THe state of the union adress last night. What did you think of it?
I personally think it was good. Targeting partial birth abortion is a start even though congress can limit the supreme courts jurisdiction with a bill passed. His things about environment are uneeded, let companies find their own secondary power, the government should stay out of it. I obviously think iraq should be destroyed, for as he said many could die from him. (though i believe the president exagerated the numbers for affect) Your thoughts?

I missed the State of the Union address because I was at work, but I read the text the next day, and the first thing that caught my eye? $15 Billion over five years to treat AIDS in Africa and the Carribean. That is just so...so... dare I say "un-Republican"? At any rate, it's funding that's sorely needed, and I'm incredibly pleased to see my tax dollars being spent on something so worthy.

I normally would say no to something like that.......... its not really our business to do that in other countries, intruth the constitution gives the feeral government no power to do that. But on the other hand i feel extreme sorrow for the kids over their who have that. (i reallydont feel pityfor the adults who brought it apon themselves) I believe it would be better if you could donate some money to them, and since you wouldnt be being taxed for it you could donate more. You must remember that in almost all cases someone runing for president runs more conservative than he in the end is. Republicans are not really that conservative...................................... .................................................. .......
