and run,´´said the shaman,´´is what my tribe know.´´And one momment later all his men and himself were running and jumping from tree to tree in the direction of the company.They saw them but the company didn´t even heard them. The little men(as little as hobbits, but much more thin and strong. And way more ugly), prepared they short daggers and stakes for the attack. The shaman put his white eyes in Neothen. Something about that men wasn´t right. They waited in the dark for the attack of the company to the thieves. They would never see it coming.......

[Neothen]

* Neothen stoped dead in his tracks.*" Something is not right."* Neothen sniffed the air there was a foul smell, But before he could react his transformation began. Neothen fell to the ground in pain, his eyes became white and his hair turned white aswell. His robes turned different shades of silver and he began to glow. After he had pasted through the pain he got up shaking all over. He had sucseeded in the transformation. Unfortunatly he had alerted the thieves and they were running around. This form will only last him a short while and he needed to act fast.*

[Phenix]

Phenix was just about to take out the guards of the camp as he heard a strange noice from the trees and turned around, at first he only saw some of his companions but after awile he noticed some strange creaturs in teh trees above them. he tried to contact his friends but it was too late and thh enimy fell down from the trees and begun to fight them.

damn, Phenix thought as he ran over to his friends to help them. from al directions he could hear that the other compainions also had been atacked by these strange creatures.

[munchkin]

* Ganfred sees a dark figure running very fast right toward him. Oh ****, he thinks to himself while he is trying to run but can't run nearly as fast.* "HELP!" *Ganfred tried to call for help. It was too late. He had caught him and had hold of him.* "HELP! SOMEONE, HELP!" *Ganfred tried one last time..........*

[Mablung]

Lolik was drawing an arrow into his bow ready to take out the nearest bandit when the trees began to rustle. Turning quickly he loosed the arrow felling a small creature. Cursing and quickly putting his bow away he drew his sword and began slashing through them as he made his way over to Ganfred's calls for help. 'It appears the thieves have friends we didn't know about... or enemies.'

[Kellivara]

*suddenly Ganfred hears thundering hoofbeats directly behind him, and as he begins to turn to see what it is he notices he is on horseback* *then suddenly Ganfred is on the ground besides Lolik*

*Kellivara turns to Ganfred and Lolik* "Listen to me, and hurry! Stay together and watch eachothers backs! You odds are twice as good this way, and now I must go help the others!" Kellivara said as Sirree (her mare) turned and thundered in the opposite direction.

*as Kell makes her quick way to the others, she slays 13 of the vile creatures* I have seen these beings before.......but where??? I must remember!!! Kell thought franticly as a memory flickered at the back of her mind, cutting through the crimson of her raging eyes, and the fury of the battle before her

[Mablung]

Lolik's bow twanged staying near Ganfred always shooting as many of the small creatures as he could see. 'They arent native to around here or I would have seen them before they come from another place. And their whole being seems to be a blight.' Reaching back and finding no more arrows he curses and bludgeons a few of them with his bow while drawing his sword to continue the fight.

[Neothen]

* Neothen had no trouble keeping the creatures away. His new form gave him 10 times the power he had before. Neothen raised his hand throwing a few creatures to the side.*" Why would creatures like this attack us?"* Neothen thought to himself. He then worried about the thieves, they had dissapeared from the camp and there was no time to chase them.*

[munchkin]

"Thank you." *Ganfred says in a quiet grumbly voice. There is blood oozing out of his side.* "I think I am bleeding." *Ganfred says in a raspy voice.* "Must.......get........help.........."

[Kellivara]

*rides up to Neothen* "Neothen! can you spare me!? I can trail the thieves! Sirree is the fastest and most agile horse you've ever seen, and as seen in my arrival, she is quite silent. If you can spare me, I'll go!"

[Mablung]

Lolik slew the last of the creatures and helped Ganfred up bringing him over to Kell and Neothen beating off a few already creatures with his free hand. 'Ganfred is hurt Im afraid it's quite serious.' He then put him down on the ground. 'He needs help now, and I wouldn't trust a Drow with a matter such as this she may well be one of them.'

[Kellivara]

*in an instant has dagger to Lolik's throat* "you'll watch your tongue or you'll lose it!"

*turns to Neothen* "I have medicine with me, it will ease the pain, and I have healing magic, although limited"

*turns to Ganfred* "here, drink this!" *hands Ganfred some drow wine with the medicine added to it* "that should help, but now I must be ready to follow the thieves at Neothen's decision"

*turns to Neothen* "so whadd'ya say?"

[Mablung]

Lolik slipped one of his throwing knives out of his sleeve and held it to her heart as fast as she put hers to his throat. 'Now that Ganfred is healed I still say that you shouldn't trust her alone.'

[munchkin]

*Ganfred slowly sips the medicine. Already you can tell that it is starting to affect.* "Thank you, Kellivara." *Ganfred's voice is back to normal.*
"Please stop fighting. I think Kellivara is perfectly capable of going on herself." *Ganfred gets up then realizes that one of his daggers and his bow and arrow are missing.* "My weapons. Whre are they."

[Kellivara]

*growls as only a drow can* "dalharuk d'natha elg'caress!!!!!!! You don't have to trust me. But you can't win against me in one on one combat, so I suggest you watch your tongue!"

*eyes flare to a deeper crimson as she side-flips, pulling out her throwing stars as she does so and nailing three of the creatures in between the eyes* "They were hiding in the trees, I believe there are others, although they do not much concern me....not as much as the thieves.........these creatures......they were sent here to delay us, that much is certain. Neothen, we cannot delay much longer. Ganfred is not able to travel, it is too dangerous. I will leave to follow them, one way or another, within the next hour, for the sun is beginning to set, and most of the party will be at a disadvantage in the dark, whereas it is my strongest hour."

[Kellivara]

"thank you Ganfred, although you can't expect anything more than ignorance from a human such as him, ne?"

[Mablung]

'I wouldn't be so cocky if I were you Drow.' He threw a knife as she was doing he acrobatic foolery leaving a hole in her cloak by her shoulder and a dead creature behind her stooping and taking the knife from it he turned back to the party and throws it to Ganfred. 'I think one of the creatures got to them but I can't be certain anyway that knife should serve you until we find something else. And I do not doubt her abilities to do the task I simply doubt her integrity Drows arent known to be the most scrupulous of creatures. I have been betrayed before by them.'

[Kellivara]

"not cocky, not overly so anyway, I know my limits, as every warrior should. Notice there are those I do not challenge, not because they are more powerful than I necessarily, but because they are equal in power, and unless challenged or provoked, or unless necessary, I will not fight those of higher strength. (again, I point out that I know my limits, UNLIKE some people!)"

*turns to face the entire group*

"and anyway, I had better be off now, we cannot afford for me to delay any longer. I suggest you whole lot rest now, you will need it, of that I am sure. farewell until our next meeting everyone."

*disappears quickly into the midnight shadows and silhouttes (sp?)*

'Watch yourselves and watch over Ganfred. I will go out and search for his weapons among the corpses or anything the thieves left behind. This is not a good situation to not have your weapons in.' Lolik then went back off to the camp and forest where he and Ganfred had been fighting.

There were many dead creatures in the grass now. But somehow more of them were coming. Mogroc, the shaman was satisfied when the thieves left. But that drow had gone to capture them. This won´t like to my friend, the shaman thought. And with that he gave a strange blow with his staff and all the dead creatures got up again to continue the attack. But the shaman didn´t wanted to continued .´´Come to me´´, he said and a momment later all the creatures that had attacked dissappeared. They were little but they were fast and quite. The jungle was quite again and the sound of the breeze was the only sound in the forest. Everything was so fast that the company wandered what had just happenned.

Meanwhile the demon had seen all this and he was very angry. That drow(or whathever the hell was) could not get to the thieves. She needed to be taken out of the picture, fast. The demon turned around and called:´´Ennagards come to me. I need you. ´´Four horrible yellow skin creatures appeared at the command. The bigger of them made a reverence to his master. They had the look of demons or a monster ,but the truth was that they were from the undead. The Ennagards are tortured blind souls that had serve the evil for a long time. They are not very common, but they are posible to find if you know where to look. They are blind and can´t walk or do any actions during the day, but they are very usefull in the darkness. For they blind eyes can see the objective they had to kill or eliminate. No matter if they are behind a tree or a mountain. Ther was no place to hide from they´re blue eyes. And also these creatures had the faculty of becoming invisible in the shadows. Making them even more dangerous for it is only in the momment of attack that the victim realize it is too late to defend itself. Generally they attack in groups and kill they´re victims like vampires. Drinking the blood untill there is no more to suck. ´´I need you to haunt a weird creature. I don´t know anything about her, but i bet her blood is good enough for you.....´´
´´What is this creature master?´´asked one of the ennagards.
´´A drow...´´said the demon with a dark voice and he looked at the night. Interesting there were no stars or moon. A perfect night to haunt.....

[Mablung]

Lolik came running back to the camp quickly and lay Ganfred's weapons down next to him. 'I found them but the creatures have risen as I'm sure you know. That Drow is in danger is she if she is indeed on our side. Should I follow her and warn her Neothen?'

[Phenix]

the other joined them just as kellivara was about to leave

" the thiefs has left" Phenix said " and so will I... I've showed you their camp and that's what you payed me for"

[Neothen]

" Phenix, I will pay you more if you bring me their master. Lolik you should warn Kell and soon because shes being persued by other creatures."* Neothen hands another bag of gold to Phenix.*" Will you take my offer."

[munchkin]

*Ganfred walks over to Phenix.* "Yes, Phenix. Please accept. You are the only one who knows anything about the leader. If you don't continue, we will proably never find him. And what do you have to lose. So, what do you say?"

[Oren]

OOC: Sorry I wasn't here for the fight guys...been pretty busy...

IC: *Oren's fur was stained with blood from the battle. She had a large slash across her nose. She was weiry from battle, but didn't show it. Then she heard the others talking about Phenix's leaving* "is it true? Is our guide going to leave us in the middle of the true journey?"

[Neothen]

* Neothens hair, eyes, and cloths had regained their normal color meaning Neothen was back to normal.*

[Mablung]

'Then I am off I will be able to track you if you need to move so do not worry about that. Until then!' Lolik then mounted his horse Thunderhoof and took off at top speed following Kell's trail hoping he wasn't too late, or that he could maybe catch her in the act of treason. Though that likelihood was diminishing in his head.

[Oren]

*Oren shook her head* What a journey this turned out to be...every one of us is going to leave...

[munchkin]

"Yes. I know." *Ganfred shook his head in disbelief.* "First Kellivara, then Phenix(Well, we don't know about him, but were pretty sure), and now Lolik. Kellivara and Lolik didn't even stay really at all. They come, theres a fight, then they leave." *Ganfred shrugs his shoulders confusingly.* "Now, how many do we have. 1,2,3. Guess its just the three of us(unless Valanthe is gonna do anything. I don't think shes gotten of her horse sience(Sp?))."

[Phenix]

( nither do I:P)

" okay...I'll stay with you..." Phenix said and grabed the bag of money" we should leave right away, those creatures may return."

[Oren]

*Oren looks at Phenix sidewayz, then she changes into human. She gets her horse, and throws her legs over the horses saddle* ready....

[Kellivara]

*Kellivara sees a portal opening beside her, it is made of blue and silver....and black...there is a figure coming through it, and with fears in her eyes she recognizes it* *Kell, with the few precious seconds she has left, scratches a message with her dagger into a nearby tree* it reads: I am sorry my allies, I may no longer be able to serve you......a portal is opening beside me....I must hurry......the figure coming from it's middle is familiar to me...I cannot fight him...........he is my father......farewell, for I may not be able to return, my father aims to take me back to menzoberanzzan, home of the drow.....goodbye

there is as well a note scratched in elvish under it. once translated, it reads: I will return some day....I escaped once before, I can do it again....I will find help from my mother's people.....but time flows differently where I travel now.....I may not return in time to be of any further service to you.......namarie.......

*Kell's father comes through the portal, raising her into the air with his magic* "NO FATHER!! NO!!! I told you to stay out of my life, I will never go with you!!!"

Kell's father: "I have been watching you........you are in danger......and you, have no choice......COME!" *Kell's father throws Kell into the portal and disappears after her, the portal closing behind him*

Lolik tracked Kell swiftly to the spot where she dissapeared and searched for the trail for a moment before finding her message. Using his knife to pry the piece of bark off and rides back to the camp with the others. 'Ill news Im afraid Kellivara is lost to us it appears I was wrong.' Lolik then tossed the bark to Neothen. 'The trail of the thieves is still clear they were in haste. With the damage they have caused to my home here I am willing to travel to the end with you if you will have me. If not then we will part here. What do you say?'

[Neothen]

" We leave now, those creatures that were supposed to follow Kell are now going to persue us. We need to be on our gaurd at all time. Phenix, track those thieves as fast as you can. If we don't find them soon I have a condition that will keep me up at night and torcher me until the ring is in its rightful place."* Neothen, looked a bit worried. He mounted his horse and started moving.*

[Mablung]

Lolik mounted his horse and followed Neothen. 'I wish we had some stars or moon light here it would make keeping a look out a lot easier.' He keeps looking around however hoping that he will spot any danger before it is upon then. From his saddle bags he also drew out a smaller reserve supply of arrows which he put into his quiver.

The company moved along trying to keep out of troubles. The Ennagards that were sent to kill Kellivara had failed their mission when her father picked her up. However they didn't wanted to return to his master with their hands empty. They decided to choose another member of the company. They had been told not to kill Neothen or Phenix(for now), but all the others left were available.The ennagards focused their eyes in Oren and Lolik, but decided that if they had to hurt the others they would too...The ennagards decided to wait in the dark and attack in the right momment. Their blue eyes picked up the company running toward them. Good, if they were fast enough they could grab Lolik or Oren, the rest would be easy....

[Mablung]

Lolik looked over at Oren whom he was riding beside. 'Does anything feel a bit... odd to you? It's like something is tickling the back of my mind that something is out of place. I wish we had some moon light or at least a few stars it would probably alleviate the fears. But we must make do I suppose.' Lolik rode on watching intensely but not yet seeing anything.

[Neothen]

"Death apraoches, but maybe we can keep it away for a while." *Neothen took out his wand and put it in the air above the others. The wand glowed brightly giving light.*

[sauronbill]

The wand of Neothen emited a bright blue light that might have been useless during the day but it was very usefull at night. They all continued their way carefully, when suddenly a big figure jumped from the shadows knocking out Neothen's wand, which made the light dissapear when it hit the floor. All of them were consumed by the darkness and that wasn't very friendly. All the horses get scared and they threw their masters away. Neothen tried to find his wand without result. Phenix tried to stand up, but something hit it back to the ground. Oren was in bear form now, but when she tried to help his friends, two horrible yellow creatures attacked her from behind bitting her in the neck. Oren threw one of them against a tree, but she wasn't sure if the creature was dead. Suddenly another creature attack her from the side bittin her this time on the right arm. She felt her muscles grow weak(the ennagards have a special paralizing venom), she didn't know how much she could handle. Lolik put out his sword ready for battle, but he couldn't see the enemy. Suddenly he saw two blue eyes that were coming toward him fast. The eyes became a full horrible yellow figure when it was only 3 foot from him. Lolik had a good reflect and he swinged his sword at the time he moved out of the ennagard's way. He cut the ennagards head off at the time he laughed for his victory. But his victory didn't last long. Another ennagard jumped behind him and grab him, pushim him to the floor. The sword was knocked out of his hand in the fall. Lolik took out a dagger, but the large hand of the ennagard sopped his arm of doing any action. The ennagard tried to bit him, but Lolik defended the best way he could. He was strong, but the ennagard was stronger and soon it will win the struggle.....

[Phenix]

Phenix picked up his knife adn stabed teh creature that stood upon his back in the chest adn throwed it away. he then ran ovewr to lolik, on his way overthere he trowed one of his two daggers against the ennager that were fighting lolik but missed. just a few steps from his friend a big yellow beast jump over infront of him adn atacked...

[Neothen]

*Neothen fumbled around for his wand, but when he found it a creature grabed it. Neothen ran after the creature but it got away. Neothen thought to himself that he lost everything first his ring nnow his wand. Neothen threw spheres of light at the creature but he missed.*

[Mablung]

Darkness began to overtake Lolik as he was helpless now that the venom had slowly taken effect. Weakly he grabbed his sword but had not the strength or the will to lift it to smite the creature.

[Neothen]

*All Neothen could do now was to draw his sword and help the others.*

[Oren]

*Oren staggers, the venom affecting her limbs. She slowly begins to loose contiousness. Blackness surrounding her, she tries to call out to the others* hhhheeelllpppp.....*Her voice fades and she falls to the ground*

[Neothen]

*Neothen runs over to Oren.* "Oren are you alright." *Neothen puts his hand on the wound. All the blood that held the venom came out of the wound and landed on the ground.*

[Mablung]

Lolik with one last burst of strength used his dagger and stuck it through the skull of the creature on top of him then rolls the body off of himself and collapses unable to do any more.

[Kellivara]

*a portal opens beside the party, and two figures, visible in the starless night only by the light of the blue and silver portal of lightning step out*

*all that can be heard is the distant sound of sword on flesh, and the horrid moaning of the dying creatures*

*a flickering ball of silver light appears in front of one of the figures, and the party recognizes it to be Kell*

*Kell hands Neothen his wand as she introduces the other figure to the rest of the party* "May I present to you.....my father."

*the shock registers on everyone's faces* "My father has agreed to help you......but only for my sake. Do not get him wrong, he cares nothing for you surface dwellers, and would kill you as soon as say hello, so I advise you not to anger him, as a matter of fact, don't even talk to him if it can be helped unless I am translating for you....otherwise things may get mixed up in the pitiful attempt to understand one another" *Kell turns to her father, mummbles something in Drow, and then turns and pulls Sirree and her father's horse, also obsidian black, out of another portal, and both portals then close, and the party is left in an awkward silence at the arrival of their new, yet o so obiously temporary ally*

[Oren]

*Oren recovers some of her strength. She hears someone talking about something but can't quite make out who it is. She is still veyr weak, but is able to prop herself up on a tree.*

[Kellivara]

*walks over to Oren and helps her walk back over to the rest of the group, then helps her sit down*

"Neothen, what next? What is our next move?"

[Mablung]

Lolik pulled himself into a sitting position with some difficulty. "What else can we do except continue on after thge thieves?"

[Kellivara]

"If you think like that Lolik, you will surely live a very short life! you can't just go on at a strenuous pace with wounds like you and your comrads have, you should at least rest tonight before you continue on, especially because this group is obviously crippled by the dark........my father and I will keep watch tonight"

[Neothen]

"Everyone has a different opinion on our situation right now. Phenix has agreed to take us to the thieves again, but for now we need to rest." *Neothen puts his wand in its holding place.*

[Oren]

*With a small flash of light, Oren turns back into a human. Where the monster had got her there was a large gash in her side. The blood had stopped comming from the wound, but it needed a lot of attendance. She grits her teeth and gently pours some medicated water over it. This makes it turn purple, then red. She takes out a peice of cloth and wraps it around the wound, making sure it is secure. Then she looks to the company*
"We should rest deeper in the woods, or someplace where we will not be found so easily. Here is not a good place, plus I don't have much food and will be needing more soon... Oh, and Lolik, here this water will help take away the poison"
*She tosses the bottle to him*

[munchkin]

*Ganfred limps over to Oren to see if she is alright. His leg is still kinda hurting from the fight.* "Are you ok? Do you need any help? I can get help easily. Lolik and Kell helped me when I was hurt. Maybe they can help you. *Ganfred turns to Lolik and Kell.* "Is seems to be that Oren has been hurt from where the monster got her. Is there anything that you two can do to help her in any way?" *Ganfred turns back to Oren.* "Is there anyhing I can get you? Anything at all?"

[Kellivara]

*looks sympathicly at Oren* "here, this should help ease the pain, and drive out the poison" *tosses a bottle of scented water to Oren, and another one to Ganfred* "drink this as the pain comes"

[Neothen]

"I think we'll be fine right here. The thieve's have fled further away and our other enemys have run to their master." *Neothen, makes himself a nice spot to sleep.*

[Oren]

Ganfred, friend, it's quite alright. I'll live. I hope.... *She sighs* I do not need anything, how about you? *She smiles, her face seems happy for once on this trip. She sets the bottle that Kell tosses to her, beside her. She then turns to Neothen* neothen... I don't think it's wize to stay here...I can sense something will be comming back...Please, lets move to the woods.... *She says, a bit desperatly*

[Phenix]

"i'll scout ahead" Phenix said " bring my hose with you as you follow" he said before he ran into the woods

[Kellivara]

*walks up to Phenix's horse and make sure it does not try to follow its master*

[Neothen]

"If Phenix spots trouble then we'll move into the forest."

[Oren]

*Oren nods her head, but then looks away. She knows there is something out there, and she wished they would listen to her, but they would just have to face yet another thing...*

[Phenix]

after a wille Phenix returned to the comany:

" I didn't see anything but I have a unhappy felling about this entire place... anyway, I found a cave not far from here, it's easy to defend and big enoth for al of us"

[Neothen]

"Sounds good, we'll stay there for the night." *Neothen picked up his things.*

[Kellivara]

*Kell whistled for Sirree to follow, then explained the situation to her father* *Kell's father got up and whistled to his own horse*

Kell: "shall we be going then?"

[Mablung]

Lolik drifted in and out of consciousness during the whole conversation. Then shaking his head he brought out some herbs with a pedestal and bowl then mixes a paste and paints it over his wounds. Immediately feeling better he calls his horse like the others and waits to be lead to the cave.

[Neothen]

*Neothen mounts his horse and then talks to Phenix.* "Lead us to the cave."

[Kellivara]

*Kell swings onto Sirree's back, ready to follow*

"I'll follow a few paces behind, to make sure nothing follows and no one falls behind"

[Oren]

*Oren is up and on her horse as soon as she can. Then she follows Phenix to the caves. It is damp, but will suit them well. She takes her horse to the back of the cave, where she lies down for the night. Oren stays back there with her, staying close to her horses warm body. She also tends to her wounds. During the night, it begins to bleed several times. She knows she cannot loose much more blood or death could come to her. She tries to hide it as best as she can though*

[Kellivara]

*Kell speaks to her father for a moment, then moves to the back of the cave to keep watch there, for from the smell of the cave, this wall was not the end of it.....*

*Kell walks over to Oren as her father keeps watch at the front of the cave and sees the strained look on Oren's face*
"Are you OK Oren?"

[Mablung]

Lolik slumped against the wall in a deep slumber the herbs from earlier forming artificial scabs over his wounds to prevent blood loss. His hand is resting on his sword however still ready if something should happen.

[Oren]

*She looks up at Kellivara* yes, I am ok...Thank you for all your concerns...I really apperciate it...

[Kellivara]

"of course. If you need anything, LET ME KNOW, ok? I'll be on watch at the back of the cave all night, my father at the front, so don't worry too much, ok?"


"that goes for everyone, if you guys need anything, all you have to do is ask, k?"

[Neothen]

*Neothen gathers a bit of wood and spews fire from his hand lighting up the cave. He lays out his weapons and takes out a small orb. Neothen looks into it and starts speaking softly as if he is whispering to somebody.*

[Oren]

*Oren watches Neothen for a while, wondering what he is doing...but with her not having sleep for a couple days and loosing os much blood, she soon drifts off to sleep. Her dreams are frightening and gruesome, and in the night she wakes up sweaty and her breathing comming in sharp.*

[Kellivara]

*Kell jumps as Oren sits straight up suddenly*

"Are you all right?" *Kell sees a familiar look in Oren's eyes and understands* "Here, this will help calm your dreams. Keep it" *Kell hands Oren a bottle with scented water in it and....quite oddly, a tiny silver flame right in the middle of the water* "Just keep it near you when you sleeps, it's not 100% perfect, but it will at least help"

[Neothen]

*Neothen looked deeper into the orb seeing the counsil of Doroth. Men sit at a table starring into another orb.
"Neothen: friends, it turns out that the ring of the ancients has been stolen and others are after it.
Gillmar: Truely Neothen you call yourself a king.
Neothen: Watch your tongue Gillmar.
Molfred: Do you want us to send a small group of men to retrieve it?
Neothen: No if you do that then we might start a war with demonic creatures.
Canan: If you have any trouble then we'll send an escort to protect you.
Neothen: No, I already recruted some people to help me. I'll talk to you again in a week." *Neothen puts the orb back in his pocket and goes to bed.*

[sauronbill]

Not far from there two dark figures reunited in the dark:the demon and the dark shaman(the boss from the small creatures remember?).
"Did you got them?",asked the demon
"I got them right here",said the shaman at the time that he showed a small bottle in which there were three little grey worms.
"Perfect, when will they reach full size?
"In the morning like i told you, nobody have ever scape the grey worms." said the shaman at the time he made three halls on the ground. Then he put each worm in one hall.
"They'll have a surprise when they wake up,"said the demon smiling, then he opened the red portal."Want a lift?"he asked to the shaman.
"Sure,"said the shaman at the time they both entered the portal.

[Kellivara]

IC: *Kellivara's father called over to her, and motioned for her to come to him* *Kellivara's face fell suddenly when her father whispered something to her in drow, and she said something very offensive back to him* *Kell's father said something in a commanding voice with a force behind it that warned her not to argue with him, and Kellivara hung her head and walked over to where Neothen slept and shook him awake*

"Neothen, I am afraid that my father has demanded that I return to my home in Menzoberanzzan for a few weeks, but I will still be able to help you"

*at the confused look on Neothen's face, Kellivara continued...*

"I have one charm for each of my seven allies, each with a slightly different bit of my powers. But they are very limited charms in the way of power, each can only be used a few times....and each time they are used my powers are temporarily drained."

"I will leave them in your possession until the morning, when you can hand them out to everyone. I have four elemental charms: fire, water, earth, and wind. One telekenesis charm. One summoning charm. One healing charm. The healing charm is slightly more multi-use than the others. The fire elemental charm sends fireballs flying at your opponent, wind charm sends gusts of wind stong enough to send your opponent flying about fifty feet, earth charm will make the earth under the foe rise up in spikes, and the earth above them rain down in shards, and finally, the water charm sends a spiral of water to engulf and drown the enemy. All elemental charms can only be used as many as three times. The telekenesis charm is rather obvious, it gives the user the ability to move thing with their mind, for instance throwing an enemy or retrieving a dropped weapon. The telekenesis charm can be used up to three times as well. The summoning charm holds the ability to summon a friend on mine's dragon, to fight on your side, for up to 15 minutes, and the dragon will then return to Menzoberanzzan. If the dragon is badly injured, it will return to me to be healed. This charm as well may be used up to three times. Last but definitly not least, the healing charm. The healing charm has the ability to bring someone back to optimum health even after being mortally wounded, but mind you, please tell whoever you see fit to bestow it upon to only use it in a dyer emergency, for there are other members in the party with healing powers. The healing charm may be used as many as five times however. And if you are wondering why I have not used all of these powers before, it is because some of it is borrowed power, the dragon summoning for instance, is the power of my friend. And the others ARE my powers, but mine are not that strong, the powers of the charms with my powers are being enhanced by my father.......and now I must leave you all, tell the others I said farewell....." *Kell finished her sentence just as her father opened the portal to go back to Menzoberanzzan* *"Goodbye everyone." she whispered to her sleeping allies as she stepped through the portal*

*Neothen said farewell and laid down the charms. He then thought of the ones he can use by himself. Then he took the healing charm and laid it by Oren. Neothen then waited for morning so he could pass out the others.*

Lolik stretched waking up then walked over to Neothen. "Did she actually give a reason why she had to go back home this time or did she just complain about her father again? I heard her yelling at him last night Im suprised they didn't hear it 3 miles from here."

[Neothen]

"Everyone has different problems so I don't think it is our business to ask. Pick a charm and I think you should pick an Element."

[Mablung]

"It could be our bloody heads it is our business besides females are the dominant ones in Drow society so I hardly understand why hes bossing her around usually even the fathers are considered lesser than the daughter. Something odd about it all." Then he reached out and took the Summoning charm believing it would be more use to him. Then he put it around his neck and began to roll up his things.

[Oren]

*Oren sat at the mouth of the cave, rolling the carm around in her palm. She would miss Kell but atleast she would be beack. She didn't quite understand why she had to kep going like this, and she pondered the wuestion for a while. Then she got up and helped the others pack up the sleeping gear.*
"Where are we off to next, Neothen?"
*She asked him tieing her own blanket back onto the horses saddle*

[Neothen]

"After everyone has a charm Phenix will track down the thieves." *Neothen feels something grab his leg.*

Neothen turned around to see a worm ,twice the size of a man, grabbing his right leg. The worm lift him up and threw him hard against the wall of the cave. When the others tried to help him two other worms came out from underground to join the fight. These two were as big as the first. One of them grab Oren(now in bear form) and bitted her in the shoulder. The other grabbed Phenix. Lolik cut the worm that was holding Phenix in half and then turned around to the other. Phenix looked at the dead worm, and for his surprise another worm formed from the cutted half. Now there were four worms, Phenix was really surprised at this. He didn't knew that the Grey Worms can't be kill by cutting them, or else another worm will come out. Phenix interrupted his thoughts to defend himself from these inmortal worms....

"Oh... thats no good. Luckily I don't have to slice." Lolik then took a torch they were using for light in the dark and bludgeoned the worm holding Oren with it. It knocked Oren loose and set the beast on fire. "Get out of the cave then someone use the Earth Charm to cave it in on top of them!"

[Neothen]

Neothen lifted his hand and froze a worm infront of him. "Don't use anything sharp."

[Mablung]

"The only way to beat something like this is to crush them and we need lots of rock to do that so get out and someone bring this whole thing down!" He yelled as he smashed the worm again with his brand.

[Neothen]

"As you wish," Neothen said aiming his wand at a cliff above the cave where they had sleped the night erlier. He shot a big black sphere at the cliff knocking down large bolders and crushing two worms.

[Oren]

*Oren jumps up after the worm had let go of her. She quickly runs to the back of the cave and snaps at the horses so they run out of the cave*
"C'mon!! We have to get out of here before the whole place falls down!!"

[Mablung]

Lolik ran past Oren to one of the remaining worms about to bite her again. He used his sword to pierce through the mouth up into the skull of the beast before sliding it out not cutting off anything for the worm to multiply with then stuck the torch into the hole he had made.

As the company battled the gray worms, two dark eyes peered out at them from the cover of darkness. But the darkness was not natural. It was pure, unbreakable darkness, which no gaze of any mortal creature could pierce. Indeed, when it wished, it was as invisible as the wind, but it's presence could always be felt.

Beyond the reach of mortal minds, in a realm we're few ever ventured, its thoughts could be heard.

" They are brave, each according to his own kindred. Yet they will fall. For they are doomed beyond their comprehension. Fire and darkness will overcome them all, and their souls will be crushed in an everlasting inferno. Their is only one who has the power to redeem them, and his mind will not be turned here. For evil will conquer, and their time will pass... "

[Neothen]

Neothen looked at all the dead worms infront of the company. "Well I think we should move on."

[Oren]

-Oren looks at all the worms and holds her breath-
"Yeah, I want to get out of here as soon as possible..."
-Oren notices that her horse had run away, and she had no way of moving. She keeps in bear form and walks with the company through the woods. Then she smells something in the trees. She stops and sniffs the air...-

[Kellivara]

"What is it Oren?" Neothen asked. He looks around but sees nothing.

[Oren]

There's something in the woods... I think we're being followed...
-she walks twords the woods a bit-

"Does it have a particular smell," Neothen said stopping the group.

yes... it smells like.... like... I'm not sure I guess.... I think it's some sort of animal... or something....

Lolik catches a bit of smell on the wind. "Yes, nothing I have ever smelled before... that I can remember at any rate."

Neothen looks into the woods but sees no animal. The smell gets stronger and fouler. "It must be a skunk," Neothen said holding his nose.

[Oren]

-shrugs and turns from the woods, every now and then catching a hint of the aroma. Still, not sure if that's what it is....-

The city of Glorath was full of mercenaries, hunters , and of course many many merchants. You could say it was one of those transit cities. In Glorath you could get everything from evrywhere. Even the dark forces were welcome sometimes, if they had something worth to sell. The city was in constant movement, even at night. In that city the great hunter Orion lived. He had hunt every kind of creature that yu could imagine, but he had been out of the job for a few months now. Orion was a tall man in his early 30's now that made an obsession of hunting every kind of animal and beast that he heard of. In just a few years he became one of the most famous hunters in those lands. But it's fair to say that he never was a rich man. Because more than hunting he prefered to collect. That's why he had a great collection of most of the creatures he hunted. That morning a strange man covered in a brown cloath entered Orion's house.
"Greetings Orion,"said the man smiling,"I am in need of your services."
" I don't think i have ever seen you in Glorath before,"said Orion," besides that i don't do much for money anymore. I dedicate to collect now.'
"That's why i have brought you a gift my friend', said the man
"I am not your friend,'said Orion. He never trusted anyone,"and what kind of gift would a man like you give me?
"i am afraid i am much more than a man, if you come with me i'll show you the greatest beast you'll ever hunt,"said the man smiling. The demon knew that he had reached into Orion's heart. Orion missed the hunt very much, and any challenge of hunting excited Orion.
"Very well,"said Orion,"show me that beast you presume so much." And a second later Orion picked up all of his weapons and nets that he ever used for hunting. Just then the man in the brown cloak opened a red portal. Orion was surprised.
"Are you some kind of wizard?"
"Ohh, i am much more than that, my friend. Here is the first half of your pay."And he handed Orion a bag full of gold coins. Then they both entered the portal and they appeared in somekind of dark forest. There Orion saw more than thirty orcs, all of them riding in wolves, two trolls and a tall man ridding some kind of lion.
"What is all this?" asked Orion
"The beast is being guarded by a powerful company. They will try to protect her. This company of mine will divert them while you hunt the beast. "
"I am curious what is this beast?"
"It's a beorning. 'said the man in the brown cloak smiling.
"A beorning? I've never heard of such a beast"
"It's human and bear at the same time. Here see it for yourself." The demon took out a small red ball, and a second later Oren appeared in the ball moving talking, and changing into the bear she was.
"She is beautifull,"said Orion,"but still a beast. I am sure she will make a great part of my collection, once i have hunt her."
"That's the spirit," said the man in the brown cloath smiling,'there are two horses ready for you back there. Tomorrow you will depart. Good luck...
"i won't need it,"said Orion turning and heading toward the horses. The demon then took his true shape and went to the man riding the lion. "Keep an eye on him,"said the demon,"when he catch that girl, see that he kill her. If not, kill them both." The man ridding the lion made a reverence to his master. Then the demon opened the portal and dissapeared....

[Oren]

OOC: you've got it out for me I swear! :D

IC: -Oren kept walking untill her legs wouldn't carry her anymore. She stopped to rest for a moment-
"I can't go on much farther without rest..."
-She leaned up against a tree, while the others set up a small camp. She still smelt that horrid smell, and decided it must be something following them.-
"Neothen? Something is following us, sir. It's not an animal..."

[Neothen]

Neothen looked around and could see a few figures in the woods. "You're right," Neothen said. "We are in danger, arm yourselves!" Neothen unsheathed his sword and prepared for the most blood shed of the day.

[Oren]

-Oren sighs and gets up, standing next to Neothen, who has his sword drawn-
"Great, I get two moments of rest, and now I have to battle...."
-She is silent, watching the woods for any movement. The or four people, or what she thought were people, were moving around. They look as though they were hesatating before the attack. She couldn't imagine why, now would be the best time, while they were all tired... She beared her teeth, and waited for the first strike...-

[Kellivara]

OOC: otayz, now that it's starting up again, I'll join shortly after this battle, lol, just don't forget I'm not there and accidently add me into the battle:rolleyes: newayz, since it seems like it's gonna be a big battle, u should probably use the charms, lol, and sowwy if this seems demanding.......

"Are you ready?"asked the man in the lion to Orion.
"I am ready,"said Orion,"just entertain them and i'll do the rest."
"Good, then let's do it,"said the man in the lion. He was a Catmaster. The Catmaster are profesional assasins that work for the dark forces, they are very uncommon in these lands. But they are easy to find if you know where to look. The lion he was ridding was actually a Manticore. Manticores are like lions except that their tales is shaped like that of a scorpion, and also is poisoned. One single cut and you'll die in little time if they don't attend you fast. Two more assasins had joined. They were shredders. Shredders are expert assasins that throw sharp and poisoned doble blades to their opponents. The thirty orcs prepared, they were armed with scimitars, mazes, and all of them had nets. They were ansious to start the attack.
"All right listen up,"said the Catmaster to his company," As soon as Orion grab the bear-girl we took off. Don't kill the one they call Neothen, but if you can kill all the others, please do...." Then they all moved toward the place where the company was. The Catmaster started the attack. He was armed with a large bow and magical fire arrows. The Catmaster shoot an arrow toward the middle of the company, the arrow landed in the land creating a fire explosion and scaring the company. Right away the orcs starting to attack. While the shredders throw the blades toward Phenix, the Catmaster prepared another arrow and this time he pointed toward Neothen......

[Mablung]

Lolik saw the large poisoned lion with all the orcs and began to panic. But as he was fighting the orcs he felt a burning on his chest which was the charm he had gotten earlier burning. He grabbed the summoning charm and began to mutter words that seemed to flow from the piece. Down from the skies soon came a large dragon that knelt in front of him. He got onto it's back a bit baffled then drew his bow and began firing on the orcs while the dragon burned them. Then they both swooped in towards the cat master the dragon burning any arrows that the assassin shot before they reached them.

[Oren]

-Oren took a deep breath, and charged at the oncomming orcs. She tore their hides, killing them as fast as she could. The taste of orc blood filled her mouth. She spit it out when ever possible. Oren then saw one of the shredders throwing blades at Phenix, she went to aid him. She jumped on the shredder from behind, ripping her claws through his fresh flesh. She smiled a bit in victory, but moved on the the next, doing the same to him. Human and orc blood spilled all over the feild. Once Oren had killed the two shredders, she changed into a human, and continued to slay the orcs with her long blade. Its blade cutting through their skins with ease, and ringing through the crisp air when she pulled it from them. Once she decided that it was much easier to kill the orcs in bear form, she changd back and began ripping them apart with tooth and claw. She did not notice the man aiming for Neothen or a hunter in the woods, aiming a large bow at her...-

[Neothen]

Neothen didn't see the arrow until it was on its course. Neothen suddenly for some reason raised his sword. The arrow hit his sword and acted strangly. The arrow burst into little pieces. Neothen charged forward and seemded to disapear for a slight second and reapeared behind the catmaster. The cat turned around and clawed Neothen. It missed and Neothen killed the cat. Its master now had a blade in his hand and Neothen ingaged in a fencing competition(SP).

The blood of the shredders and seven orcs covered the fiery land, but that didn't mean victory. The Catmaster was furious now for the death of his pet. But he knew he could not defeat Neothen by sword. Instead he took out a formula out of his bag and throw it to Neothen. A big fire explosion continued next, nocking out Neothen. The Catmaster never had intention of killing him, he just put it out of the way. Neothen received a bad burn in his arm and his chest, and pain covered his body for a while. The Catmaster went toward the Manticore, and gave her some kind of violet formula to drink. A momment later the Manticore got up. Manticores are minnions of the hell, and can be revived by the taste blood of a Crouk( strange animals which blood can bring life back to several beasts, not only Manticores, but almost any kind of cat or lion.).Oren continued aiming at the orcs that now runned away from her in fear. Then two arrows striked Oren in the back, but none of the wounds were mortals. Oren gave a large scream, and fell to the floor. She tried to get up, but then a dard flew right toward her neck striking her. All of the weapons had a special paralizing poison, and also a formula to make even the stronger beast sleep. Oren felt her muscles relax, and in a few second she couldn't practically move. Just then Orion appeared. His two horses carried a large net big enough to catch a bear bigger than Oren easily. Orion swinged the huge net and throw it with a perfect force. Oren felt the net hit her shoulders. Just then two orc raiders came by and throw her a couple of nets also. Orion tied all the nets to the horses and mounted in one of them.
"Hya!!,"said Orion at the time the two horses started to run toward the forest. Oren couldn't feel nothing else and she fell sleep at the time the two horses took her out. Neothen saw her friend being taking by the hunter. He tried to get up but one of the orcs hit him with a club in the shoulder, making him stay down. Lolik tried to help Oren, but before he could move one troll grabbed the dragon from behind. The dragon wasn't too big so the troll could grab him fine. Just then two riders came to Lolik swinging their scimitars. Lolik managed to get out of the way of one, but the other hurt him badly in the arm. Lolik fell to the floor, blood coming out of his left arm. The rider stood over him and the wolf bited him in the belly. But just then a horn was heard. The attack had been a success. The Catmaster blew the horn one more time and took off. All the orcs riders did the same, and the troll knock out the dragon with strong hit. In less than a second all the minions that had been atacking dissapeared, and the camp was now full of fire dead orcs and shreders, and sadness of loosing a friend......

Orion woke up, in some hidden part of the forest. Her two legs had been chained to a tree. She was still in bear form, and still her muscles fell weak. She glanced up and saw the man that had separated her from her friends. Orion was preparing a fire, and glanced at her with respect and fascinated.
"Greetings,"he said," I am Orion the best hunter of Glorath. It's an honor to meet you...... What's your name, and where do you come from? Are there more like you?"

[Neothen]

Neothen had taken the most damage and he was in no position to track down the creatures who took Oren. Neothen did the best he could to heal himself. He looked quite pale when he was finished. He put on an extra pare of robes and threw away the burnt ones. He felt like calling for reinforcements, but it would be to late by the time they got there. Neothen looked at the company who was also nursing their wounds. "Don't worry about Oren, I have a way to find her. In our previous travels I gave her a wiseman stone. We can track it when we are finished with our wounds." Neothen looked towards the direction of where Oren had been taken. "Lumar!" Neothen yelled. A small blue line appeared on a trail. This was the wiseman stones magic which was left behind.

[Kellivara]

*Kellivara had been watching the events from where she sat in her room in Menzoberanzzan, and yelled out when she saw what had happened. Kellivara then demanded an immediate council with her father, who eventually agreed to let her return to the surface a little early*

*a portal opened a little ways behind the hunter's camp, just far enough to be out of sight, and Kell stepped out, closing it behind her*

*Kell sat out of sight, intently watching what what going on. She planned to follow Oren and the hunter. If he even dared try anything.......................*

*Kell closed her eyes and concentrated with all her mind, and the charm Oren had recieved only a few nights ago now began to glow a light blue, just bright enough to catch her eye, and just long enough to attract her attention, but not enough to catch anyone else's attention. Kell crept around the camp to the side where Oren was being held, still far out of sight in the shadows of the trees, and when Oren was looking in her direction, Kell flashes her eyes to crimson red for half a moment, just long enough for Oren to see. She hoped Oren had understood........*

[Neothen]

Neothen was almost ready to go and the others were done with there wounds. "There are to many orcs and other creatures in order to just go in their camp and fight our way to oren. I fave a plan, when we get there all af us will split up and suround the camp. We will then set up as many torches around the camp as possible. Those with bows and arrows will be usfull on this particular mission. When everything is set up then I will light all of the torches with my magic making it look like there's an army around the camp. Then the orcs will become frantic and in all the chaos we will charge in on all sides. They won't be able to get in formation making them helpless. If any of you have any ideas on how to improve this plan then tell me on the way there." Neothen got up and waited for any suggestions.

[Oren]

-Oren looked up at the man, and glared at him. She did not speak. She could feel the cuffs around her ankles, stining her legs. She tried to move a bit, but she didn't have much movemnt in her feet-
"What have ypou done to me? Why did you take me? WHAT HAVE I DONE?" -she cried out. Her legs her bad, and she was extremely tired. A tear ran down her cheek. Then she remembered the wizemans stone. She searched for it, but she couldn't find it anywhere. Then she mumbled to herself-
"Great, now I'm in for..."

[sauronbill]

"Please, calm down,"said Orion with almost a paternal voice."Don't worry you are save here with me.....You can't even imagine how wonderfull it is to meet you. Never in all my life of hunting a beast has spoke to me like you are doing it right now. It is a great honor to meet you..... Don't panic, you haven't done anything, and i won't do anything to you if that's what you are worried about. There was a man that hired me to hunt you, and kill you. He paid well, but I never said i accepted his offer. I said i would hunt you, and that's what i did, nobody can say that Orion failed. But my business with you is another matter. Since the first time i saw you i said to myself that i had to have you..... I don't mean have you ,as a woman(for i know you are bear and human together.), but have you as a beast.....I'll take you to my city and you will be my special pet. You'll have everything you desire, riches, all kinds of servants and food. Everything, i will take you away from all this, from all your enemies and all those friends of yours that put you in great danger. You are a precious creature and you should be treated like one. You will be the star of my city....'The beast that is human and bear at the time. Come and see it" ....How that sound? Wouldn't you like to be treated like a princess? Please think about it , and then you can give me your answer. Here i made you some food. You need your strength for the trip to Glorath is long...."After saying this Orion handed to Oren a dish with a big piece of juicy buffalo meat......

[Oren]

-she listens to all the things he tells her she can have and then she looks up at him-
So, you think that I am some sort of attraction... Something that people will pay big money to come stare and pinch and poke me... would you like that?
-she turns down the food again and lays on the ground for a while, then she begins to take her human form, slipping from the bindings that only her large bear paws could hold. She stood up and brushed the dirt from her long cloak-
"But I guess I have no choice.... you will kill me if I do not come..."
-She looked up at him with sad eyes and then turned to the trees-

[Kellivara]

*as Kell watched from the shadows, she was becoming even more worried, and she began to wonder if Oren had seen her signal. She edged closer to the camp, inch by inch. If Oren tried to escape, she would be very nearby to help her.....and if she did not, then she would follow Oren and her captor, ready to kill all who tried to harm her. The part about the hunter's employer was what worried her........ something was not right..... and if the hunter did not comply to his employers demands, things could get very messy............*

[sauronbill]

Orion was really impressed by Oren's transformation. He had never seen anything like it. "They won't poke you and pinch you, I promise you that. But they will sure pay big money to see you. Please reconsider the offer. Don't make me treat you like a beast and obligue you to go to my city. Because if you refuse i will surely will..... But you are wrong in one thing. I won't kill you if you refuse, i could never kill a precious creature like you. All the opposite, i am doing the best i can so that you don't get kill. Why can't you see that?"Orion handed her the food one more time....

[Oren]

-She still faces the trees, avoiding the food. Then she saw something moving. She figured it was one of the man's henchman, but then she saw Kell's eyes glint. Her eyes widened a bit. She decided not to say anything, she turned back to the man, with her amrs crossed-
"Fine, I will go with you... But I must ask, what is your name?"

[sauronbill]

" I already told you before,"said Orion smiling. He was happy that Oren had decided to come along with him(also he didn't trust her much, but it was a start at least)."I am Orion the greatest hunter from the city of Glorath. And what is your name? Are there more like you?"
"Hunter!!!"said a horrible voice that came from behind them. Orion, Oren and Kellivara(oculted in the bushes) turned to the man that had spoken. There was the Catmaster riding his lion and with a look of dissapointment toward Orion. He spoked again but this time more calmed."Hunter, what are you doing?"
"How did you find me? I was sure i didn't left any trails for your company to follow,"said Orion with a voice that revealed his fear. However he was willing to die for his price.
"My master told me to keep an eye on you", said the Catmaster. Now his eyes went toward Oren."It seems to me that he was right.....What are you planning to do with her?"
"I am planning to take her with me,"said Orion. He picked up his bow and his arrows, and a couple of daggers, for he knew where this was going to end up. "Away from you, and your master."
"That wasn't the deal, hunter,"said the Catmaster, his eyes faced Orion's look." You were suppose to kill her. We paid you for that, and nothing more."
"I never agreed to that deal,"said Orion and a momment later he took out the bag of gold coins and threw it on the floor. "There is your money, you can keep it. I don't care. I would never kill such a precious creature. Not for all the gold in the world.'
"Hunter,"said the Catmaster smiling," if the only problem is that you can't kill her, I can take care of that for you..."after saying this the Catmaster took one of his magic arrows. But as soon as he touched the feathers, Orion had already his bow ready to shoot.
"I wouldn't do that if i were you,"said Orion,"i am taking her with me, and if you dare to stop me i will kill you. "The Catmaster smiled then, but he retired his hand from his arrow.
"You have dig your own grave hunter,"said the Catmaster,"all for a simple beast. But if that's the way you wanted, then so be it."

Orion felt a chill behind his back. He shoot the arrow toward the Catmaster and turned around really quicly to face two shredders that had been following him from the attack. He fighted them with difficultly , armed with his daggers. " Run, Bear, run," said Orion to Oren with desperation at the time he defended himself from the shredders. Oren was still too weak from the drug, and she couldn't do anything. The Catmaster avoided Orion's arrow, that landed on a tree close to him. The Catmaster picked the arrow and shooted with his bow toward Orion. The arrow striked Orion in the neck before he could do anything, and that was the end of Orion, the greatest of the hunters from Glorath. Orion gave one last look at Oren at the time he fell to the ground and gave his last sight. Then he died. The laugh of the Catmaster was heard in the forest, and at that momment three more shredders appeared. The five shredders surrounded Oren at a distance safe enough, so that if she would transform in bear. They would have time to throw their blades. The Catmaster advanced toward her, but always keeping the distance. "Looks like I'll have the pleasure to kill you after all", he said smiling. He took out one of his magic arrows and pointed at her."Any last words, beast? I for got beast don't talk. Well, good bye" , he said laughing. The shredders laughed with him, at the time the Catmaster prepared to release the arrow.....

[Oren]

I am no beast.... I am a normal human being... I just am better than you... That is the only reason you want to get rid of me...
-She glared at him, her arms still crossed. She tried to keep her voice steady, but she couldn't help it from shaking a bit with fear. The whole time she prayed that Kellivara would come to her rescue...-

[Kellivara]

*just as Oren finished speaking, she caught a glimpse of shadowed movement directly above her, on the edge of the firelight.*

*with a flash of red eyes, Kellivara swung down from a branch directly above Oren (although she still hung on the brach by her knees) and grabbed Oren by the wrists, dragging her up onto the branch*

"Oren, we must hurry, I cannot fight them all at once" Kell said as she twitched her wrists and two daggers flew into the skulls of two of the shredders, and they fell to the ground*

*When Kell turned back and saw Oren ready to fall off, she realized the drug had still not lost it's affect, so she lifted Oren in her arms and sprung high enough into the branches that her enemies could not see which direction the fled, before veering off in another direction*

*after a while of sprinting through trees, Kell stopped, sure of safety, if only momentarily, and set Oren down on one of the thicker branches*

"Aye, we're both very lucky you were not in bear form when I lifted you into the trees, for if you were, I would not have been able to lift you onto the branches" *Kell hands Oren a vial* "This will counteract the drug they have given you, I brought it from Menzoberanzzan. Although it may take up to an hour to work completely, depending on how much of the drug they have given you, for I did not bring the anti-drug in great amount"

*Kell rests against the tree trunk on another branch, as Oren took the medicine from the vial and did the same on the branch she was resting on*

"We should be safe here for at least 2 hours. After that we will have to get out of here though. Can you move quickly through trees? Or must we go more slowly? Either way is fine, but we must leave sooner if we must make slow progress"

*Kell sat quietly resting against the tree trunk as she awaited Oren's response*

[Oren]

-Oren sighed relief-
"You couldn't have come any later!"
-Oren said sarcastically and then she smiled-
"I'll need to rest for a while, and about the tree's... "
-She looked down in fear and immediatly looked up, bracing herself against a branch-
"Slowly will probably the way... God, I hate heights... "
-Then she slowly sat down in the nook of a tree, closing her eyes, and feeling her legs slowly come back. She then remembered Orion. She felt a pang of guilt. She wondered why these people were after her! She wondered if she should go back to burry him, after all, he didn't kill her like he promised to...-

The Catmaster and the shredders were surprised by Kellivara's attack. The Catmaster had shot one of his arrows to the tree but he had failed. The two shredders that were hit by Kellivara's knifes were bad hurt, but not dead. They received attention inmediatly by their comrades and in less than ten minutes they were ready to go.
"Curse you, creatures, "said the Catmaster furious now. Then he screamed to the night. "Damn the day i accepted to chase this company. Tonight i make a new vow, I'll spend the rest of my days hunting you two down. I don't care if it takes me 100 years, or 1000. Sooner or later i will catch you two, and next time i won't fail again. Shredders begin tracking them.."
"Now? In the night?"said one of the shredders."It's possible(shredders are very good trackers), but it will take the double of time. Besides the creature that saved her looked like somekind of elve. Elves can be very difficult to catch in a forest. "
"But she will be carying the bear-thing,"said the Catmaster furious. "She still must be weak from the drug the hunter gave her. That will slow them down. Common let's not waste time, they can't be too far.....But i'll alert the rest of the company to keep their eyes open...."And after this the shredders begin tracking Oren and Kellivara, while the Catmaster sounded his horn three times and then in the distance, three more horns answered back. Then the Catmaster joined the shredders in the hunt......

[Neothen]

Neothen suddenly heard the horns in the distance. He bacame worried and dash off following the blue light that had appeared when he recited his spell. The company soon cought up with Neothen, but the found him leaning on the ground picking up a small blue stone connected to a necklace. Neothen put the stone in his pocket and turned to the company. "Forget the plan, We don't stop until Oren is safe and those minions are dead." Neothen turned to where the horns had blown. "We will go in the direction of the horns. They will be sorry they ever messed with us. Move out!"

-Oren then opened her eyes. She looked down from the trees, as if searching for something.-
"Did you hear that? They are looking for us still... We should keep moving... I think I can walk for a while..."

[Kellivara]

*as Oren began moving to get up, Kell grabbed her arm and whispered with a commanding voice* "NO! If we move now, they will see us for sure! wait until they pass, for if you look carefully you can see that the ground underneath us is not ground at all--it is moving. Half of their company has already passed, Now we must be silent until they have gone by.


~~~about 15 minutes later~~~

*Kellivara stood up slowly and motioned Oren to follow*
"we will go back this way, the opposite of the way they are going." *Kellivara began immediatly to pick out a path of the branches that were closest together and higher up with her eyes, and as soon as Oren was standing beside her, she began to walk that path, and it seemes that Oren was following at this slower speed rather easily, so Kell kept with this pace.*

*after a while, probably a half of an hour, Kell spotted something moving in the distance "Oren, stay here." she said as she sprand from branch to branch, getting slowly lower as she went. When she stopped, her face just about lit up with relief, this was no evil company, this was Neothen and the rest of the party. Kell sped up her pace, and was quickly on the ground, about 10 yards behind the party*

*as she walked up to the group, to avoid being attacked because she surprised them, she called out to them.*

"Neothen!" as the turned around to look at her with surprise looks on their faces, she continued "I saw what was going on, and came back from Menzzo a bit ahead of schedule. And yes, the charms still work now that I am here, even more so actually. Anyway, Oren is safe, I will go get her now, but she is still a little tired, although I have given her an anti-drug. It may take about 20 minutes to get back down here with her, can u stay here until then?" *Kell waited for an answer a bit impatiently, she did not like leaving Oren alone, and as soon as she got an answer (Yes they could wait here for them) she jumped back up into the trees and sprang up the branches as fast as she could and did not slow her speed until she reached Oren*

"Oren!" she whispered with obvious relief in her voice "Neothen and the others are just below us and to our left about 10 yards. they have agreed to wait for us, but we must hurry, I don't much like the idea of staying in these woods as long as they are searching for us."

*and at that Kell and Oren started down the branches towards their companions....................
