elvish HELP please!

Where do you guys learn Elvish?? I want to SOOOOOOOOOO bad, but I don't know where to learn it. I have seen other fan's post that have been written in Elvish (I think but I am not sure) and I can't understand it. I wish I could just at lest now a little Elvish.....:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
