The Wandering Blade: Bar and Inn

[Ecthelion]

A large wooden cabin stood alone near the Weather Hills. Ecthelion walked in the door and looked around. Inside were all wooden chairs and tables, behind that was the wooden bar table that would be serving many a drink. Ecthelion posted a note on the outside of the Wandering Blade that said "Welcome to the Wandering Blade! Our Bartender is HLGStrider aka Elgee, and if needed our current bounceris Ecthelion. Welcome, come in and share a pint!" Ecthelion smiled and sat down waiting for people to come in and share tales, drinks, songs, and whatever else tickles their fancy!

[HobbitGirl]

Fiara Romita, Ranger of Archet, walked into the new inn. "Greetings, Ecthelion and Elgee!" she said. "What a lovely place this is! I'm glad that the Rangers now have a bar of our own." Fiara walked over to the bar and sat down. "Do you happen to have green tea here?" she asked Elgee politely.

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

A Dwarf clad in simple green strolled in, his beard was black and rugged, like a mass of unshaped coal. His eyes were dark and grim, and his face was weathertorn and haggard. He wore a green cloak over his head and a dark brown leather jerkin underneath stained with the weariness of battle and travel. His pants were leather as well, but were loose and fit comfortably. His leather boots tread softly on the bar floor, and he sat down at a stool. He nodded at Elgee, and she came over to him. "I would like a molt beer, if that does not trouble you."

[Éomond]

A man walked in the bar. He had mail on his chest that went down to his knees. There was a great sword at his side and a cloak on his back. He greeted each of his fellow Rangers. He sat down and ordered a drink "May have a cold Apple Cider please?"

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion stood at the door nodding and smiling as people came in, he turned and saw Elgee still making the first to drinks he walked up to Eomond and said, "Cold Apple Cider Eomond?" Eomond amiled and nodded. Ecthelion hopped over the bar and git two mugs of cold Apple Cider, he sat down with Eomond both sipping on their Cider and they talked of tales and journeys that they each had.

The door swings open and a rather short, slim figure walks in. She unwraps her cloak, smiling at her friends who have already gathered. Goldie hangs up her cloak, and runs to the bar. "Elgee! Do you have any hot coco? it is sooo bloody cold out there!"

[Mablung]

Coming in nearly on the heels of Goldie is Lolik bundled up tightly in his cloak. "Ill take some hot cider myself this place could give a Dunlender the chills this time of year." Then he sits down next to the fire until he warms up then goes and gets the cider.

[EverEve]

Mere moments after Goldie and Lolik entered, in came Eve. Her sword was at her side, but her bows and arrows were covered by her gray-green cloak. She was shivering. Her boot-soles were covered in ice. "Alright, its cold out. I'm about to die from the cold. I need...*pauses to think* a Long Island Ice Tea."

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion pardoned himself for a moment and hopped over the bar again. He quickly took the orders of all the new coming Rangers and brought them their drinks he then hopped back over and sat down again with Eomond.

Goldie rolls her eyes at eve. "You are indeed not sane, my child" she says in a mock-serious tone.

[Mablung]

"Isn't serving any form of Iced Tea when its that cold out illegal?"

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

"Ha! You call that cold, well try hunting Orc in the Iron Hills in the dead of winter! That, my friends, that is enough cold to chill you to the bone!" Kuri said, with a wink. Normally he did not like to talk to others, but these people were friendly and outgoing. Most importantly, they were Rangers, just like him.

[EverEve]

"You silly little Rangers!" Evie cried, mock-exasperated. "Do you KNOW what are in those things? 'Sides, I was gonna heat it up...which would then make it....er...Long Island Tea....." Eve bounced on over to where Ecth, Dain, and all of the others sat, and sat down with them. "So...you're from the Iron Hills, then?" she asked Dain. "I've been there....."

[HobbitGirl]

Fiara perked up when Evie mentioned the Iron Hills. "I have not been that far east of the Misty Mountains. Could you tell us more about that area Kuri?"

[Arathin]

The door silently slid open yet another time. A friggid, blizzardy wind swept throughout the small bar, chilling everyone. Arathin stepped in and closed the door. She smiled and greeted her fellow Rangers with a few nods and due words, then moved to her costumary spot. She slumped in to a chair in the darkest corner of the bar, farthest from the fire. Putting her feet up on the table before her, she pulled out her long stem pipe and lit it. Soon beautiful smoke rings were floating about the ceiling of the cabin.

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion said to the others and his new dwarf friend, "I have been in the Iron Hills many a time also, it is quite cold, but its a nice place, Nain was born there, takes me alot to see his relatives." Ecthelion kept sipping his Cider everyone once in awhile.

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

"Well my friends, I have traveled in the Iron Hills but I am not from those cold bitter mountains. I hail from Erebor, my parents are the Lord Dain and Dame Kilease Ironfoot, and I left there despite the vast wealth in store for me. Nay, I did not want to grow up in royalty, I have no desire to rule Erebor and the Dwarves of the Lonely Mountain," Kuri said, painful memories shone in his eyes. The others nodded their heads in understanding, but none dared ask what Kuri was hiding.

[EverEve]

Eve continued drinking her LI Tea. Kuri obviously had something he didnt want to share, but the time would come. The time would come when he would want to share, and these were the Rangers. You didnt have to tell your past when your with these people. Your private life remained as such, and that was part of the reason she chose to live out her life as a Ranger. Clearing her throat she said, "We need a good conversation....or party...or something...."

[HLGStrider]

Elgee scatters about delivering drinks... then she trips on the rug and falls on her face. The drinks fly up in the air and remarkably land, unsplit, where they were supposed to go...
'I did it on purpose," Elgee swallows shakily.

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

Kuri however, was not quite so lucky. A stray martini had fallen right onto his head and dripped down his face.

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion tried to contain his laughter, but to no avail, he burst out laughing loudly at the dwarf with the drink coming down his face. His laughter soon subsided and he noticed Arathin blowing smoke rings and said, "Let's have a smoke art contest!"

"OOH! ill judge!" *gets out officiail looking judge hat and sits behind a table looking important"

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion said, "Ok, all those with a pipe who want to join make sure the judges are watching and start making pretty things with smoke, if you don't want to join or don't have a pipe help judge." With that Ecthelion pulled out his pipe and got it going. Seconds later he made a smoke orc that floated around looking very evil, then he made a smoke arrow that he blew and made go through and kill the smoke orc.

[HobbitGirl]

"A smoke art contest! This should be fun," said Fiara. She gets up from her place at the bar and sits next to Goldie at the Official Judge Table and watches Ecthelion's smoke arrows go through his smoke orc. "Very good! I give it an 8 out of 10!" Fiara sits back and waits for Goldie to give her score.

[EverEve]

Evie takes out her super-duper smoke-art pipe, dances in front of the judges to get their attention, and blows (what else!) a smoke-horse and rider. Then she proceeds to blow several more horses and soon she had her very own herd of horses. *takes a drink of her Tea*

"Very good! 8 out of 10!" Fiara said. (I'm a tough judge. :))

[HLGStrider]

Elgee cleans up Dain's head... whoops...

She then pours herself some green tea... It is very good for sore throats.

[Arathin]

Arathin smiles at the other two contestant's work, then clears her throat. Goldie and Fiara turn their attention to her. Arathin takes a deep breath and makes a mountain. All soon see it is the Lonely Mountain, Ereber itself. Then, with some more smoke, she makes Long Lake Town and Smaug appear. The smoke Smaug swoops down upon Lake Town which recieves little smoke fires. Then one smoke man stands against the smoke Smaug. Bard. The smoke Bard fires a little smoke arrow at the smoke Smaug. The smoke Smaug falls into the smoke Long Lake and the whole scene with covered with smoke. Arathin then opens the window beside her and the whole scene clears. Shutting the window a small smoke dragon's skeleton appears below a thin layer of smoke. With that Arathin stands up and goes over, patting Ecthe on the shoulder. "Never go into a Smoke Art contest with someone who has several Ages of practice and learning on you... Also who studied under Gandalf himself. Or do you forget, my friend, that I am Lord Aragorn's immortal half-sister." She and Ecthe laughed, and she went to get a cup of Athelas tea from Elgee.

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

"Not fair!" Kuri exclaimed, "I was going to do that one!"

"Alas, old Dwarf, I am sure you can find another thing to smoke!" Arathin replied with great mirth.

"Fine! You will be more jealous than a Dwarf in the heart of another's treasury!" Kuri replied, lighting his pipe. He took a deep breath of the pipe, and parted his lips slighty. Out came a wisp of smoke, slowly curving into a demonic shape that smoked and and wisped with dark smoke. It was a Balrog. In front of the smoke Balorg was another, smaller figure, with a pointed hat. It was Gandalf, and a staff was in his hands giving off its own set of smoke. Then they both fell, the smoke figures sinking to the floor and fading from the air. Kuri blew another cloud of smoke, this time at the ground, and it was of Gandalf and the Balrog fighting, the Balrog seperating from Gandalf and floating to the sky. Gandalf's smoke form followed it. The two stopped at the cieling, nowhere else to go, and smoke Gandalf collided with the Balrog, and the Balrog disappeared.

Kuri stuck his tongue out at Arathin, who's face was full of envy.

Goldie raises her eyebrow and writes on her judges sheet (as she is too official to talk)

Ecthelion: 6/10
Evie: 8/10 (hey, i like horses)
Arathin: 1/10...*giggle* just pullin your leg, ill give you a nine point five
Kuri: also a 9.5 out of ten. you two should open a smoke art academy.

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

"What we can't have a tie!" Kuri whined, "Let's have a tie breaker! Any ideas?"

"O I know!" the pretty woman behind the counter said, "You and Arathin should fight in the BATTLE ARENA!"

"OK then, sounds fair to me. Come along Arathin, I'll mess you up!" Kuri bellowed.

[Ecthelion]

"That doesn't seem fair," Ecthelion protested, "had I been aware that the others would go all out on their first try I would have tried much harder. Maybe we should have a tournament?"

[EverEve]

Tournament? Evie will just watch then. Too much effort involved if I tried to beat Kuri and Arathin. :) Could I possibly get a martini Elgee? Please.

[Arathin]

"Very well Dwarf! I'll meet you in the arena!" Arathin drains her cup of Althelas tea and runs out to meet the Dwarf in combat.

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion runs out after saying, "I'll judge!"

[EverEve]

*Sighs* I wanna watch! Does that mean I have to go to the arena? It's wicked cold out there, and my horse doesn't wanna move...he's in the mood to be lazy...If we have to go out there, will someone come with me? :)

[HobbitGirl]

Fiara chuckles softly. "He he he...I have to see this." With that she gets up from the table, thanks Elgee for the drink, and makes her way to the Battle Arena.

[HLGStrider]

Athelas Tea and Martini! Got it!

What do you want in that Martini? Olive? Octopus? Little Umbrella?

Elgee scurries about like one of her furry little kittens.

*takes off her judge hat and looks at her rootbeer* "I didnt get an umbrella, Elgee!" *sulks*

[Emowyn]

A strange figure, cloaked in that of the folk of LothLorien, enters elegantly, the hood of the garb pulled compleatly over it's head. At first the stranger does not speak but sits in the corner of the bar, alone and still hooded.

[EverEve]

Ah! I know who you are!!! YOu must come join the "party"! Lots of Rangers getting tipsy! What could be better? Actually, I dont think any of us are drunk....We just like to blow smoke rings. I think I'll shut up now....BUt really, come over here Emowyn! :)

[HLGStrider]

Welcome Emowyn. Would you like a little umbrella in your drink? I'm giving them to everybody besides Goldie... ;)

[Mablung]

"Little umbrellas? Give me one! I don't care what the drink is if it has one!" He then drained his current drink, but did not join in the smoking never having acquiered a taste for it.

[Emowyn]

The elven ranger smiled beneath the cloak, "Indeed I may, but first give me afew moments of rest, it has been a long journey."

[HLGStrider]

ELgee dances around the room sticking little umbrellas in odd places.

Goldie runs about collecting all the pink umbrellas and shoving them into her rootbeer. "PRETTYFUL!"

[HLGStrider]

Elgee glares at Goldie, hunching protectively over her remaining Umbrellas.

UNICORNS WITH UMBRELLAS!

she suddenly bursts out. Everyone looks at her oddly.

[Emowyn]

Emowyn looked at Egee and the other ranger odly, not knowing what to make of the scene she was now viewing.

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion came back into the Wandering Blade and whispered to Emoyn, "You may want to get sue to stuff like that, we're an odd group of people sometimes."

[EverEve]

*Eve shrieked and slapped Ecthie on the shoulder...lightly of course, not that it would matter to him...* We are odd all of the time, you silly little General!

Sorry, Em, we are a rather strange group of people...

Elgee! I NEED A LITTLE PINK UMBRELLA! I'M FEELING HURT OVER HERE!!!!:)

[Mablung]

Lolik's eyes narrow as Goldie steals his umbrella. "Now your in for it..." He then sprang and tackled her then stole a handful of umbrellas from her and went back to his seat.

[HobbitGirl]

Fiara comes back into the inn and sees the scene going on around her. She begins cuckling uncontrollably. She laughs so hard she falls on the floor, and while down there, spies a little pink umbrella that Goldie dropped. Fiara sticks it behind her ear. She sits down at the bar agian and watches the umbrella craziness unfold.

Goldie starts sobbing over her three remaining umbrellas, two of which are crushed. "YOU SPILT MY ROOT BEER TOO!!!" she shrieked

[Mablung]

"Uh oh" He saw Goldie glaring at him and he jumped up then dove over the bar and huddled behind it hoping to avoid any wrath. Then he saw the end of the bar didn't even have anything to prevent anyone going behind it and cursed. Still trying to find he refuge he dove over the bar again and hid behind Kuri hoping to use him as a dwarven shield.

Goldie folded her remaining little umbrellas and put them in her pouch pocket. then she grabbed the ones Lolik had stolen, folded them and put them with the others. then she turned to Lolik, sneering as he attempted to hide behind a dwarf.

[Arathin]

Arathin would just like to comment that she, Kuri, and Ecthe are at the arena solving the little problem of the Smoke-Art Contest tie. So Lolik can't be hiding behind Kuri...

[Mablung]

Lolik sees she can see him as he notices that Kuri isn't even there. "This is no good... I'M SORRY!" Lolik kneels down. "Please spare me your wrath!."

[Ecthelion]

No, Ecthelion came back, he got bored.

[Goldberry344]

Goldie looks down at Lolik. "On one condition. You must bring me a SHRUBBERY!! right. erm. acctually, can i just have that umbrella you're holding?"

[HLGStrider]

Elgee brings in a couple dozen shrubbery and puts them strategically around the bar... There... much nicer now.

[Mablung]

"I suppose so." Lolik hands her the umbrella shakily and goes back to his seat glad the crisis was averted.

[HLGStrider]

We needed some greenery to brighten the place up.

[Mablung]

'This will help too... except for the people sleeping off too much alchohol." Lolik walks over and opens up the curtains letting the sunshine in. "But greenery helps too." He then helps Elgee in sorting all of the plants out into the main bar.

[HLGStrider]

Elgee starts to sing.
"Here comes the sun... dooby dooby... here comes the sun and I say, it's all right..."

Drinks anyone?

[Ecthelion]

"A tequila please Elgee." Ecthelion walked out a moment and came back in with a jukebox, "Now we can have a party!"

[Emowyn]

Having compleatly given up on getting any sense out of these drunken Rangers, Émowyn called over for a Remas, an elvish liquer which looks like clear water but tastes like a warm cordial of some description

[Éomond]

Éomond had looked around at the drunken Rangers "Come on guys! Getting drunk...............this slowy!? Some one get me a beer and the hardest stuff!"

[HLGStrider]

Elgee gets tipsy on Dr Pepper.

[Mablung]

*rummages around behind the bar and gets some Rum and starts drinking it.*

Ill show you drunk slowly!

[Emowyn]

Emowyn rises from the table and walks towards the door.
"It seems I do not yet wish to partake in these activities, I shall return soon." With that she pulled the hood over her pale-light hair and turned into the rain and cold of Middle-Earth's night.

[HobbitGirl]

"I'll remain sober just so I can watch all of you getting drunk and then tell everyone how silly you looked! Mua ha ha ha ha ha ha...ha!"

[EverEve]

*sigh* I think we scared Emowyn away :(

Any way, back to the present: I was soooo drunk before anyone else! But, Ecthe and Mablung, you are right....WE NEED TO PARTY!

[HobbitGirl]

"Party...um...right!" Fiara walks over to Ecthelion's jukebox and puts on Hard Day's Night. She attemps a break dance, but only succeds in bashing her head against the leg of a barstool. "Ow...hurts worse than volleyball..."

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion walked over to the jukebox and started up the macarrana(sp) song and starts to do the macarrana(sp).

*jumps into line next to Ecthelion* WEEEE

[Mablung]

"Mmmmmmmm not quite drunk enough yet to do the Macarena better start hitting the bottle again."

*Goes back to his drink.*

[HobbitGirl]

"Who says you have to be drunk to do the Macarena?" <jumps in line next to Goldie>

"Heeeey, Macarena!"

[HLGStrider]

Elgee's cats dance the macarena while arguing about the lyrics... One wanted to say "MEOW the macarena..."

Then Elgee served more drinks. It was a good party. Even the shrubbery thought so.

[Angoreth]

An Elf clad in brown walked in, she looked around at all the people having fun.*may I join your fine party?* she asked.

[Mablung]

*Waves Angoreth over to the bar*

If we haven't scared you off I think its fine.

[HLGStrider]

The more the merrier!

Elgee offers her a free drink and a little pink umbrella. What's your pleasure?

[Emowyn]

Emowyn re-entered the bar, looking around nervously. "I supose I'm ready to join the party now." she smiles, taking up a drink on the counter and downing it in one. "Sorry it took a while."

[EverEve]

Not a problem! Grab a drink, and join us in our "beautiful" rendition of the macerana!

ooc: sorry i disappeared guyz...i got grounded :(

[Angoreth]

*thank you*she said wlking towards the bar.* I love umbrellas and thank you for the drink, I am quit thirsty*.

[Emowyn]

Now slightly tipsy after seval drinks, Emowyn joined the end of the macerana.

[Arathin]

Arathin strids into the bar, laughing evil. "I won the fight with Kuri... I am now your Smoke Art Contest Winner. I scared him into running away in terror!!!! MUahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now time for a drink.... Russian vodka on the rocks... make that a double."

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

But Arathin laughed too soon, for Kuri in his fear, ran out from under the table knocking it over. On the table was a sharp candlestick, that flew off the table and pierced Arathin right through the chest. She fell on the floor, blood all over the place, and everyone looked at Kuri.

"Kurrriiii!!!!" they yelled. Then Elgee in her rage threw a sword at the Dwarf killing him as well.

RESULT: DRAW

[HLGStrider]

Annoyed, Elgee snapped her fingers and undid it all.
You aint allowed to fight like that in my bar. It makes a mess all over the floor.

[Emowyn]

"And right you are too!" Emowyn downs another drink but is still only very very slightly tipsy. After all she is an elf!

[Angoreth]

* well that was an interesting show* said the Elf, quit startled from the dwarf coming out from under the table. *may I have an ale please*

[Thomas Baggins]

Aravorn walked in slightly scared by all the rucous and blood, but being a ranger got over it quickly and asked for ale.

[Arathin]

Kuri... that doesn't count... You ran away first. So I won the fight. It cannot be cared in here. *sips her tea and puts on Within You by David Bowie, sung as Jareth from the Labyrinth...* "How you turn my world, you precious thing. You're starving near exhausting. Everything I've done, I've done for you. I move the stars for no one. You've run so long; you've run so far. You're eyes can be so cruel. Just as I can be so cruel. Though I do believe in you. Yes, I do. Live without your sunlight. Love without your heartbeat. I, I, I can't live within you."

[Ecthelion]

Ecthelion pulls out a stick and balances it on two chairs and yells, "LIMBO!!!!!!"

[Angoreth]

*I love the limbo* Famril jumped up and started doing the limbo.

[Dáin Ironfoot I]

Kuri stuck his tongue out at Arathin and proceeded to do a happy little Dwarf dance.

"Do do doo dooo dooo!" he sang while shuffling his feet and yanking on his beard.

[Mablung]

Lolik laughed and tapped his foot. "Hmmmm normally I would agree Arathin but that dance of his is awfully convincing."

[HobbitGirl]

"Limbo limbo lim-BO!" said Fiara as she leaped off her stool, bent backwards, and walked under the limbo stick. "What say we all have a freindly little limbo competition, eh?"

"How low can you go..."

[Mablung]

Lolik jumped off of his seat and went limboing with Fiara making it under the bar without too much trouble. "Lower the bar! We shall destroy some vertabrae before this competition is over!"

[Emowyn]

Emowyn, bending almost in half backwards, walked with ease under the low bar, she stood up gracfully. "I am the limbo queen! Bow in terror!"

[HLGStrider]

I bet my cats could beat you all!

The cats look about the room lazily...

Kuri laughed, for he was of short stature even for a Dwarf. He simply ran under the limbo pole and stuck his tongue out at Arathin whom was struggling to bend so low.

[Arathin]

"That's cheating Kuri, and no one said I was good at limbo." Arathin kicked at the little Dwarf and went back to her table in the corner with a nice hot cup of tea.

[Mablung]

*Sets the bar at abou Kuri's knees.*

"Yargh I hate when it changes to pole vaulting without anyone telling me..."

[HobbitGirl]

Fiara sees that the bar has been lowered for Kuri so that it is less than a foot off the ground. Fiara bends her knees and slowly leans backwards until her body is totally bent at the knees and her head is only a few inches from the ground. In this position, Fiara walks under the bar without touching the ground with her hands. After she succeeds in going under the bar, Fiara straightens up so quickly that she falls forward on her face. "I win!"

[Mablung]

"Touche Fiara but I can one up you!" *Puts the bar on the lowest setting 1 inch above the ground then gets a shovel and digs a trench 4 feet deep under it then barely passes through without touching the bar. Then he quickly fills in the hole.*

[HLGStrider]

He he... that must be illegal... Elgee's cats slink around.

[Mablung]

*Leans on the shovel* Hey I checked the rule book and it said nothing about digging a trench under the pole.

[HLGStrider]

hmmm... Should we take his word on that?

[Mablung]

*Winks* "Probably not check it for your yourselves my rules may be outdated."

[Arathin]

*laughs* i like the way that Mablung won!!! That is amusing..., and the rules really don't say anything about digging a trunch under the pole... *sips her tea* I HAVE NO SCHOOL TODAY!!!!

ic: Evie had been playing Space Cadet in the corner for awhile now, when she suddenly snapped out of it: "Wh...What did I miss? Sorry, spaced out there...."

Ecthelion applauded Mablung then walked over to him and gave him a piece of paper. He gasped for breath and said "Wh..Wh..Why?" Ecthelion replied, "Hey even if you did refill the hole with dirt and stuff wood a concrete are expensive nowadays, hey at least you won right?"

[Mablung]

Mablung put the paper in his pocket. "Don't worry I have some Elves that are in debt to me from some Warg races a few weeks ago I can have them do the job and call it even."

[Angoreth]

* may I have an ale please*Famrill said while takeing a seat at the side of the bar.

[Thomas Baggins]

Aravorn made some random reply about everyone being crazy, and asked if he could get a cup of Earl Gray tea with some black coffee in it. :D

[HLGStrider]

Elgee serves up the very odd drinks.

[Arathin]

Arathin, seated her at table in the darkest corner of the bar, puts her feet up on the table next to her seemingly endless cup of tea. She lights up her pipe again and starts to read a very thick novel while smoking her longstem pipe. "And Ecthelion," She comments. "No more Smoke Art Contest... You saw how the last one turned out."

[Angoreth]

Famrill turn to Arathin seeming quit interested in her comment.*what happened with the last contest?*.

[Arathin]

Arathin blew out a small smoke dragon before commenting to Famrill. "Well in the last Smoke Art Contest, Kuri and I tied at 9.5 each... So we had a fight in the Ranger's Areana as a tied breaker... I won, but it wasn't pretty... I had to resort to making Kuri flee from my insanity to win... Thus I commented upon Harry/Draco and fishnets... My Insanity scared him so that he ran away in terror and I won by default." Arathin spoke of these things with such calm as to be frightening; then returned to her novel. Sighing, she put the book away and pulled out a leather bound book and a black feather tip quill with a bottle of ink. She began to write within the book, most earnestly.

Emowyn paints her corner white and shades of very pale pink, with artisit curtains of ivy falling infront of the plain colored walls in diffrent shades of green and silver. "Awwww, how prettiful!"

"There! Done!" Fiara said as she finished her mural on the cieling. It was a picture of a phoenix and a nightengale flying over a medow covered in flowers. She hopped off of the ladder and looked at her clothes, which were covered in all sorts of paint. "Hm...say, is there a place in this inn where someone can get a shower?"

One barstool is particularly cumbersomely skinny, so Fiara twists her torso to get her shoulders to fit through. "I wonder if we have any of those barstools with the little footrest bar in the middle. Now THAT would be a challenge!" Fiara puts reggae music on the jukebox and limbos around the room.

Well, I will not speak for the rest of the rangers, but I'm doing very well and my cats are also restless Elgee, because of the snow though, we curently have about three feet and were expecting more today. I CAN'T WAIT FOR SUMMER, the sking is nice though. Well the Brandy was very good, could I order a prime rib with potatoes and green beans, a glass of water would be nice with that too.

Arathin patted Goldie on the arm and grinned up at her. "Nah, you can go collect some more umbrellas. I think I stay here, have a drink, and read some. Ecthelion now done with his chicken and drink walkes silently to the table of card players. Ecthelion silently and quickly steals a card from Elgee. Ecthelion walked around that table and did to each of them the most painful tourture imginable!! PAPER CUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As Mablung, Elgee, and Goldie check their wounds Ecthelion threw the card over his shoulder and said with a grin, "No more card throwing............. or else."

Lolik picked up two cards then ran after Ecthelion giving him many paper cuts.

"Ecthelion isn't being very fun." Arathin noted to herself. "Well I guess he just doesn't like being left out of the game." She shrugs and then returns to her drink and book.

Ecthelion pulled his two special extra sharp playing cards and now Mab was bieng chased around getting muiltiple paper cuts. Out of the blue Ecthelion stopped and ran behind the bar to help out Elgee, Mablung ran at Ecthelion to cut him, but Ecthelion smiled and pointed at a sign on the bar that says 'Any bodily harm done to workers at the Bar/Inn will cause you to be banned from it'

Lolik reads the sign then straps him down to a chair with pillows so he isn't hurt then causes him severe mental harm by making him watch Manos the Hands of Fate, Red Zone Cuba, and the Brain that Wouldn't die... the unedited versions.

When the movies are done and Ecthelion has nearly gone mad, Mablung lets him out and asks, "Truce?" Ecthelion replies, "Sure, but only after THIS!" In a blink Ecthelion ties Mablung to the same chairs with the pillows and all, then makes him watch over and over Dora the Explorer episodes.

Lolik is also confused how he escaped but since he looked at his cards during the point of order he must have. He guesses that he is just very good. He then gets out some marshmallows and toasts them over the devil mau card fire.

Famrill takes the book from Arathin and walks over and hit's lolik over the head then hands Arathin back her book."thats for throwing a card at me you MEANIE!" she say's then goes into her corner quite inraged, doesen't know what she shall do next.

Elgee produces another deck and procedes to play double solitaire against herself.

She then starts to nurse a Dr Pepper, moaning about Mau and Meowing from time to time. . .

She once got a card for saying Meow instead of Mau when she put down her last card.

*places her glass on the table, plunked some money on the table to pay for her drinks, and slowly stood up* "Well, Im out. Thanks a gazillion for everything, Elgee. I shall be back when I may, hopefully soon." *Pulls on her hood, and walks out the door. The patrons in the bar heard a shrill whistle, followed by the sound of galloping hooves.*
