I am making it a new rule as of now that if any member is inactive in Heren Istarion for over a month without an excuse will be cleaned out (booted). You can rejoin after a week of being booted. I am learning of people who joined the guild to get their posts up and who dont take it seriously and there are those who posted once and never again...

If you are to be absent from the guild for any amount of time over than a month from Heren Istarion please say why in this guild. Mithrandir and Ellessar have been excused already.

I am currently being bogged down by exams. :o The next available time I will have to post might not be until January 8th. I'm going to try and take a hiatus for that about-a-month period of time and then I will do my best to re-activate myself within the HI Guild.

Many thanks and kudos to you all.

I am waiting for Assassin Training to begin and I think Galdor is doing it. He said he would try to have it up at the beginning of the week, last week. So, I'm just wondering if there is any way we could speed things along a little bit.

That sounds like a good rule, Anamatar; it will encourage people to keep this guild alive and active. :)

It's truly a pity that some have joined merely to raise their post count. This is a serious guild, and those participating in it cannot treat it as a spamming place.

Just so all trainees know, training is slightly delayed because of the upcoming debates. Everything will be up and running eventually. I would refrain from removing anyone, An, because (like Celebrian) they might be waiting for thier training to commence.

about a month or so ago I sent pms to 4 inactive members. 3 returned the pm:

1 said he would be less active and to take his name off the list if he wished

2 said they would trry to be more active

And the last one I see by message tracking has not read my pm-meaning they have not been on the board in a while.

I took 4 names off the list but 1 was a member who resigned and I had forgotten to take off the list. The two who I have mentioned in this post and one more who brought it upon his/her self with words.

Celebrien, I am sorry that I havn't started the assassin training yet, I know you must be getting impatiant. And no, there is no way to speed things up, I have been totally bogged down with school work this last week, and will be until the end of this week. I will do my very best to start it ether this weekend, or this next week, but I can't make any promises.

Don't worry about it Galdor, if you can't make your deadline I understand. I was just making sure I wasn't removed from the list for not participating.

Celebrien-there are more ways to participate:

A)-We have an rp simulator. Give that a try

B)-I am expecting posts from everyone (besides trainers/gc members) on the rp trraining thread. That is required. If I dont see a post I can always assume that there is an inactive member...

Yes, pleeeeeeeeeeeease try the RP simulator. I may be new, but it helps to do it for the practice.

Plus, I am the only one that does it... :(

So lonely...
