alright, can someone please tell me what the word Kurwandor stands for? I know it's some form of Elvish but what's it mean!

I am not quite sure about that one. I checked my handy-dandy Sindarin Dictionary and it wasn't on there. I also checked some of my Quenya resources and didn't find it. Perhaps Kurwandor is a name?
