Unless Tolkien re-writes the book, i would think no,
this will not happen.
This is the book forum, not the movie forum.

I got a great idea!!!!!
Read the book, PJ sticks to the book about 90% of the time.
Aragorn never fights Sauron (by the way, Isildur's sword is called Narsil) Sorry, but it's Frodo who "kills" him (in a sense)
Also, watch the beggining of FotR if you want to see him in action.

Sorry for commenting about such a small problem, but Elendil's sword was narsil, reforged for Aragorn and named Anduril:) By the way, the part of the movie with the shrine to narsil was about the only pj addition I liked, I could never understand why Tolkien had Aragorn hauling around such a important heirloom, as it was essentialy useless broken.

Well, it seemed to work sufficiently well for Isildur in the movie. ;)
In the movies, Saron is said to not be able to take a physical shape until he regains the ring.
In the book, Sauron DOES have a shape in the time of the War Of The Ring.
As Gollum says, 'He has only four (fingers) on one hand, but they are enough."
It's pretty hard to count a spirits fingers.....
But, as PJ has decided to 'up the voltage' in the Ring, he's making posession of The Ring a condition of Sauron regaining his bodily form, & that isn't going to happen.

Proudfoots....what are you talking about this being a book thread? It is clearly under
New Line Cinema's 'LOTR' Trilogy » "The Return of the King". Am I missing something?
:)
