Mablung is a Ranger, no?

you are correct:

Mablung - A soldier of Faramir and Ranger of the land of Ithilien during the last years of the Third Age, encountered by Frodo and Sam on their journey to Cirith Ungol.
Do you know who plays him...cuz if you did you could look him up on the internet.

I don't know if you noticed this, but in the first film, the dress she wore was very low cut, however the style and the shots that it was in was not in the least bit 'revealing'. At least not in my opinion. It might turn out to be the same in this film as well but we can't tell from the photographs. I too think that Arwen should be stunning and yet modest.

I agree with both or you guys....it is quite inappropriate. I mean give me a break, I don't think that Tolkien would approve of that. (Don't take that statement as a profession that I know everything that Tolkien would think or do or react. I am not. And I have no clue how he would. I am just saying that I don't think he would.) You are right Ariana, she should be stunning yet modest.

I can see them, and I really don't like the dress she's wearing. I would say an Elf, who is supposed to be even more beautiful than other Elves, doesn't need to wear such a dress to make an impression.

Ok, did anyone notice that the one pic of Arwen wearing the blue velvet dress with her hair entirely down is not in any scene in the movie. I have seen several photographs of different scenes that did not end up in the movie. Can't wait till the extended edition DVD!

I, too, noticed the exact same scene was missing. Another would be the one when she says to her father, "You have the gift of foresight. What have you seen?" This is not in there either. I, too, cannot wait for the EE of TTT.

Ok, dumb question. How do I make an avatar out of those pics? They're too big!

Well, it depends on what program you are running to do your photo editing. I am running PhotoShop. but anyways, you should just be able to select the portion of the photograph that you want and then select the image size and shrink it down to 64x64 pixels. If you would like I could do it for you just tell me which one you want me to do. It would not be a problem. But it is up to you.
