Here is my idea. This shall be the seed which shall bloom into the evil Guild. This, according to Tal's rule, is the central order, from which all else shall branch outward(Conserning evil). Now there are still some things I do not have explanations for yet. Such as, are the six "kings and Queens", only for the "good" guilds. Tal did say that the followers of the evil guilds. If that is true, then a frm of government shall be arranged, and I shall not be a dictator.

***All who wish to join here do so now. I shall think of positions, and It would be best that all who join any vil guild shall also be a part of this one, being the cenral guild***

As the High Necromancer of Mirkwood... I will support your motion for a stronger from of an evil central government. I will also support you as leader of that central government, as long as i am able to run the Necromancer guild... it will be fine.

Okay, here's the deal. The Dark Legion can organize themselves any way they want. They are completly free of the good guilds. I do think that a member of the Dark Legion can be a member of the good guilds, though, because we're probably going to end up short-handed on both sides.

A question for Talierin, How can a member of the Dark Legion NOT be a member of the "Good" Guilds. We of the dark are against the Evil of the LIGHT.:cool:

Due to a number of requests to learn of the layout, as it is now tht is, of the dark guilds. Here is how I perceive it so far.

Dark Legion (Basically the Central Evil Guild)

That leaves it up to us to determine how we want to structure them. The Dark Legion has already decided how we will structure. You've already said that you are an evil gnome?, orc? or something of the like; so, act evil and don't give a care what the creepy do gooders tell you.

Guilds are 'IC' (in-character) and shall of course be restricted to the PPI (prancing pony, for those who don't play MUME ;) ) But they are acceptable as long as they don't get out of hand.

BTW, Dengen, I would like to join your guild of politics. Assuming that you will be discussing real-life politics, I would like to note that the political discussions can be in here or in 'Related Topics' (stuff and bother is far too cluttered as it is).

I have plenty of references and have been in the employment of Evil since the first age.

The only thing I am restricted in doin is raising hand or conducting deed against the Bombadil household...anything else is fine.

Other than that I work fairly cheap.

What I will do is provide two reference sites for more information on the topic, and the let the debate begin. Though i'm tossing around ideas on how long eah shall run. One per week sounds great. I have always considered my self neutral in political matters, but I am free to choose what side of magick I will use my powers with. Since my powers primarily deal with destruction or manipulation, I consider them 'not good', but I don't use them for pure evil, either. My powers are used for my own benefit (or for those I see it beneficial to assist) therefore I am neutral in magickal powers. I see the Istari Council as being decidedly good, and therefore I would not belong there since I am neutral.

The war i think shall be not only aganst good but there will be a rebel force that have fairies so... i would start stock piling winged nazuls and dragons and i could help gather darkling faires from up in the eastern taretorys. They aren't only myth. But they hate dragons so i would make them as far from the winged creatures as posible. And if i were to go on this journey i would need a some provisions...:)

I your dark consulor shall fight on the side of you dengen-groth. But me and my dark fairies refuse to battle for new territories. You see dark fairies are the best at garding and if you could fit us in for garding that would be superb. Also we perfer to gard places of importance so our powers are not wasted. One prefrence is to be garding the dark queen since she is my friend. Also you may take as many faires as you wish to fight. But leave some with me to gaurd. That is just a prefrence but our morale would be higher if we could.

The guilds themselves don't have leaders, members just belong to them. For those who don't know, here is a description of the guilds:

Necromancy - death and the dead
Pyromancy - fire
Heliomancy - light and powers of the Sun
Psionics - affectation of minds
Electromancy - electricity
Deimomancy - fear and darkness

The only thing left to resolve is who actually heads the Archguild.

Trust me. The Council of Grand Masters wouldn't work unless there was equal representation.

I'll also update the guilds in the Archguild of The Dark Legion, but should I leave the Guilds of Thieves and The Lawless (etc.), get rid of them entirely, or put them in a separate archguild? (The decision comes when considering that those guilds represent people who are "bad," but not quite evil.)

Indeed a dilemma you have found. My council is this: do not harm them but better them. Show them how great indeed is your generous hand. Hold a great feast, with beautiful gifts and fireworks for all. I may develop some, for I now some of the traits of Gandalf. Place beautiful roads, in place of the old. Merry the folk, and win them over. They have stout hearts, yet like butter, for when they see the great strength of Ciryaher in mirth, not in warfare, only then shall they love you, and cast all else down. :)

Then things are indeed grim. There is no way to bend a hobbit, by force, least it be great and terrible. Yet even then they may find within themselves a great power. If they refuse, then simply plant for them farms and such. Even if they refuse. They may begin to take to that, seeing that you have true evotion and dedication. Yet if that fails I fear you have but two choices remaining, a third which you have ruled out, and I consider heartless. 1.Lavish them day and day, with great gifts, till they can simply no longer refuse.
2. Show them, or representatives, Arandor and ask if that's how they want their Shire to become.

Just a reminder to all those seeking an affiliation in magecraft that the Dark Legion is another option for those who want to attain 'magickal' powers and would prefer a bit more sinister (yet always good-naturedly sinister, mind you :D ) atmosphere than the White Council.

Not necessarily. The other archguilds besides The Dark Legion aren't necessarily "good." Each archguild exists to serve as a group that consists of people of a particular general occupation or affiliation (the guilds are less general). Thus, each group has one representative in the Council of Grand Masters.
