i need some SERIOUS help with translating tengwar to quenya. it comes out allllll ****ed up.

Tengwar isn't actually a language, it's a just a system through which different languages can be written. Like the Western alphabet. So 'translating' is not the right word, but I get what you mean. :)
Well, er, it's very difficult for me to help you without actually seeing the tengwar.. And even then I could only tell you the words, but I know hardly any Quenya.. :(

You have to be sure what mode you are reading.
And sometimes people will write stuff without using the rules set out in app. e. They will just take characters and apply a sound to it, making their own "mode" for how a language is represented on paper.
