Welcome to the Guild of Elves. To save our Guild Leader some much needed and much deserved time I am starting a thread of frequently asked questions. Please: DO NOT POST HERE. Read this thread to answer your questions and do not post here.


What is the hierachy of the guild?


Scatha is the guild leader. Next comes Bethelarien, our deputy guildmaster, followed by Anamatar IV, who is the discussion leader. The Council of Glorfindel are the ruling members of the guild. Then each location has a hierachy starting with High.

What is this guild about?
This is a guild about discussions of Elves and Elf friends.

How do I join this guild?
You join this guild by posting Here (http://www.thetolkienforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8684)

Are there any threads I should not post in?
Unless you are in the Council of Glorfindel you are forbidden to post in the thread: The council of Glorfindel.


Do I have to be an Elf to join?
You do not have to be an Elf to join...you can be any race that you wish.

Can I start new threads on my own?
No, you must contact Scatha, Bethelarien, Anamatar, or any of the Council of Glorfindel to start a new thread. You may also ask permission to make a new thread here (http://www.thetolkienforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8681).

Well, the hierarchy needs an update, as does the posting of new threads FAQ, which needs to be linked to the appropriate thread.

Glorfindell1187 is the guild leader. Next comes Scatha, the deputy guildmaster, followed by Anamatar IV who is the discussion leader. The Calaquendi are after Anamatar. Then each location has a hierachy starting with High.

Can I start new threads on my own?
No, you must contact Glorfindel1187 or Scatha to start a new thread, or you post the request to start one here.

Also, the Calaquendi are exalted from having to do so.

Okay I've finally gotten around to editting this thing, including taking out the parts that no longer apply due to the RPGs moving to MERPG. Scatha, this looking okay to you?
