Ok first things first, I've been thinking about setting up a new rpg called:
The Journey of Middle-Earth (The Fellowship to the East)
It basicly follows the journey of a fellowship, which consists of 2 Men, an Elf (In the story this is legolas but that is a tale in itself) a Dwarf, a Hobbit and a Wizard, as they travel on a quest to Khraznir in the East of Middle-Earth to retrive "plans" which contain orc locations, war methods etc. If the war goes ahead it would be the end of Middle-Earth for all light races such as the Elves, Men, Dwarves and Halflings, the "plans" give the allies an uncounted advantage and the only way to win maybe even prevent it. Along the way the fellowship entounters battles, new creatures and, I'm sorry, love.

hhmm... I like that... I want to be either the Elf or the Hobbit! If I am the hobbit, I am Sancho Sandyman from the Southfarthing! And if I am an elf, well I'll go by Calimehtar.

Well first of all.....Emowyn you should have posted this in the thread called "Submit your thread idea's to me here", but no harm done. Secondly, this seems an awful lot like the current RP we have going, but go ahead with it anyway, I like the idea, just don't make it all fighting please. Thirdly, I forget what I was gonna say so...alright see ya soon,

Okay then, thanks;) . Oh I remember what I was going to say now!:o Start a new thread for this RP, cause if you leave it in this one no one will ever see it and you'll have no one joining it.

The major places in the East are Mirthdor, an elven safe haven which is beside the Bambury Woods and the River Trinox. Mirthdor is within the land of Bhâr which is also called the Silvan Lands home to the Wood elves.
The city of men is Minas Anûl in Conltor, although important, it is not as big as Gondor.
Other places are Ered Pithril, home to the Eastern Dwarvesm The Stoney Desert in Khraznir home to the Balrog, Sathnûl, Ered Kril where the whole fellowship is trying to get to and Haag Forest where many a new evil dwells.

Honestly? I'm not really sure, Some of them I got from various fanfics about the East, others I got from this story thing we had to write which was set in the east of Middle-Earth. How cool is that, Tolkien baised english homework!

Thats awesome! I wish my teacher would give me homework like that instead of reading tragic plays all the time, he's a pansy! Anyway Calimehtar I don't think those places are real, the farthest East I have heard of and that I have ever heard of anyone else knowing of is some mountain chain with a wierd name, its in Rhun and if the Map of Middle-Earth in LotR extended further you would be able to see them.

yes, but, unfortunatly, like all good things, I had not realised it was tolkien and made a mess of it! Ah well. We where given a booklet containing maps and small cahr bios and we have to write what happened to them, alas, I made my main char a stupid medow Faerie and messed up the whole story.
